Max & Laura behind the bar were friendly, welcoming and attentive. Great little spot with excellent food and a good selection of beer.

Went for a business dinner having preselected my dishes. They managed to get every single course wrong including both nuts and rocket visibly on the plate. They also have my colleague dairy in one course and gluten in another. Just don’t bother. Our team won’t go back, trust me

I had a great chicken burger here. I hadn't realised this pub existed until a 007 treasure hunt took us past it. I went back for a visit and was glad I did.

Very atmospheric pub with stunnin architecture and good service. Yannick and Rory were fabulous. The starters are honestly the only thing I can recommend here though. The calamari and camembert were delicious but chicken and mushroom pie was extremely bland and the drinks (at least Long Island ice tea and wine) were unimpressive. If you go stick to the starters and what’s on tap!

A pub you will love! Good food, very friendly staff and a well atmosphere! Highly recommended!

Very rude customer service no smile or welcoming

Des fois le hasard fait de bonnes choses. Avec une journée un peu longue nous avons voulu manger pas trop loin sur Hammersmith, et il était déjà un peu tard. Recherche rapide, bonnes notes affichées : en avant pour ce Andover Arms. Et sacrée surprise ; au bout d'une rue, un endroit charmant, avec une bonne ambiance, un service vraiment très gentil, mais aussi et surtout des plats d'une qualité vraiment top ! Viande juteuse, js de viande bien corsé, des burgers plein de goût. On a passé un excellent moment. Amis français, n'hésitez pas !

Cenaron temprano el domingo por la noche. El servicio era un poco lento y tenía que perseguir bebidas. Los entrantes eran buenos, la sopa de chirivía y el sarro de bistec en particular, pero las vieiras, o mejor dicho vieira era promedio. Mains llegó y se veía bien, varios sirvieron en tableros de compartir. Sin embargo, una vez servida la comida estaba tibia pero no caliente y la verdura apenas caliente. Le informamos al camarero que respondió: “¿Qué quieres que haga al respecto? No es exactamente excelente servicio al cliente, pero después de darse cuenta de que nos gustaría comida caliente todas las comidas fueron reemplazadas. La comida de la segunda vez era mejor, pero no genial. El cordero y el pollo bien, el cerdo era pobre. No estoy convencido de que las tablas de servir realmente funcionen, seguramente es mejor servir la comida en placas calientes de tuberías, en lugar de servir a la tabla y luego en platos, simplemente toma más tiempo y la comida simplemente no se mantiene tan caliente. Pocas otras cosas muy limitada elección de bebidas sin alcohol, sin salsas ofrecidas con asados, y no más dulce solo azúcar disponible. La experiencia global fue promedio. El proyecto de ley se ajustó para reflejar los problemas que enfrentamos, lo que fue justo. Ciertamente no nos apresuraremos a regresar para los asados dominicales.

Somewhat disappointing and certainly overpriced food, not at all suitable for vegetarians, and unwelcoming decor (the metal table was freezing!). The staff were friendly but I wouldn't come back.

Absolutely dreadful experience. My steak, cooked rare, was tough as leather. Ingredients were cheap and flavorless.

Very disappointing final meal in London! Our family was leaving London the next day so we thought a “farewell” meal on the canal would be a great ending to a great holiday. However, our reservation of six (6) was seated next to a loud & lively party of eleven (11). While the restaurant was busy, they could have easily secured us a table a bit farther away from this group. They were very loud with no situational awareness, as multiple people in their party would push past us to speak to others in their group, including having their rear ends in our table! Moving on, our server was incredibly disinterested in us. It took the server 10-15 minutes simply to acknowledge us. He didn’t ask if we wanted anything to drink. He simply asked what we wanted to eat. The only good part of this experience was the food. Everyone enjoyed their meals but we were quick to leave the restaurant after finishing, opting to go elsewhere for dessert and coffee/tea.

Bueno, comienza con una flauta de champán en el bar de afuera y luego viene a la cervecería a almorzar... Pedí las mejillas de buey bourguignon y la comida era promedio 🤷🏻‍♂️🤦🏻. El restaurante y el personal de servicio son un poco tensos para un restaurante estilo brasseries 🤦🏻 . En general decepcionante, la comida es promedio y caro. Lugar perfecto para turistas última compra 😋🤡
