Midweek visit so quiet, but food and service were spot on.

Sat on the top floor the windows had been open and it was fairly cold. It never really warmed up. Food was good but could have been warmer also

Very busy Pub, with a lively football atmosphere.

Very nice team of staff. Sunday roast was excellent.

Turned up pre match West Ham V Everton about 12, for a 15:00 KO and found this place for food. Was no availability for a sit down but they found me shortly afterwards and offered me a table upstairs with my son. The service was on point, we ordered a Steak M/R for my son and I had the steak pie and mash. The pie and mash was of a good standard and about right for the venue and area. £22 The steak was £26 or 28. My son wasn't happy that it was M/W vice M/R so we mentioned this to the server. They promptly offered to re do a steak for us. The 2nd steak was perfectly cooked and spot on. Although high in price but right for the area we was happy with that. Only part I've knocked down is the steak. But as I said was corrected immediately and with respect. Good venue downstairs for pre-match drinks. But if you are looking for a quiet meal use on non match days and you will do great.

Great experience! Lively but with the three floors, we were able to enjoy lunch without too much noise or traffic.

I had an incredible experience! The security team was outstanding – they were professional, attentive, and made us feel completely safe throughout the evening. The bar staff was also fantastic; they were efficient, friendly, and served our drinks quickly even during the busiest times. It’s rare to find a venue where both safety and service are so well handled. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place that truly prioritises its guests!

The food is brilliant, real friendly place and great atmosphere on match days. The Doorman Tunde was great too and very friendly.

Popped in for lunch whilst Christmas shopping in Westfields Ploughman’s sharing lunch was huge. It says feeds 2-3 and it really does! Will definitely come back when next in the area

Mixed feelings, not a great service, chaotic but somehow pleasant. Air con and heating on at the same time, few feet apart. Hmmm.

Nice place to stop off for a drink and a chat. There are a few seats upstairs too. Only problem is the ladies toilets are upstairs, big flight of stairs to walk up.No disabled toilets, mens toilets down stairs.

So bad. The pheasant was almost inedible with how dry it was. I didn’t know roasted vegetables could be messed up.

We always have the most amazing service at The Cow - all the staff are great (Mihail always "in control' !) - but, recently, Raul has gone 'above and beyond' - thanks Raul. He's even become a West Ham fan !!

This Irish Pub has great Guinness and a very good pub food menu. They also have an evening dining room. We were there @ lunch & enjoyed all of it.

We passed by here on the way to the London stadium. We also came back after as we loved the experience. The place is themed very well and looks great. The beer is classic Stratford prices so don’t expect too cheap prices. The beer was cold and crisp even when the place was packed. Still havnt eaten yet, but I will book a table one day but usally always fully booked Very nicely decorated bar, worth a visit is you are passing through

This is a cool medium priced place to chill with friends after work. I also go by myself before shopping or heading home after work. When I'm by myself I like to people watch. It's got a decent outdoor space and is dog friendly.

Great place to grab a bite and a beer just after shopping at the mall. However, with the new policy for smoking just outside the pub is less enjoyable, there are no hitting units, and it's always windy there

Lovely pub/restaurant. We were 4 widows having lunch, food fabulous. Rose house wine superb, we had 6 bottles 🤔 and the staff were welcoming and friendly. Will go again

Youngs pub? What a joke 5pm on a friday not a sign of a real ale was looking forward to a pint of bitter or better still the special. Neither available just overpriced other rubbish. Decided to switch to a brandy or two. Cannot even serve it in a brandy glass, dished up in a glass more fitting for milk. Complete joke of a place.

Great breakfast - good value. Unfortunately no coffee due to breakdown of hot water.

Great pub if you are in the Stratford area

Modern pub with rustic interior in Stratford; just out the back of the Westfield shopping centre, heading towards the stadium. Popped in here for a pint of Peroni. Good bustle for a weekday afternoon, but still tables to be had. There was also an upstairs, which was shut, but presumably comes into play of an evening. Food menu looked decent, the people opposite had a big sharing board. I’d eat that. Looked good. Also noticed platter of sliders. The Peroni was as expected and was £7.40; a perfectly respectable price to pay in London for a pint these days. In another life, I suppose this would have been a regular haunt. Or at least an occasional one anyway…. 🤔

Really nice little pub outside of the chaos of Westfield.

