What a find, deserves more than 3.5 score. Tuna melt on ciabatta roll was tasty as was my egg mayo roll. Really excellent cappuccino too, really milky and delicious. The cakes are something else, the Strawberry Danish is DIVINE and my partner assured me the fudge doughnut was spectacular. Worth dropping in if you are in the area, if you are pressed for time jump in and buy a cake, you will not regret it. I intend to make a point of visiting again when in that neck of the woods.

I really enjoy visiting Caffe Caffe (I've been visiting since waaay back when it was called La Speranza, then Cafe Al Fresco!) I always like to have the Steak Pie & Chips when I visit here, as the one from Caffe Caffe is always really nice. The chips are always well-cooked, nice and crunchy, and the beef in the steak pie is so nice and tender. The pastry is very nice too. Always want to give a shout-out to the serving staff, especially the nice ladies who serve you behind the counter. All of them are very kind and friendly, a credit to the cafe. Caffe Caffe is easily one of the best eateries in Glenrothes.

We were here on Xmas day, the food was good, the service from the staff was first class, nothing was a bother. The only thing that let it down was the attitude of the manager (Irish guy). We had friends up from London who made their own plans for Xmas day, they had rented a cottage and got locked out. I asked at the end if there was any turkey left that I could buy and take away thinking maybe they could still have Xmas dinner…. You would think I had walked in off the street and asked for it for free the way he shook his head and said no… he looked disgusted. It got me thinking about the last visit we had here, there was kids running around and he was furious…. He couldn’t even hide it

Visited here twice within a week - first visit was on a Friday night as two couples for drinks after a meal elsewhere. The cocktail menu is huge and caters to just about every taste there is. We tried a fair few between us and loved every one of them. It was a Friday night and there was a total of about 12 customers including us 4 which was a surprise. A week later I went with a group of girlfriends for lunch and drinks. I have to say the service from the girl waiting on us was second to none. She really was customer focused snv I hope her bosses see that. The food was amazing - I had a chicken burger and it was delicious. It was a Friday afternoon and only a handful of other customers were in. People really need to use their local venues as it's unclear how they can keep running with few customers and it would be a real shame as this place is a bit of gem right in the city centre.

In Sainsbury's today probably the best of the supermarket cafe's in the Kirkcaldy area, ordered a quick bite, which was a Filled Chocolate muffin which was spectacular. Good chocolate chips with the filled liquid chocolate inside! brilliant. Nice and Cheap. Only issue was the table i sat at had several stains on it. Other tables I noticed weren't the cleanest but better than Morrison's cafe . Comparing it to Morrison's cafe I would much rather choose Sainsbury's cafe. Sainsbury's cafe overall is much better

Before you order any food, just check the catering staff will stay longer enough. I booked a table here on a Friday evening at 7pm. It's like a large hall with kitchen tables & chairs with a bar at one end. The staff were welcoming. I ordered from a limited menu and the food was good and value for the money. Before 8pm I tried to order a sweet only to be told the catering had gone home! I know I was the only one in the pub (some sat outside), but it would've been nice to be informed the staff were leaving early.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE! Do NOT pass this shop up. The croissant is melt in your mouth, the sandwiches are delectable and the sweets,.. OH the sweets!!! The shop owner is so incredibly kind also. If I lived here, this would be a daily stop- hands down!

Where do I start with Stephen's........ Stephen's advertises its self as traditional home baking, it tries to sell itself as something that its not. There are far better bakeries in the kingdom of Fife, people are just too drawn to the brand and make an automatic decision to buy Stephens, yeh, they are everywhere, they have the market, but people need to look beyond the millions of new shops and drive thrus that seems to pop up on every corner........ its a bit Greggs.......... there is nothing traditional and home baked about Greggs and Stephens follows that business model very closely nowadays Products - Dissect a steak pie or bridie from Stephens, wash off the thick gelatinous brown goo that they call "gravy" and you may find yourself questioning the supposed awards they boast ...... anyone with any ounce of bakery skills or food critique could not put these products as "award winning" not a chance, get a Stuarts pie, do yourself a favour and you will taste the difference. Once you defeat the challenge of swallowing the enormous stodge of pastry that coats their low quality filling...... you will need to deal with a day or overwhelming stomach ache and heartburn, similar to what you experience shortly after a Greggs binge Service - When you rock up to the Rosyth HQ branch, you would expect this to be the most well run, flagship store of all Stephens bakeries, the place where service and efficiency would ooze from the front door........... no, your met with inexperienced young staff (not their fault) but cannot service more than one customer at a time, in this day and age, we are probably spoiled by convenience and efficiency with computers doing a lot of manual work for us........... but come on, to wait in a queue for 15 mins because one staff member manages the till whilst the other aimlessly walks around behind the counter carrying out tasks that would be better prioritised to try and get the queues down. Its not understaffing that's the issue, its inexperience, lack of leadership and management behind that counter. Your soul leaves your body when one makes a visit to Stephens and you see more than 3 cars in the car park, you know your in for a 30min wait............ for one............. single............. bad............ steak pie Genuinely, I'm not a competitor, I'm just a normal person, trying to get something decent too eat, Stephens is not where you want to go, yes, you will have the staunch Stephenites, the Betty and Keith's that have used Stephens for 45 years and wont look past it.......... don't be a Betty and Keith, go to Stuarts, or Baynes even, you will be met by experience, efficiency and good quality wholesome food at reasonable costs, your purchase will feel worth it, you wont have to throw half of your purchase to the delight of the seagulls that made the car park their home, whilst you will be doing good for ecosystem of the seagulls, i guess this will be your reward and one that you can take home knowing that you have actually done a good deed for the day and provided sustenance and cater for the wildlife around the car park I think that is all........... oh in fact.......... see when you advertise well fired rolls......... it would be great if you could actually "well fire" them, light browning is not fired, you want a black roll, just turn the oven up a wee tad or let the staff member off that has likely manned that oven for the last 20 years, a roll with some sunburn is not well fired and finally............. your in for a battle if you take on the challenge of the army of "highlander" biscuits that furnish every corner of the branch, you cant move for highlanders. They certainly stand up to their name, ensure you have a gallon of tea or water available or close by, you will need this, every millilitre of saliva will be sucked from your chops as soon as one of these bad boys comes anywhere within a sniff of your face. These should carry a health warning "large quantity of fluid required to even attempt to swallow one of these Scottish warrior biscuits" Thanks

Just like any other coffee shop selling coffee for extortionate prices. Ours had the added extra of being stronger than a herd of elephants with something to dash home for. I won't sleep for a week now...

From the moment we checked in Sandra couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcomed. Nothing was too much trouble (she even checked on a family member when they were suddenly taken ill). Fantastic service, food and cocktails were delicious, will definitely be returning, cannot recommend highly enough.
