Fantastic place. Lovely room. Smart luxury decor. Loved the choice of tea and coffee with a nice addition of macaroons. Would stay here again attentive staff. Lovely food, plenty of choice off the breakfast menu.

Stumbled across here after our table elsewhere wasn’t ready way after we’d booked and it was exactly what we were looking for. Cosy with a table next to the fire, we had a lovely roast and a burger. Service was friendly too. Made even better with a dog next to our table :)

Stayed here for a long weekend and it is really amazing. I didn't know that Queen Elizabeth II was friends with the family and stayed here often. Didn't get the Windsor suite but never the less a really lovely stay in a beautiful hotel. Grounds are great and area really good for beautiful villages. Food very good as is wine. I found the wine selection limited but not really complaining as they were good wines. Our room was at top of hotel but there is a lift so if you have a problem with stairs use the lift. Room very comfortable and great view.

It's a very cute shop. There are a variety of drinks. The shop is beautiful. You can sit inside or outside. The surrounding area of ​​the shop is beautiful. From the shop, walk a little bit and there is an area where dogs can run around. It's beautiful and cute.

Too busy on a Saturday for me. They said for me to sit at a certain table and they would be back. They didn't come back. I eventually picked up my order from the counter. Time was pressing for me in the end. Good food though.

Had a great Family lunch with 12 of us last Saturday and Ian, Charlie, Seb & Vesi could not have been more welcoming. The food was really delicious which made for a very happy celebration. Thank you all so much. Kate

I visited here with my family for cream tea and it was lovely- fresh handmade scones and friendly staff - I would recommend a visit .

Went with a group and there was another group also plus tables of 2-3-4s so it was as is usual for this place at lunchtime VERY BUSY consequently the service was diabolica because there was only two people waiting on. They certainly need at least another one if not two more staff front of house. I will say though the food as always was excellent it's just the long wait to get it. 🫤💂‍♂️

Amazing band nights, everyone is extremely friendly and a welcoming environment. Always a positive vibe every time I go. I love that it is also dog friendly.

Visited this traditional locals pub after finishing a walk. Friendly staff, good real ales and the roast chicken was nicely cooked. Will visit again when im in the area.

I visited twice on my visit back to the UK. After many recommendations to visit this lovely little tearoom. The sandwiches and scones are delicious and the afternoon tea was a delight. I took home some freshly made Cornish pasties for my husband and they were eaten with gusto. The atmosphere is cosy and inviting and they are helpful and friendly. I will definately visit again on my next trip back to the uk and will recommend to friends.

Brilliant Tapas meal. My wife and I visited this evening after having seen the Tapas Night advertised. Four dishes plus bread and olives for £15.00pp. The food was delicious, real variety of dishes, and great sized portions. Absolutely stuffed at the end of the meal. Wish I’d taken photos to share with you. Big shout out to the staff too…friendly, welcoming, attentive and cheerful. Overall, a great evening, highly recommended.
