The buffalo Chicken was one of the best I had. The staff was really friendly and helpful

The food was tasty but the restaurant was absolutely filthy and worn out. Everything felt sticky, the tables and hand rail on the stairs going down to the toilets. The waitress said it was the cleaning product they use??? The paint is peeling, the floor looks dirty and worn out, there are layers of dust everywhere especially in the toilets. The environment really made me shudder and 100% this restaurant needs a refurb but we loved the burgers and rosemary fries. Won’t be going back to this branch until it’s had a total makeover.

Absolutely amazing meal last night, myself my partner and our lad, loved our meal and the service was amazing. I just had an excellent experience at this burger located right in the center! The quality of the burgers is really there, with fresh and tasty ingredients. The service was quick, which is always nice. What impressed me the most was how attentive the team was: they took my specific requests into account carefully and respected my choices perfectly. The location is ideal, easily accessible and very user friendly which adds to the overall experience. I highly recommend this place to all burger lovers! You will not be disappointed.

The burger was very tasty, the fries were a bit too greasy for my taste but still OK. Unfortunately, the kitchen itself hears louder and different music than the one playing in the shop.

I visited the place a couple of weeks back on a Saturday and leaving the review slipped my mind. We visited us around 10 with just an hour left to closing, but the team were absolutely lovely. They were warm and welcoming even amidst closing which must be a very tiring part of their day. The food was fresh and delicious with no room for disappointment. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Patricia who served us, and the 2 other guys who were great too ! Thanks everyone 💕

A 100% recommended site. We went yesterday for the first time and we liked the service and food so much that we had dinner again today. The place is very well laid out, and despite the space, they provided us with a comfortable table to be with our 2-year-old daughter. In addition, they gave us drawings and crayons to entertain us while we waited, although it didn't take much time since the service is very fast. The waiters are very friendly and attentive and the cuisine is simply spectacular. Our sincere congratulations to the entire team.

I had a beef burger and onion ring. The patty was juicy and delicious. When I was eating, the guy sitting next to my friend stole her wallet!! A male employee chased him and saved her wallet!!!! Thank you so much! I was sitting at the table next to me without even ordering food and my friend's wallet was stolen, but luckily the staff ran after me and found it for me. Be careful with your phone, wallet and belongings in London!

Lovely atmosphere attentive staff. Nice mix of lunch crowd without being over crowded. Some singletons like myself, local business people, tourists and couples. As for the food? Took a little time to come out but was well worth the wait! Always fresh and hot burger cooked to perfection! I left maybe a few fried as to be nice :) had the siracha double patty and rosemary fries! #chefskiss

The chips were amazing and you can really tell that they take care of there chips and meat, claiming they have a butcher that supplies there stores and they make chips daily. The portion size was perfect, price a little high but understandable. This shop was a little small and loud but did have seating outside. I felt the vegan options were tasty but i really felt a lack of variety personally, i understand its a burger place but was a little disappointed to see the only 2 vegan burgers were nearly the same, both had beyond meat and one had fake bacon that honestly didnt add anything to the burger and felt totally pointless. I would have loved to see a different choice like a mushroom or seitan or bean burger. All in all a very nice place to eat and some of the best rosemary chips ive had.
