As a single diner I was made to feel very welcome. I had a feta salad, which was the best salad I have ever eaten. Tasty and beautifully presented, I was told that it had been prepared by Sam the chief. The Italian white wine was a good choice

Gluten free menu is truly amazing. Staff are knowledgeable of allergies, even brought my drink separately to my husbands beer!

One of my favourite places, to go to drink or to eat, I feel welcomed, staff are great. Food is always amazing for very fair price. Great for familys.

Came with a large group for bottomless brunch. The staff were so friendly and helpful! Especially a waitress named Brooke who went out of her way to help us order and took pictures of our table for us. Only downside was it did take a while to get drinks made from the bar, we only managed to get 3 in our time there, but there was a large group of us so this probably contributed!

I'd never known that Cosy Club existed until someone I know had recommended going. A friend and I were visiting Canterbury for a bottomless brunch at another venue and just had to visit to find out how nice it was for ourselves. It was a Sunday early evening, and quiet when we arrived. Our welcome was super friendly, and the service at the bar was good. Cocktails were 2 for £12.95 which is brilliant! We didn't have much time available before our booking elsewhere, although we tried to push back our other booking so we could stay longer, but was unfortunately unsuccessful in getting hold of the other venue, which was a shame. Despite this, we had enjoyed our first drink so much that we decided to go back for another before ending our evening and heading home. The lady at the bar even brought them outside for us! The decor is absolutely stunning, drinks tasted amazing and were served with a smile. We would definitely be back to try more of the cocktail menu!😍

The food was nice and the cocktails are good. The staff were very friendly and attentive so what more can you ask for? It's also a really versatile place as you can get breakfast/ lunch/ dinner or just go for cocktails.

Our meals were delightful, staff were very attentive without being OTT. Bella looked after us and her happy approach with nothing being too much trouble was wonderful. Whilst we will not rush back we will certainly be eating at Cosy Club again, hopefully Bella will be there to serve us.

Had a lovely dinner here! Very dog friendly place, staff was super friendly and helpful, fantastic vegetarian options as well! The downstairs has a cozy lounge feel and plenty of space so our doggo didn't feel crowded. The kitchen was a bit busy because there was a jazz live music session while we were there, so we had to wait a bit for our food, but it was more than worth it. We had an incredible pear & rucola salad, and the primavera salad was divine! The ravioli were delicious, too. 😍 I also recommend their wonderful matcha based drinks, we had the matcha latte and vanilla matcha latte, really great stuff 👍🏻

I took my mum out for brunch and we had a great time and our server was awesome and so friendly. We both had the smoked salmon, avocado and scrambled eggs and it was absolutely delicious.

Brooke and Louis were exceptional servers! The food was delicious and all-proportioned, and the drinks we had were some of the best I’ve tasted. I’m so sad to only be traveling here in Canterbury because everything this is a hidden gem!

All the staff are so friendly, the brunch is delicious and the decor is relaxing and fun. We love coming here with our dog.

Food is mediocre at best, and service is impossibly slow. Due to wait times, you’ll be stuck there at least two hours. The green beans are drowned in a swimming pool of oil, same with the macaroni & cheese. The pork belly bites portion is incredibly small and tough, bulked up by potatoes and smothered in a clashing sweet sauce. Do not recommend.

I like people to know when a restaurant gets their allergens right. Cozy club does. After reading the menu which clearly marks the allergens including gluten-free and vegetarian, the chef comes out to verify what you are ordering to make sure that it fits your allergen needs. This is double duty. I've rarely seen this happen before, but I'll tell you what the food was delicious and the substitution of the green beans for the sauce I couldn't have was fabulous.. these people are great and the setting is lovely

Beautiful area. The starters are excellent. We only had this and it was excellent. Like many English restaurants the bill is steep but at least it's good. The decoration is very interesting.

We had a beef appetizer and the salmon main dish. Both were excellent. The salmon had a pea and mint that formed the base for the salmon and potatoes. It was so good we asked for the recipe. Desert was the Salted Caramel Chocolate mousse - delish!!!

we've been here once before a long time ago and came back as we happened to be in canterbury. we were served by alfie who made our experience top notch. the food was absolutely amazing and we all had such a lovely meal and having alfie serve us was amazing and he was so good with my friend who is lactose intolerant, so thank you to alfie and the chefs for a great experience !!

