Great place to go on a hot day! Can’t beat a point of Sputnik

Very friendly place to chill out, great croud.

Nice small and intimate bar showcasing various North Brewing Co beers and guests, as well as other drinks. Beer is of excellent quality with nice background music making the visit enjoyable.

Not sure how to write this I have been coming in this bar since it opened and it's alway been good but to day both the vanishing point beer and the springwell lager were virtually undrinkable we had one each and left what has happened to this place

Another bar that has joined the dark side by removing cash from the menu. Of course this makes management a doddle but means that bar staff lose out on tips in a big way. Lazy.

My wife and I have coming in this bar since day one what used to be in my opinion some of the best beer in otley has deteriorated big style we last called in about a month ago and the quality was just not there but we decided to give it another go but today was even worse my vanishing point beer was hazy and virtually undrinkable my wifes glass of sringwell was cloudy and again virtually undrinkable. We persevered and drunk them both - having paid £7.20 we made sure we drank it. Be a long time before we visit again

Love this place. We have relatives in Otley who are regulars here and we always join them when we are visiting. Always a great selection of beers and tons of gin to choose from. Dog friendly, child friendly and for the calibre of drinks they serve, also wallet friendly. Indoor and outdoor seating for when it’s nice out, plus there are often little food stalls there on a weekend. Great vibe about the place and the staff are so friendly. Wish there was one closer to home for us!

Great pub with a nice sized beer garden, good rotating selection of beers and friendly staff.

Superb pub. Only drawback is it needs to be slightly bigger during the winter. But they have transformed the outdoor area, which makes it perfect for lazy summer sun drinking.

Great atmosphere indoors and out. A wonderful example of embracing the al fresco. Wonderful choice of beers too.

Fantastic venue, had a pint if ale and the wife had a fancy GnT. We sat outside next to the heaters for a pre meal drink or 2

Another North Bar Classic. Love this brand and love their beer. North Bar Social located in Otley is small, but cosy inside and they have a large, covered seating area outside, with heaters for when the weather is a bit chilly.

Friendly, great place to sit outside and watch the world go by.

Visited for drinks thanks to a Leeds List competition. Loved the orange wine and tried a few of the fruit beers and ciders too. Great service and great atmosphere.

Really lovely bar with wide selection of good craft ales. Service was exceptional from all bar staff, despite how busy it was and the Covid circumstances. Very friendly, attentive and hard working. Had a brilliant evening and would love to go back.

What a lovely little craft and ale bar with a great beer garden. Had four of the cask pales which were excellent. A great place to cool off and rehydrate after a long walk.

Great Beer well worth a visit .

Nice place but slow service. That said, it was the first day of Covid rule changes so the staff didn't seem to know whether they were doing table service or serving at the bar. Outdoor tables were full of empty glasses and tables were filthy and sticky. Had to ask the server to remove the glasses (previous customers) and clean the table (she did a poor job).

Love this place, always has a good selection of beers and loads of outdoor seating.

Discovered this place when looking for somewhere to sit out with a drink in summer and I just hope it can keep trading through the winter. It's a lovely bar with an excellent selection and friendly staff.

Las cervezas eran impresionantes con mucha variedad. Nos animaron a probar y probar antes de nuestra decisión. Las cervezas eran deliciosas y frías, servidas con un servicio excepcional. La decoración es retro, moderna y divertida. Definitivamente regresaría. Vale la pena una visita descarada

We really enjoyed sitting outside on a glorious day at this bar. We'd definitely visit again, great atmosphere and bar staff.

Trying to read the free newspapers and had to listen to the staff talking so load i had to go and sit outside. I may be an old git but there where days when the customer wasn't having to move due to music that couldn't be heard over the staff. Go next door instead.

This place is a gem! I make a point of visiting there every time I'm in the area.The range and quality of beers is brilliant, the atmosphere is fantastic but it's the staff that make the experience. It's obvious they go through extensive product training, but they also seem to have a passion for what they sell.The new manager, Nathan, was more than happy to assist with recommendations to my taste without shoving the more expensive beers down my throat!It's a small bar area, so not ideal for large groups, but makes for a brilliant community atmosphere. The bartenders know the regulars by name, and cater towards the cycling community around yorkshire.In Otley, there's a lack of good quality bars/pubs and this place stands out brilliantly against the Wetherspoons and Red Lions of the area.Highly recommended!

Great selection of beers, not too pricey and very cosy, perfect kind of place for a date or a good catch up with old friends.

Heard good things about this place so made an effort to try it out. Lovely bar, great beers and location. Nice quiet pint ruined by selfish parents taking up half the pub and sofa seating area to let their child play jenga. Jenga for God’s sake in a small, cosy,peaceful pub. Totally oblivious to other customers when the tower came clattering down again and again accompanied by screams of delight. Would have liked to have stayed but more children turned up in school uniforms - parents had picked them up and thoughtfully taken them for a pint on the way home. Terrible.

This was the last calling point on a recent night out in Otley - great feel to the place, very good selection of beers! It has seating downstairs and upstairs. Some people may think the prices are more expensive that other local bars, but you get what you pay for. So if your after a change and fancy trying some pretty cool beers, make a point of visiting this place!! And it opens quite late, so Win Win !!

Cosy and fun. What NBS lacks in size, it makes up for in mojo. The drinks range is not huge but carefully chosen and offers all of the lost important choices. The staff are friendly and if you live nearby, this is the place to go for a very warm welcome from other Otley folk!

Stopped off here after a long walk in the area for a little light refreshment. They have a good selection of ales and there is seating inside and out. We didn't stay long as we were booked to eat elsewhere.

I visit North Bar Social regularly. Great beer, knowledgeable, friendly staff and cyclist friendly (locks available, they show the major races on a screen, North Bar Social Cycling Collective base themselves here too etc.). Highly recommended if you like friendly people and good beer!

Chicos si estás en Otley y te encanta artesanías cerveza es un debe. Gran selección con algo diferente cada vez que vayas. El Director General era cuando yo, mis amigos y mi hija pequeña fue y ella fue genial. Sólo probarlo.

Este pequeño bar ofrece una gran selección de cervezas del mundo para todos los gustos y a un precio sorprendentemente bajo, teniendo en cuenta que ofrecen el servicio de mesa, amable y la calidad de cervezas. La decoración es nostálgico y peculiar y ciertamente una agitación alrededor del lugar. No ofrecen comida pero no un delicioso queso y tabla de carne, que si soy honesto, es quizás mejor que una comida pesada. Nada es demasiado apuro para el personal y parece que hacen el esfuerzo de saber los nombres de los clientes. También perros, ofreciendo regalos y cuencos de agua. Me di cuenta de un montón de ciclistas y hay un verdadero espíritu de comunidad conectada al bar. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

I often visit this great little bar with my dog. The staff are always friendly and welcoming and offer brilliant table service. They always have a wide range of world beers and the cheese and meat board is delicious. They also have dog bowls and treats, which keeps my pooch happy. Always a great experience and would fully recommend
