Cutest place we visited. Very comfy seats as well. Delicious, varied selection of cocktails. Very friendly, patient staff.

50% foam 5% khalua 45% water. Shame. I spoke to the bar staff to get the "Tapatonkatini" fixed and he said the best he can do was to give me a shot of vodka on the side but would have to charge me for it. He said it was a "pre-made" batch- doesn't scream cocktail professional bar staff to me. Spoke to the manager, he was a little more receptive and re-made the cocktail for me whilst lying through his teeth- I asked whether the cocktail was premade from the same batch and he said no and I could see the bottle he had used which was almost empty. Took the drinks as I couldn't be asked to deal with staff who don't have the courtesy to treat you with any respect. Shame as the other drinks we had ordered (New fashioned & Bubble up) were actually decent and had a very respectable level of alcohol in them for a cocktail. Decor and bar were also really nicely presented. TLDR & PSA: Don't order the Tapatonkatini

Waited nearly an hour for brunch food, which was NOT worth the wait. One of the cocktails was the size of shot. We told the manager we hadn’t had the best time unfortunately. Which he barely apologised for, no offer of a complimentary drink or any deduction off bill for the long wait. Disappointed.

A fantastic experience! Staff went over and beyond- our flight was cancelled and they were very accommodating at moving our booking with short notice to the next day. The food for the boozy brunch was beautiful- even the fussy eaters were impressed. 100% recommend as it has something for everyone.

Went to Copper Blossom on my birthday for some cocktails and had such a lovely time! Our server Georgia was more than accommodating and really made the day special.

Visited on Sunday 8th Sept for boozy brunch. Our party of 4 enjoyed a variety of small plates, as well as one large plate (burger) and everything was delicious, well presented and served with a smile. Our cocktails and mocktails were beautifully presented and tasted heavenly. I have mobility issues and had to use the lift for access. I always worry in these situations as it can seem as though you’re an inconvenience…this was definitely not the case here. Josh was just wonderful, he helped us access the lift, ensured the table was appropriate and was, overall, just a very nice young man. All the staff were polite, welcoming and chatty but Josh went that extra mile and it was very much appreciated. We will definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Brilliant place! Was looking for something abit different and special for a girly day out. This place did not fail. Great value brunch with food, cocktails and B Prosecco, really great value. Our table was running out of time but the team found us another table to move to. Thoroughly enjoyable and great service, definitely be back. Food was really delicious as well.

Very good champagne and wonderful cocktails. Heaven @ 107 is highly recommended. Great atmosphere and great service. Invites you to linger.

Kyle was a phenomenal waitress, she attended to our every need and provided a great service making us feel welcomed and appreciated as customers.

Came here for some brunch during the Fringe. Food was incredible with a great opportunity to try multiple dishes with their small plates. Ideal if you want both sweet and savory. Jorja was amazing and so attentive and friendly! Steak and cheese hash is a must ❤️

Popped in for a drink after a show, even though no booking they managed to accommodate us, great service and friendly staff.

I was at Copper Blossom today and had a great time. Saski was our main waitress and made our bridal party very welcome, relaxed and friendly. She was super organised with food and drinks. I also have to add that the food and cocktails were delicious 😋. Thank you for a lovely time.

Paul Paxton was our bartender and he was amazing. Friendly guy that I’ve known for a while and great chat. Love it! Definitely recommend him and copper blossom

Cocktails are an awesome experience

We stopped here for cocktails before dinner. They were the most delicious cocktails. So good we managed to fit in a second before we left. Beautiful setting and nice seating outside with the weather being nice and views of the castle.

My sister and I are coeliac and the staff were extremely knowledgeable about gluten free food, they knew about cross contamination etc and made us feel very comfortable. Josh was our server and he was attentive and friendly. The decor is stunning and we want to thank you very much, we would definitely recommended a trip here!

Such a great menu! The empanadas and lamb are delicious! Cocktails are so fun and picture perfect and the Havana ambiance is so pretty. It is such a cute place to eat and drink.

