Disgusting - dreadful service, and when the service did appear, safe to say it was rude and arrogant, with an automatic 10% service charge added…. I should also mention that all I was doing was ordering drinks at the bar…. Unbelievable….

I’ve just had a terrible experience here. My meal was completely forgotten, and when I raised the issue, the staff were rude and dismissive rather than apologetic. I admit I lost my temper out of frustration, but that was only because of how poorly the situation was handled—being ignored while the rest of my table ate was unacceptable. To make matters worse, my granddaughter was very upset by the whole situation. What should have been an enjoyable meal turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. Mistakes happen, but the lack of care and basic customer service was shocking. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Really sad but we won’t be back 🤷♀️

If I could I wouldn’t even give it a one star I ordered a pizza for my partner who has an allergy to cheese when we got the pizza there was cheese on it when I repeatedly told them no cheese when I rang us they didn’t give us a refund and didn’t offer to change the pizza to the correct one won’t be ordering from here again

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I placed a relatively small order just after 18:30 and was told it would arrive just after 19:00. 19:00 came and went and so I rang numerous times to check where the order was and was assured it was “on its way” which carried on for about an hour despite the fact we live less than 10 minutes away. Sadly, when the food did arrive around 20:10, it was luke warm, and the bun for the burger was stale. I rang up to complain and ask for a refund or at least a discount only to be offered free food instead. They offered to collect the food but at that time, everyone was so hungry that we had to make do. I rarely ever leave reviews of anything but on this occasion I felt no choice. It has been arguably the worst takeaway experience I’ve ever had with abysmal customer service. If you are thinking of ordering from Off the Hook tonight, please think again.

Cannot fault the restaurant at all! I have a dairy allergy and the staff were beyond accommodating - they could make almost every dish dairy free and I even had a selection of 3 desserts! Service was brilliant and the food was lovely☺️

Llegamos a un establecimiento vacío, pero las mesas estaban sucias. La persona que servía limpiaba las mesas, pero el servicio en sí era muy lento. Cuando pedimos la factura, no nos la enseñaron, ella puso los números en la máquina de tarjetas y fue solo después de pagar que descubrimos que nos habían cobrado un cargo por servicio. No había mención de esto en el menú. No tengo ningún problema en dar propinas por un buen servicio pero un cargo automático en una mesa para cuatro cuando el servicio era deficiente es ridículo. Definitivamente no volvería.

Food was bland and disappointing, though it looks like they are trying to make up for it with quantity. Seems the chef doesn't want to be there. If you order sausage roll with fries, it will cost you £9. If you order it separately, it will be £7. That is, unless they give part of your order to someone else and then tell you they don't have any more, even though you already paid and been waiting for 10 minutes for the food. Just go anywhere else and you'll have better rating experience

Food intolerance now I can't buy from here but remember the egg and bacon roll. Well used . Staff look flustered but it must be hot inside the unit.
