Dreadful service.. Daughters wanted to take their mum out for mothers day. Arrived at 1pm. Desert still hadn't arrived by 5pm. So many people complaining about the service and walking out.

This is a great location for a pub. The staff and food are always great, the menu caters for everyone and the quality has always been consistent for us over the last few years. The atmosphere is relaxed and the staff are friendly and attentive. Even when we have had issues in food or service the team have always been apologetic and offered a refund for the delay in food. Very much worth a try if you’re in the area. We don’t always book a table however they have always managed accommodated us even during busier times but it’s worth booking for peace of mind.

An impromptu Saturday lunch visit with my Wife and Elderly Mum. Fantastic service and very tasty and well presented food. Our first visit as we were just passing but we will return.

Working locally I asked for recommendations for a decent pub to get dinner. It was suggested I come in the Queens Head. I’m so pleased I did. I had a mixed grill and not a single item was less than perfectly cooked. The atmosphere was good, quite busy. I believe it’s steak night. Seems a really popular place with locals. Only downside is the car park is a bit tight. But with a number plate registration system at the bar you can’t really knock a star off just for that.

We were a party of nine. We all had different roast dinners and each one was as tasty as the next, and all arrived at the same time. The service was great, so friendly and kind. We had a one year old with us, staff went out if their way to make us feel at ease and to accommodate our baby. Would highly recommend this pub, has a cosy indoor space and beautiful views outside

I have a shellfish allergy, but love fish. so I rang The White Hart in advance of our visit. The staff could not have been more helpful and the chef (Raj?) even came to the phone to talk to me. He took all the stress away with his understanding and totally accommodated my needs. Thank you very much for an excellent lunch for four and the good service.

Lovely staff, cosy atmosphere, decent price.

We decided to have lunch on our way home and we hit the jackpot. Totally amazing Indian dishes. The children had the Old Delhi Chicken Curry. It was so tasty and mild at the same time. I could define it as the best Korma I've ever had. Me and my husband had the Chicken shashlik Masala. The best and tastiest and authentic curry. The peshwari nans were delicious as were the rice sides and poppadoms and the sauces. We will definitely come here again. What a shame they don't have such authentic restaurants near London anymore. Highly recommended! Wonderful service too.

The pump house has excellent staff and great service, always a good atmosphere especially on weekends, definitely a must visit pub in Brighton.

Nice and cosy traditional pub in the old part of Lymington, especially when the fire is lit. Worth booking if you want to eat there. Access for people with disabilities maybe difficult due to the building's age.

Felt sorry for them as short staffed, but they did a great job

We took our family here for Easter Sunday lunch. We were met with a fabulous smile and warm welcome from Sammy all the staff. The food was well cooked and served in very generous portions. We were very well looked after (including easter treats for everyone) and had a great experience. So pleased to see this pub back on the map. We'll be back again soon. Thank You.
