Fabulous lunch family with family celebrating belated Birthday. We were welcomed with open arms and had a free birthday cocktail ready on the table, which was a very nice touch. Kids activity menu kept the little ones busy throughout the meal, this made our celebration even better. Food was good quality, nice and hot and presented with style. But what really does stand out at Bill's, is the service! Top notch. Thank you guys

The pancakes are amazing. Rasa was brilliant and has an amazing attention to detail. Her product knowledge was great and she helped us choose some great food.

Visited Monday evening, food was great and service excellent, the waitress Alay was fantastic, she was dealing with a very difficult and rude customer on the next table but stayed composted and professional the whole time, don’t think I would have done the same

My wife, myself, and two friends had lunch in Bill's Canterbury restaurant last week. It was the first time my wife had visited this restaurant, but not the first time for our friends. We were greeted by a staff member who found us a table for 4 very quickly outside. We were then greeted by Ala are waitress. ( I hope she doesn't mind me calling her a waitress) This young lady was amazing She was helpful and funny, and very hard working. Thank you sooooo much, Ala, from the 4 of us. We will definitely revisit Bill's Canterbury restaurant again.

Romy, our waitress was informative, friendly, and helpful. The whole team were more than welcoming and attended to us and our dog very well. It was our second visit in a week, and we were more than happy with the service provided.

We had a really lovely date night at Bills tonight. Lavi was an exceptional server, extremely attentive and friendly. The food and cocktails did not disappoint, especially the chicken burger, the sticky duck and the banoffee pie sundae. Thanks to all at Bill's for also accommodating us, even when I had booked the wrong night by mistake! Highly recommend!

My partner loves the duck breast salad, sadly, not breast meat anymore according to the manager, now use leg and wing meat and have done so for the last year we informed him that we ate at bills in tooting two weeks ago and it was definitely breast meat, we weren't charged for it,

Absolutely recommend for a British dish! The terrace is a nice place to sit thanks to the personnel being very warm and hospitable people. The fish pie tasted amazing and was reasonably priced. We also enjoyed the background music going on while we ate!

Lovely service by Lavi! Great food & atmosphere

We went to Bill's for lunch today. Firstly, there was a strong smell from the toilets. I'd advise asking to sit away from them. The lady who served us was polite with a smile. There was a long wait for food and when it arrived our order came out wrong. They disappeared with the incorrect food without informing us of anything. The server did apologise for her mistake and deducted £5.50 from the Bill. I have scored it 3/5 because I've been to and eaten in nicer places for the price.

The food was absolutely delicious, and our server Pallavi was incredible and friendly. We had such an amazing experience, will definitely come again.

Pallavi was brilliant and made us all feel comfortable. Our requirements were difficult with no pork/ beef , she offered us perfect subtitutes .

We had a great afternoon in Canterbury topped off by going to Bill’s. Amazing service, food, and vibes. Antonio made an already awesome spot, 10x better- kind, welcoming, attentive, and funny. Couldn’t recommend Bill’s more!

Bill's Canterbury is a popular restaurant chain all over the UK. The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere and is a popular spot for both locals and tourists. Despite the high prices, the food at Bill's is generally good. The portions are large and the dishes are well-presented. The service is also mostly friendly and attentive. If you are looking for a more affordable option, there are other restaurants in Canterbury that offer similar food and service. Bill's reminds me of a higher version of Weatherspoons. 3 out of 5 stars for me. It is a good restaurant, but the high prices may put some people off. (1 bottle of water was £5).

Was welcomed by a lovely gentleman who took us upstairs to whom we were served by Ala who was very attentive, lovely and very smiley. The service was spot on and the food was AMAZING!! I couldn’t eat it all but Ala very kindly got me a box to take the rest home in! Thank you Ala for the lovely experience!

Canterbury Bill's - Jess went above and beyond for us. Had an issue with food unavailable for one of our group with food restrictions and anxiety and Jess could have just said, sorry, we don't have it - but she fixed it, and made our evening, so we could all enjoy fab food. Been going to Bill's for years, love it, always a good time, love thr atmosphere.

Ala was our waitress today and couldn’t have been more friendly and attentive. It was a very busy and sunny day so we sat outside. The food took a little longer than usual because it was busy, however it was so good as always. Everyone finished everything on their plates.
