The bar is lovely, good selection of drinks. A little pricey, but about what you’d expect on a Friday evening. Staff were friendly. But what let it down was the food. The ‘fried chicken’ resemble fish fingers in both look and texture and got me questioning if I had the right order. And the chips… well, this is your warning. The photo is allegedly £5s worth of chips! I’ve seen a seagull nick more off a child on the beach! A Nation of Shopkeepers - please be reasonable with your portions and/or your pricing for the love of god 🥲

Vino a almorzar ya que mi hijo quería pizza y quería sentarse fuera, gran bienvenida de Hannah y Hannah. Fuera era muy acogedor. La comida era increíble, pizza bien cocinada y algunas patatas fritas encantadoras con ese crujiente perfecto gracias a los chefs Josh y Eli. Definitivamente volveré

El menú de ofertas de almuerzo es una verdadera decepción. Solíamos utilizar Nation of Shopkeepers para el almuerzo cuando se trabaja en el centro de la ciudad, su oferta de almuerzo de £ 10 era genial, una hamburguesa, patatas fritas y bebida todo por alrededor de £ 10. La nueva versión simplemente no vale la pena, aunque la comida sigue siendo de gran calidad, la falta de una hamburguesa significa que pagarás £ 18 + por la hamburguesa que anteriormente podías obtener como parte del trato. Desafortunadamente ya no estamos frecuentando, no me hubiera importado pagar £ 2 más para cubrir la inflación y el aumento de los costos, pero en su lugar las opciones en el nuevo menú "sándwich + bebida" simplemente no lo cortan.

Came here for lunch on our work day out. There were 19 of us and Hannah Josh and Kate really looked after us the food was delicious and our cocktails were amazing. Even though our table was large the food all came out together and was warm and tasty. Thank you guys, highly recommend

Brought my entire team for a belated Xmas party and from the initial enquiry for a large booking they could not have been more accommodating. Beth was in regular contact with me for our booking and Jess and Hannah provided excellent service. The food cooked by Josh was first class. Thank you so much for looking after us so well. 100% recommend and we will return.

Out in town last weekend, always loved this place when I used to work in Leeds and was on a night out. Still a nice place to go to enjoy a good pint and you can hear yourself think!! No food so haven't marked it!

Visiting Leeds from London and came here on a Sunday evening. Was quiet to start with but has filled up and has a lovely welcoming atmosphere. The food was really good too, great chicken tenders! Unfortunately a couple of the craft beers were off but there were still options.

Popped in on the off chance, just for a drink. Managed to get a table, was very busy. Ordered from the table with the app. Service was very quick and had food, the burgers were amazing and the chefs in house slaw was spot on. Will be back when next in town, worth a visit!

We had just been to Leeds Museum for the day and wanted a bite to eat. Went in at 2pm on a Saturday, was told that no under 18s were allowed in on a weekend??? Very odd for a Saturday afternoon, opposite a kids carnival. I can appreciate after 7pm or something. But 2pm??? But yeah, we got turned away for having a 3 year old. Guess we'll spend our money elsewhere.

Our family trip to the restaurant was a delightful experience, largely thanks to our server, Hannah. From the moment we arrived, she was warm and welcoming, going out of her way to ensure that we felt looked after. She was especially attentive to our allergy concerns, offering helpful suggestions and making sure our menu choices were safe. The highlight of the meal was the delicious steak, cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor—definitely one of the best we've had! What made it even better was how Hannah engaged our children, making them feel involved in the dining experience. Her thoughtful service truly made our visit memorable, and we left with full bellies and happy hearts.

We were going to order food until we saw the table next to us with 2 little dogs running all over their table and sat on the chairs and the owners were not challenged. Why on earth would you let your dogs on a table in a pub that serves food? It’s disgusting! Also they were allowed to roam about nearly tripping up people. A health and safety/hygiene issue

Good draught beer and cider. Attentive staff. Lacked ambience which the loud music didn't improve.

Didn't get to eat here due to issue with my credit card, but help I got from the staff in sorting out the problems was top class. Will definitely be back when I return to Leeds and hopefully get to eat there next time!

Fabulous food, reservation for 16 and we had pre ordered but food came out at same time, very impressed. Staff were very helpful and friendly too.

Wow, the nachos were absolutely unreal! Came for a drink after visiting the Christmas markets but the menu caught our eye and so glad we ordered some food. Staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive and the food was delicious We will definitely be back ☺️

Vine aquí por mi cumpleaños. Las bebidas son muy asequibles para la ubicación y las mesas son muy amplias y cómodas. La decoración es muy acogedora y cálida. El personal también es encantador y muy servicial. Sin duda recomendaría para un lugar de noche.

One of my favourite pubs in Leeds, when I came back for a short trip after moving away this is where I brought my partner! Food is fantastic - particularly the tater-tots and burgers which never disappoint. Portions are generous and delicious for the price (well worth it) Bar staff are always fabulous and friendly, and there a great selection of beers and ciders to choose from

Perfect place for a afterwork’s drinks (great mojito with strawberry, love it), it’s a loud place but it’s for it and had great taste of music !