My wife and her friend ordered Margarita cocktails. They were dreadful. The staff were extremely pleasant and made them another one on the house to 'share'. It was also dreadful. Our bill for 1 beer, 2 Margarita and the 2 small rose (which we ordered after the poor Margarita) was £40.50. Please be aware, Edinburgh is full of great places to eat and drink. I'd suggest avoiding this place, it is rubbish.

we came for a late lunch early dinner, for our daughters 18th birthday, the place was alive but not too noisy. staff were great, friendly and helpful. cocktails were nice and reasonably priced and nothing wrong with the food or portion sizes. we will return another day .

Invited by friends who had won a voucher for cocktails and small plates. Given a booth seat, which worked well, since they had a small dog with them. Service was excellent from ALL the staff, particularly a waitress who loved the dog, lol, and a young guy who, i am sure, was called Aaron, if my failing memory serves me well. We were not rushed at all, and when the table was required back, we were given plenty time to get prepared. Considering how busy it was, the service and ambience was on point. Thank you to all involved 👌

Having been badly let down elsewhere (they didn’t have our booking on a busy rugby Saturday!) we had to find a last minute place for an early dinner. I’d heard my daughter talking about going to Copper Blossom for cocktails so thought we’d give it a go. I was fully expecting the food to be limited and maybe not the best. But it was great!! We started with lots of very delicious small plates. They were all very good, especially the prawns! We ordered some fish tacos and sliders which were apparently very good too but I was stuffed! The staff were also lovely! We had a hoot when someone arrived with a tray of Prosecco for us as my (over 60 year old!!) husband had inadvertently pressed the buzzer! We’d never heard about this before but they kindly took the ‘secco away. We’ll definitely go again! Thankyou

What a marvellous find. Having been let down by our previous booking Copper Blossom were able to fit our table of six in for drinks and food. We ordered one of each of the small plates (minus a couple that didn’t suit all palates) and were very impressed with the service, cocktail staff, the front of house and most importantly the food, which was very good. Value was great as well. Highly recommend for a fun and bustly evening with good friends.

Drinks only experience. Drink was lovely and served quickly though it was a quiet night so unsure if it would be this quick on a busy night. Overall I enjoyed my first visit and may find myself returning. The entrance is down a flight of stairs. A wheelchair lift is available

A lovely setting with friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed a couple of delicious cocktails then ordered from the lunch menu with one of us having two of the small brunch plates. The food was really good and beautifully presented. This is one of my favourite places to eat when visiting Edinburgh - handy for anywhere you want to visit in the New Town.

Went for lunch with a few friends & had a lovely time. One of our friends has a food allergy & staff were very happy to discuss the menu. We would highly recommend to friends & family & plan to be back in the near future.❤️

Awful service, totally overlooked in a quiet restaurant, almost embarrassingly so. Two hours for a selection of starters to share and two drinks. Made the waiter aware of a lactose allergy as we were shown to our table, yet they added cheese to her order. Still charged us, though! Terrible experience, will never go back.

Welcomed at door with big smile & taken to taken Staff member quickly realised that he had a better seating option for our party of 8 so immediately moved me before the others arrived. Rachel came over & introduced herself, organising water & a cocktail menu for ne whilst I waited, could not fault any of it! Greeter also REALLY helped me out in mopping out for me & buying 2 scratch cards when I realised I was 2 short!!!! Above & beyond…… sadly neither were winners!!!! They were busy but cocktails & food was REALLY good, even if we did have to wait the same time for a lager as got a cocktail 🤣 Overall couldn’t have asked for a better Christmas Lunch - for a cocktail bar the food was good, great atmosphere & lovely decor. Rachel in particular needs a special mention for her patience and no nonsense attitude Hope she comes back from Canada in time for our next visit!

