Went into Bills today for lunch with my mum, and had absolutely amazing service from Dionne, super friendly and great customer service, such a lovely restaurant and superb food! We will definitely be returning again!

Ruby was absolutely amazing! We only had to think about something we wanted and like a mind reader - she was there! We had coffee and ice-cream - both first class. Toilets also very conveniently located close to our table. Other tables are also available.

Ruby wad fantastic!! Friendly, attentive and my children said FUN!!! They love their kids cheesey pasta!!

We took our daughter here for her birthday recently. They forgot her salad but were quick to make it and get it out to her so she wasn't waiting long for her meal. The food was really good and the service very friendly. I thought there was a decent selection of gluten free options, more than most places.

Wonderful Saturday morning breakfast, we love coming here as the atmosphere is lovely for a chill morning, served by Miguel who was really helpful with answering questions about the menu, we also had a gluten intolerant person with us who was catered for easily.

Having looked online to see if Gluten Free was available, which it did ..we also noticed well behaved dogs were also welcome .. Jaqs our lovely waitress gave us our menus and a doggy menu too !! Care was taken with the gluten free order , and doggy treats were offered along with a bowl of water ! Food tasted amazing .. very reasonably priced too .. Thanku to all

We had breakfast Tuesday morning and what can I say we loved it, Natalie was great! Food was also top-notch - my young daughter also love it. We will defo return and recommend.

The meal was delicious 😋 The dessert was AMAZING 👏 But the wait for the food was quite a while. The bathroom was clean, and the art was pleasing. The waitress, Dionne, was delightful, especially since it was only her third shift! Last but not least the food was great!👌😊 Overall, FAB🍭🍦🍨

My first visit to this location today.... staff were super polite and friendly...... service was reflective of their current capacity as they were full . Food was of good quality and reasonably priced.

Yesterday (22/8/24) my children and I went to Bills for Lunch to celebrate my daughter’s amazing GCSEs results. I honestly cannot fault them! The quality of the food, the presentation, the exceptional customer experience!!! Outstanding! I must give a very special mention on this occasion, to Kara and Jaqs. You guys were so attentive, thoughtful and kind! We absolutely love every experience at Bills, so thankyou so much! If you are thinking about somewhere amazing for food and experience, look no further than Bills Braintree! I must add that the lovely Kelly is also a dream! A brilliant team!

We visited Bill's today in Braintree and will definitely be going back! The restaurant is decked out beautifully, the menu has a really varied choice and definitely different options than normal, and Laila our server was amazing, so friendly and helpful - a credit to the venue. Desserts were fantastic and the atmosphere was wonderful too! A really great dining experience. Thank you!

Emilie was very friendly and the food was very delicious. We had salads and the kids eat free. Bargain at under £40 with the tip. Always a great healthy lunch.

Jaqs at Braintree was great. The Kids eat free offer was very welcome and they all polished all the food off (burger and fish fingers). Our shawarmas were delicious. Overall, really impressed.

Nightmare and horror 😩 Today was our first and last experience visiting this restaurant. We ordered two breakfasts today, one of which was Eggs Royale. While eating, one of the eggs seemed to have a strange consistency, this suspicion turned into poisoning after 2 hours. I do not recommend this establishment.

Jaqs our waitress was amazing! Really enjoyed our breakfast. My grand daughter had pancakes and I put together my own breakfast of scrambled eggs, smoke salmon and cheesy potatoes done to perfection.

Terrible breakfast. Cold toast. Cold beans. One sausage in a ‘big brunch’. Do not go. £13.95 badly spent. Only positive is the staff are pleasant and welcoming.

Great experience at Bill’s after a long day shopping. Staff were super welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them, likewise food was delicious. The cauliflower starter was amazing! Thanks to Kata and Lucinda for looking after us so well. Looking forward to our next visit already!

Bill’s at Braintree Village is a gem! The food is delicious, the ambiance is cozy and welcoming, and the service is top-notch. It's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal while the mums go shopping. Highly recommend! Jaqs has been awesome!

Had breakfast at Braintree branch yesterday. It was so bad. Cold poached eggs, black avocado, uncooked muffin, no spinach, hollandaise sauce was ok.