The Cosy Club was fabulous. From the food to the cocktails, decor and particularly the service, it was absolutely the best place we have been to on our trip since arriving in the UK ten days ago. Highly recommend. A huge shout out to JB aka John Brown who was just the nicest person that we have encountered on our adventures. Thanks for the great evening at the Cosy Club. Go there if you are ever in Canterbury you won’t be disappointed I promise.

Choose this place because red colour in front was so striking and I love colours even in my food. Very nice and pleasant decor with colours. Music is creating so romantic atmosphere. Me and my partner really feeling chill. Mouthwatering taste of food. Love the great ambiance. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The prices were pocket friendly even For children separate menu. Highly recommend

We had a very spontaneous request with a lunch for 46 people. The staff was friendly and made a huge effort to provide a great service, accompanied by really good food. We had a great time and would definitely come again!

Nice enough for a chain but service very slow for larger parties with a service charge added on as “usual”. This has happened both times I visited. The prawn sharing platter tasted nice but consisted of three small prawns on discs of bread so not really a sharing platter at all!

I have visited the Cosy Club a few times already and each time it's been amazing. The staff is really friendly and the food and drinks are just amazing. Recently, I went there for breakfast and it was probably the best breakfast I have ever had! I had chorizo hash and I haven't stopped thinking about it! My partner had an English breakfast which was delicious as well.

We were served by Alex vbk. who delivered an excellent service and provided some brilliant recommendations on cocktails, every time we visit cosy club we always enjoy the amazing cocktails and food and today was another fantastic experience!

The Franklin room was the perfect venue for my family Birthday lunch, the atmosphere was great, service brilliant, everyone enjoyed the food and everything went exactly as planned. it’s okay, nice enough. I’d actually give it a 2.5 star rating. They’ve gone for aesthetics more than quality (note this is if you are going for drinks - not sampled the food there looked okay) I’ve been twice now, both times the cocktails they couldn’t do, and it’s never just 1 cocktail it’s been 3/4 difference ones that weren’t available. But the biggest put off is the rude bouncers. Tables are sticky. Much better places to go if you’re looking for nice friendly people and good cocktails.

A unique place with a lot of charm and exquisite decoration. The restaurant staff were lovely to us. We booked for our 10th anniversary and they welcomed us with a glass of proseco courtesy of the house, which we thought was a beautiful detail. The food was delicious. Just had a lovely breakfast here. I went for the chorizo hash which was lovely. The coffee was smooth and the OJ freshly squeezed. All excellent. I cannot believe I have not visited this place before. The restaurant is warm, the decor is eclectic and, whilst it was very quiet when I was there, I am sure it has an excellent buzz in the evenings. The stand out for me here is how lovely and engaging the staff are and how enthused they are about working there. I left with a smile on my face and I will certainly be back very soon, hopefully to try the Friday Jazz evening.

Me and my boyfriend love a cosy club dinner date, it has a very lovely atmosphere and feels like the right place to get a bit dressed up but have a casual dinner, the perfect night I would say! Food always comes out very quickly even when it’s super busy, and it’s great for its price too. The staff are super friendly!

Whilst the food was lovely, and service was great, after I returned home I suddenly realised a main item from my meal was missing. I contacted the restaurant regarding this, yet more than a month on I’m yet to receive a reply. Due to this, I’m unsure if I’d return.

The place is really nice and the cocktails were good too. However, it was on the expensive side (London rates). The food was a bit disappointing. We ordered potatoes and they had no seasoning. The pork belly was decent but not worth the price

We popped in for lunch and requested to seat downstairs. They easily accommodated my allergies - advising that they have a peanut-free kitchen. Our food came out quickly and was really good. It was the staff member that served us that really stood out though, he was great. Would 100% revisit.