Myself, husband and friends visited for a couple of drinks. Upon arrival we were given a nice booth, we ordered a few drinks - which were nice. We ordered water for the table, 3 out of 4 glasses had lipstick stains on them. When we pointed this out to the waitress, she immediately apologised and returned with clean glasses. Fair enough, these things happen. I visited the toilets, which I can only describe as absolutely disgusting. There was one toilet roll left to do all of the cubicles. The smell of urine was very strong, toilet roll on the floor, urine on the seats and no chain to flush the toilet. As I washed my hands, I noticed a chart on the wall confirming the last check the toilets had, was Friday. (it was now Monday night) When reporting this to a member of staff, I was interrupted very quickly to be told she was only cover staff…. And your point is? Do cover staff not clean toilets? Clearly not interested in listening to your customer or taking any responsibility to fix the issue. Not a nice experience at all, could be a much nicer and cleaner venue if basic hygiene was followed.

Came in mid week for some food and some drinks and had a blast! Kieran and Gavin provided amazing service even with the venue being super busy. The cocktails taste as good as they look too!

Fantastic experience here on Thursday. Located just off George Street, great ambience and great from start to finish. We were welcomed at the door with some character, seated, advised on drinks and food menus and some items suggested. Drinks came out in no time, food a little slower but was great quality. Considering the time of year, was really impressed with the service. We asked for suggestions on where to go next where they suggested Badger & Co across the road where we also had a really good time. Please pass on our feedback to Rachel and I think it was Kevin?

Lovely place but £12.50 for a gin and tonic is absolutely ridiculous.

Awful experience! Would not return! Took 20 minutes to order a drink at the bar eventually got a table which we then ordered food. Food arrived and asked if there was anything else to come out with the food which the server replied ‘I’ve only got 2 hands’ extremely rude! Food arrived really cold considering we waited a long time for! Would not recommend this place.

Booked for drinks with friends as part of a Christmas night out. Staff were rude, incompetent and argumentative. Received 1 drink in the 2 hours we were there, and had a whole ordeal with 2 members of staff about the £90 deposit we paid, as we didn’t spend nearly this much due to the huge delays in service. Christmas time inevitably can cause delays due to it being so busy, however it does not excuse the awful service we received. Terrible experience, spoiled our night and some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Will absolutely not be back and encourage others not to go.

Really poor service! Drinks took ages to come, we had paid a deposit, our drinks ended up coming to less than the deposit, the waiter only realised when we pointed it out. They then offered us shots to complete the balance, we agreed to this. However when we left they chased us up the street and asked for £20 extra! Staff were extremely rude, won’t be back.

Waited 45 mins for first drinks, in a 2hr booked slot.. Did not have full availability of cocktail ingredients. One wine glass was dirty, taken back and washed and brought back wet. Drinks and staff were both lovely but wouldn’t rush back due to slow service.

Absolutely shocking experience. Came in January and it was amazing. Went this weekend and it was HORRIFIC. Service was awful, food came before drinks. The people working there were really not enthusiastic and couldn't be bothered to help. Gutting as we took friends there as we loved it in January but we looked stupid when we had such an awful experience.

An absolute must-visit in Edinburgh. Their cocktails are unbelievably designed and provide you an experience with every sip. The food matches the drinks in every way providing an amazing experience. Staff are beyond helpful and provide an atmosphere that matches no other. Worth every penny!

Great aesthetic, lovely decor. Cocktails were nice and staff fairly helpful, lovely cosy vibe. We booked for a Christmas work meal. We were missing 2 of the main large dishes and didn’t get them until the rest of the group had finished eating. They did kindly take this away from the final bill and apologised but a shame as we had booked and given the preorder form a week in advance, along with a phone call the previous day so really not sure how this was missed. Great for cocktails and food was nice. :)

Everything I had was delicious and service is super kind and attentive. Loved the coziness of the place. The cocktail was great and refreshing and the cherry on the cake was the toffee pudding. I need to go back and try the pork ribs.

Booked a table for drinks one night and it was so nice. Decor was amazing and I loved their cocktail menu, was right up my street.

Only had drinks which were beautifully served in lovely glasses but the food which was coming out looked equally good. Will definitely return for lunch
