Bill's in Canterbury

Food was very dry. Server was so quiet we could barely hear him speaking. At the end of the meal instead of him waiting for us to finish our drinks, he brought the bill over, typed in the amount on the cars reader and stood there waiting for payment...very rude!

Sunday morning brunch has a new bestie in the form of Bill's! Decided to pop in for a bite and was not disappointed, food was absolutely incredible and staff so friendly, especially josh and the man who sat us(didnt get his name but you spoke to us about brian cox!) ! Defo recommend and will be back

The food was so lovely that it was gone before we could get photos! The chilli cheese fondue sharer for two starter was amazing 10/10. The staff were all great and service was wonderful, especially our waitress, Zia!

This place was so lovely and absolutely love the prices and the variety of foods. I had the chicken 2 ways and would love the creamy potatoes recipe since I don't live close and wanna eat it all the time!!! £40 overall for 2 people so that's pretty good

Bills is a great place to eat good food reasonable prices, a good atmosphere. Our waitress Ala was great she was extremely welcoming and provided a good service always with a smile would definitely recommend 🙂

The service at Bills was fantastic. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great. Romy especially provided great service - approachable, welcoming and warm. She was attentive to our needs which I appreciated. The food itself does not disappoint. Good value for money. Well cooked.

Ala and Lia were amazing staff members who elevated our experience at Bills! Their lively and welcoming energy made my friends and I feel very delighted and grateful to have them as our servers. Lovely last minute booking for lunch to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. She was very happy with her steak lunch and excellent service from Josh who made the occasion even more special with his thoughtfulness. We will be back.

Nice quiet evening. Restaurant was not busy. Ordered starters and mains, Didn't have to wait vert long at all for our food. We were looked after really well by Romy, very cheerful, friendly and attentive, a very pleasant young lady.

Romy looked after us well, enough of a buzz to make the meal enjoyable but quiet enough for us to hold a conversation.

Today was our first time at Bill’s and it was fantastic! Literally not one complaint. The food was delicious and our server Romy was an absolute gem! Also the sticky toffee pudding was the best I’ve ever had! Would (& will) come back without hesitation.

We do regularly eat at Bill’s and the food quality has been consistently fantastic. Their customer service is amazing with knowledgeable & friendly staff . It was a great brunch experience! John was wonderful and very attentive!! Sat our table of 5 as a walk in and were so friendly!

We had such a lovely time at the restaurant. The atmosphere was minimalistic but great. We got bottomless pancakes for only £5 which is insanely cheap, although they were quite thick so we didn't get through many. No fault of the restaurant though, and they were delicious. The service was also fantastic thanks to our servers Ala and Lia, who were practically entertaining us throughout the evening on top of serving! The only thing is that it would have been nice to have brought our attention to the service charge beforehand. Granted our food was cheap anyway, we were more than happy to pay it, but it was still a surprise, more so if we'd spent a lot on the food already. Would definitely return though!

Went to Bills for a joint birthday meal with my best friend. I signed up the day before to the newsletter as it said I could get 20% off or a bottle of Prosecco as a birthday gift, when I made the booking online the next day I mentioned that I had still not received the offer to my inbox. When we arrive at Bills I mentioned this to a lovely waiter called Josh who said it was not a problem to honour the bottle of Prosecco (our choice instead of money off!!!) despite not having the email. So we had a nice meal, bottle of bubbly served in an ice bucket and then ordered a pudding as another birthday treat. On receiving the bill Josh had also given us the pudding for free as another birthday treat! What a lovely surprise and is the reason we will be returning to Bills as that is thoughtful and generous. Josh was a very attentive waiter, polite and professional and made our birthdays feel special.

We had Suni as our waiter , he so enthusiastic and friendly. Made me feel comfortable and welcomed, he checked back on us during the meal and once we had finished I asked for a takeaway box which they didn’t have so he went and got us a tub from the kitchen which was very nice and caring even though he didn’t have to , overall suni made my experience at bills wonderful !

Came here for a bottomless brunch. When it came to payment they added on £200 without explaining or telling us, and couldn't even explain what the extra money was for. Wouldn't recommend or visit again for a bottomless brunch
