Delicious sandwiches filled with juicy, flavourful pork. I recommend the medium sized bun with sage+onion and apple sauce (homemade chilli jam is nice too). Don't let the long queue turn you away - the staff are incredibly quick and good at their job. Be warned, it's a tiny shop and you probably won't get a place to sit.

This is a special place by the quayside. Prepare to spend $$$$ on an exquisite tasting menu of locally sourced ingredients. The scallops from the Orkneys were exceptional. Extensive wine list, fabulous cocktails and attentive staff. Foodie paradise.

Please can you update the information on your website?? The page about opening times states right at the top “ Little Farmers is open for fun and adventure seven days a week all year round, except for Christmas and New Year.” We arrived on a Tuesday and it was shut!! We had to go home with a very disappointed little girl

Fantastic overnight getaway at this fab boutique hotel, nestled in the lovely leafy suburb of Stockbridge in Edinburgh. Sumptious room, impeccably presented. Extremely comfortable bed. Dinner was top drawer Pumpkin hummus, smoked mackerel pate followed by a super delicious steak and mushroom pie Very restful sleep, a lovely long walk around the nearby Botanical Gardens and then a delicious breakie as pictured. Excellent coffee with real freshly squeezed oj. I don't recommend places often, but can recommend The Raeburn with confidence

Went in here with my wife for Sunday lunch . We were handed our menus and shown to a table by a young girl . While we looked at the menu a couple came in with a small baby . The only table available was one with high stools and the girl said they couldn’t get a high chair in there . On hearing this my wife said to the waitress that we would move and the young couple could have our table where they could fit a high chair and we would move to the table being offered to them . We then sat for fifteen minutes and watched people who came in after us being served . Eventually we got up to leave and I asked the waitress why nobody had approached us and she said the table we moved to was not waitress service . Why didn’t she mention this when we moved to help the young couple . It was obvious we had been shown to that table and given menus when we came in . The waitress response was I’m sorry . Not good enough . Wouldn’t go back .