Very welcoming, even though we said we only were having drinks, and it was an hr before closing. They made us coffees, even though they had cleaned the coffee machine they said, it's OK we'll clean it again. Now that's service. Will definitely go back for a meal

Some friends and i went to the Jazz Night and it was one of the best nights in a long time. The food, the service, the atmosphere, the energy was 10/10. The entertainment ‘Chris Valentine Music’ was absolutely incredible. I do hope Cosy Club make them permanent for every other jazz night, they were amazing.

I would give this place no stars if I could. I made a reservation several weeks ago for 19.00 on a Sunday evening for my Wife and I who were on a long weekend in Canterbury. We arrived slightly early, and were taken to the upper dining area where we ordered drinks. Firstly, the whole place is very dimly lit and you almost need a candle to see anything, including the menu. When the Waitress returned to take our food order, she advised us that 4 main courses were unavailable that evening as they had sold out of them ! At least 3 of those items, on what is a fairly small menu for main courses anyway, were dishes we wanted and had seriously considered having beforehand. Not fancying the remaining items that were available, we paid for the drinks and went to another restaurant where they had a full menu on offer. If this was a small local restaurant that bought in certain quantities of meats and fish and were on a buying budget it would be more understandable, although still not great, but this is a national chain ! I'd suggest they need to seriously look at what quantities of produce they order in advance, to avoid other people being disappointed, and the chain losing serious revenue because of it.

We had a lovely meal last night. Really couldn't fault the food and the service. We had a wonderful waitress, Lucy, who was more than welcoming and suggested foods to us aswell. It was a shame we had a very loud table of women next to us, which made it hard to hear each other talking. Overall it was a wonderful evening

Hosted my birthday party in the Franklin Room at the Cosy Club and had a fantastic night. All of my guests have said how impressed they were with the staff, the quality of the drinks and the overall atmosphere. During booking the team were very helpful and answered all my questions so I could just turn up and enjoy the night. A big thank you to the whole team.

This was our second visit as our first visit was a fantastic experience so we were hoping to relive that. This time they surpassed the first!! The service was absolutely amazing, the staff bantered with us throughout the evening making the meal even more enjoyable. I unfortunately didn’t get any names but they were all incredibly attentive and caring. The food was delicious and the cocktails were totally worth trying as they were so good. My daughter is a coeliac so cannot eat Gluten and they were really caring and ensured everything was kept separate and even put a little GF flag in her cocktails! They have a separate menu for Gluten Free which is really helpful. We will be back and look forward to our next visit.

Came here to celebrate our 4 year anniversary and it was a lovely experience. Our waitress Saffron was attentive, kind and gave brilliant service from start to finish, as well as all the other staff we saw. The food was lovely, and it came really quickly. Will definitely be back soon

The dinner was good and the drinks were as well. However, when i went to pay for my order via card the payment was processing due to the alleged signal issues at ‘The Cosy Club’ in Canterbury, so my partner proceeded to pay and i reimbursed her after. The money had still been withdrawn from my account after my attempt to pay and was later refunded. I have checked today to see the bill has again been withdrawn totalling £53.95 on the 24th January, 16 days later and my partner was still charged. I have tried calling customer service and have not been able to get through numerous times. (This was my only way of communication) I hope to be reimbursed shortly as i should not have to double pay for my meal and to be contacted by your customer service.

We were here with friends for the New Year’s Eve soirée which was billed as including cocktails and canapés on arrival, a sumptuous 3 course dinner, live music & dancing, bubbles for midnight and Polaroid & props. We had an amazing evening from start to finish. The venue was beautifully decorated, not overly crowded and with amazing staff who were all really friendly, professional and attentive. In fact we have never experienced such great service on a New Year’s Eve. The Cosy Club delivered on everything with a generous selection of canapés on arrival, an excellent Ruby Royale signature cocktail made with Cygnet 22 gin, and a really good menu which included a choice of 3 starters, 4 mains and 4 desserts. We were able to keep our table after dinner which meant that we could leave our belongings there whilst we went to the bar. The live band was superb and the bubbly was distributed amongst the guests before midnight. The staff all made a real effort including dressing up and letting off confetti canons at midnight which helped create a fun atmosphere. This was a New Year’s Eve to remember for all the right reasons.
