It was one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. The chicken burger had a really new taste and was very crispy with a mild spiciness. You can also choose the cooking level of the meat. And most importantly, the staff is very kind. I hope they open branches in other cities as well.

This branch and chain has really gone downhill - clearly they've been making cutbacks and it shows. Average food - OK for a quick bite to eat but the drinks are overpriced. My partner actually said to me "it's trash food". I got a regular Aperol Spritz for £7.99 and it was tiny and barely tasted of alcohol. Waste of money - I wouldn't return.

Honest burger is by far my favourite location for a burger, especially a veggie one. This particular location has some outdoor seating, about 5 tables. The inside is also dog friendly.

As a vegan I love that they have good vegan options. I tried all of them which were great! Service was quick and the manager was super friendly. Definitely will be back to this branch.

I'm so glad we found this place out of all the places in London! It's hard to find gluten free food and when you do it's usually not great...well, this place BLEW ME AWAY. Everything can be gluten free and not only that, it is AMAZING. Truly some of the best food I've ever had. High quality ingredients, high quality service, and so so friendly. They even remembered us and our order when we came back two nights later. I wish this existed back home. Thank you so much!!! This is a must for locals and visitors alike.

Went to this super delicious shop today. The burgers are simply delicious and the rosemary ships are highly recommended. Everything has even been thought of for kids. So definitely a recommendation and if you want burgers, you should make a detour here…

Was really let down considering honest burgers is a reputable chain I would not expect the quality of food that seems to be served at only this branch. After a long and exhausting day we thought we'd treat ourselves and got the tribute burger which had a fairly nice sauce but that didn't help the fact that the patty was bland and overcooked with the smallest piece of bacon thrown on top. The rosemary fries were spot on crispy and perfectly seasoned. We also had onion rings which tasted kind of fishy and the wings which had more sauce than actual chicken. I'd say the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there, our table was not cleaned and they failed to give us cutlery and napkins but we got our food fairly fast. Overall I know honest burgers can do better just not at Oxford Circus.

Cosy little place, we went at around 3.30pm so there was plenty of space. Chilly burger was really top notch, it came fast, it was hot. Fries are impeccable. Bacon in the burger was crisp. The chillies were a bit sweet which is how I like them but that's not everyone's preference. Meat perfectly cooked to medium rare. Brilliant experience

Good burgers - especially the truffle one

We tried the two chicken options in the menu. The buffalo one was delicious; chicken was well seasoned and spicy, lots of sauce, and the pickles added a little bit of necessary acidity. Well balanced overall. The pesto burger was decent, nothing spectacular, but a solid option when you want something lighter than the other burgers. As for the sides, we tried the chips and the coleslaw which were both really good.

This branch is our favourite. It offers a great service with big smile from the team. Food is great and you often find menu items only available in this branch. I dine here twice a week at least.

Food was nice, ordered the chicken burger that comes with a free side of chips which was a great plus. Service was great but the atmosphere was too loud. The burger made up for the loud atmosphere, cost around for a £15 per person for a burger and chips. It’s a nice place to come to with friends, but not an everyday place.

Erm, I don’t understand why so many people are happy with this place. The burger is mediocre, nothing special, and doesn’t worth its price. Chips are ugly and not tasty at all. The atmosphere is so-so (though the music is good!), the toilet is a mess, and the place is not cozy at all. Service is fine; the lady was quite friendly and nice, but I came here for a good food experience, not for the service.

Waited 40 mins for my order and didn't arrive. They were busy catering to another order for an office and didn't inform us. Could have gone somewhere else instead of wasting time!

Each branch has a local special burger. I ate the Oxford Circus branch's local special burger (chicken breast patty) and the Kimchi smashed burger, a seasonal collaboration menu available only from February 6 to March 4, 2024! First of all, you must order the local burger. The chicken breast patty is huge, crispy, and savory. If you don't order it, you'll regret it. If you eat this, even people who don't like chicken burgers will become big fans. The kimchi burger tastes more like Korean bibigo kimchi than I thought!! Was it delicious? I have a small wish that they would continue to sell it as an Ongoing rather than a seasonal collaboration. However, as a Korean, it would have been better if they added more kimchi. After eating it all, people asked how the kimchi burger tasted like mom's homemade burger. It went well with the patty, so I was very satisfied with this season's burger. If you order a hamburger, it comes with rosemary herb fries as standard, but you can change these to cole slaw or salad. They give you a lot of French fries and cole slaw, so if you want to eat some vegetables so that you don't feel greasy after eating French fries, I recommend ordering one for each person and sharing. As for the coleslaw, I actually thought it was KFC coleslaw, but it comes out as red cabbage coleslaw, which is faithful to the vegetables. It's delicious. It's perfect as a snack while eating a hamburger. Next time, I'll try ordering a salad. Oh, and if you want to try something unique other than basic carbonated drinks, I recommend Carmacola. The first time I came here, I wanted to try it, so I ordered it. It's a cola, but there's nothing strange about it, so try Karma Cola!! As of the end of February 2024, the staff were friendly and nice.

This was my first time at Honest Burger and couldn't have picked a better location to try it out. The food was great (I see why it does live up to the popularity), the space was very cute, and service was awesome (Gokhan was so friendly and very helpful when I was debating between two burgers). I had the Oxford Circus Local burger and the Kimchi smashed burger, which is a seasonal menu item that is only available for a month. The owner was curious about what kimchi burger is like to Koreans, and it was very delicious! The kimchi acted like a pickle, so it wasn't greasy and the taste blended in naturally. The local burger was also very tasty with crispy potatoes. And be sure to eat the onion rings!!

I have been to this honest burger location more times than I have visited my own family's house. Genuinely can't fault it because with the above being said it does feel like a second home (sorry Mum). There is a nice warm atmosphere, the music is always good, and staff are always friendly and welcoming. The food is fantastic as always, from the delicious juicy burgers down to the tasty crispy chips. Their mint lemonade is also a must try 👌 On this occasion we'd visited on a Sunday afternoon, Oxford Street was awash with tourists, but Honest felt like a little oasis away from it all, less than a minute from the main hustle and bustle. I had the smash burger for the first time and it definitely hit the spot. There's something about Honest Burger restaurants and the community they've built, that can't be matched by other chains. It feels homely and inviting (and not just because I've visited so often). You know you're eating well cooked, well prepared food and won't regret your visit.

I hated the attitude of some of the employees. I was sitting waiting for my take away order and she demanded that I get up so a father and son could sit at the table. where I was sitting. What's the difference between my money and theirs? if I was waiting for my take away, if I paid. Why couldn't I wait sitting at one of the tables? Why did I have to wait standing up? ridiculous attitude. She was a blonde employee with blue eyes. She leaves completely frustrated.

It's a burger shop, but it's my favorite burger shop. Free range chicken and grass beef, local ingredients. Regularly rotating specials keep the menu interesting. At this location, the restaurant was packed but the service was still friendly and fast and our food was cooked nicely and the taste was great.
