worst hotel ever.Dirty,Smelly,Smell of Urine ,staff are rude

We ordered the steak and ale pie...I was with a friend and my mother who were mortified that I wanted to complain. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures. Pub was busy as it was a hot day and a funeral at the same time. Back to the pie. It was all gravy with the odd tiny bits of meat. The biggest meat I had was fatty 😵‍💫 Compared to other hostililaries the pie is below average. And definitely would not recommend. Not value for money. The gravy tasted nice though. Giving it the 1 star review.

We have spent a week on the Broads eating in pubs most nights and this place was head and shoulders above the rest. The food is really good pub fare, well prepared and presented but most importantly the staff are happy to see the customers rather than treating us as an inconvenience. We had a great meal and an enjoyable evening

Drove 30 miles to find it closed until 31sr May. Would have been handy to put it on the website. Went to a local establishment instead. Saddened.

Security who do there job, good food and decent staff . Facilities are ok stayed over quite often no complaints.

Really enjoyed my visit. Was served by a very friendly and genuine Abdu, who really looked after my fussy friend. True gentleman, knows how to deliver an amazing memorable service. Food was nice too.

Fabulous Sunday lunch, very tasty pork and beef, and very generous portions. Service was excellent and we were thoroughly well looked after by Phil. Highly recommend.

Food was edible but the curry was not home made and tasted like it was from a jar. Partner had the burger and chips were under cooked. Little disappointed considering the reviews. The waitress was nice but the waiter could have worn a smile

Customer service was good but my burger wasn’t piping hot and the burger contained an unacceptable amount of gristle. The other family members were happy with their beef roasts! The property is very pleasant and clean, they also accommodated a request for the sea view upon arrival.

The food was nice enough albeit very expensive. I don’t agree with ‘service charges’ it’s just restaurants helping themselves isn’t it. If you want to tip you tip - by choice…. There were very few patrons for a Saturday night, speaks for itself.

Third visit food always really good quality- staff attentive - menu selection is great. Coffee could be better but that’s a minor point

Awful place. Incredibly dirty, loud and boring at the same time. I think health and safety officials would have a field day there, people smoke just about everywhere, even in cover spaces! Utterly disgusting. Floor looked like someone had emptied the bin, tables were sticky and choice of drinks was poor. Staff however was very polite and friendly