Excellent food, good portions. The only downside is the service which is slow but can be explained as it was Sunday lunch.

Came for lunchtime drinks today.The pub was busy,but the charming social media employee,Andorra,made room for us in a relaxing space.Both the red house wine and Sicilian white were enjoyed by our party.

The onion rings are so so so oily. They look amazing but they’re actually 90% oil and weirdly flavourless. Also a tiny steak sandwich for £12 with barely any filling on cheap bread with no side salad or chips. Pathetic!!!

Have to be honest and say I wasn’t sure about this one from the outside. I walked here specifically as it says you get views of the London Stadium but not sure that strictly true and I ended up having to walk to the Stadium but decided to call in on my return. Pleased I did as the inside of the pub is very nice with a modern style but still the feel of a proper traditional pub on the ground floor. Extremely busy but I found some seating on the second floor. Nice pint of Young’s and not badly priced either. Sockets to charge phones etc, plenty of screens for live sport and a lively atmosphere. Would definitely visit again if I was in the area.

Had an amazing visit to the Cow. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. I had the fish and chips, it it was incredible. The batter was so crunchy! Would highly recommend.

The Cow has a great location and the decor inside is welcoming with a mix of agricultural barn chic, ski lodge and relaxing lounge. The barman was a little too distracted by the buxom nature of the young lady standing next to me to catch my drinks order first time around - something we both pointed out. How very "Carry on Mooing" The menu is pub fare - not gastropub but solid pub grub. That said (perhaps because of its location in Canary Wharf) it charges above the going rate for its menu which is ok but not particularly inspiring, The food was cooked well though my plaice hadn't been fully gutted (I quite like fish liver but ...) and if you're serving a ring of crushed potatoes it's better if they are side dish warm rather than salad cold. I would have sent it back but we were on a tight deadline so didn't. Service was ok but it relied heavily on you installing the pub app then adding a cord, then selecting the location, then navigating the differences between the paper and digital menus etc. The claim is that this helps "keep the conversation flowing" - breaking news, it doesn't and it was too much hassle for a non regular visitor. Overall, food OK to good, service slow and patchy, atmosphere OK but all could be so much better with some front of house attention.

We booked the Gallery area for my sister's baby shower and the space was so nice! Really nice vibes. Football was on for the guys to enjoy but not too loud or rowdy crowd. We had a wonderful time and the staff were really attentive and kind but not too overly so. Easy booking process. Had to put down £100 deposit but that was redeemable on the day or could get my deposit refunded back as long as we showed up :) Highly recommend for any little events you have. Lighting wasn't really condusive for photos especially in the charter house section but you can't have it all ;)

The roast was amazing. The portion size was humongous. Just wished there was some cauli cheese included too. Everything else 👏

Good roast dinner (horseradish incredible), great atmosphere and service excellent. Recommend as a great venue when we find ourselves in Stratford

We had the Sunday roast and the quality of beef was awful. Extremely tough and was curling up on itself. Potatoes were poor and the restaurant was understandably empty.

Had a burger here with my family recently. It was fine. The burger was fine but was £18 and not really worth the price. The beer was fine but the guy serving us was a bit unfriendly. The decor is fine but nothing special and the tables weren’t cleaned. The atmosphere was fine but there were a few drunk guys swearing loudly and it was the middle of the day and quite quiet so not really appropriate for a family. It was all just… fine. I wouldn’t say go, I wouldn’t say avoid it, it’s a 2.5 stars out of 5 kind of place. One word of advice, if it’s raining don’t sit outside even though it’s covered, as you’re going to get wet as you can see in the video….

I organised a meal for 60 people and Issy, Daniel and the team went out of their way to make the event top class. Could not fault a thing. Everything went to plan and we all ate at the same time.Thanks for your hard work. 100% recommend

This is a truly amazing space, the whole environment is so beautifully detailed and fun, the sheer open-ness of the space and honestly of the staff is truly a rare find. Everyone is so eager to help and accommodate for you and your needs. The food was great! everything we ordered was truly tasty, the onion rings were MASSIVE, and the mac and cheese is a personal recommendation. To keep things honest, I do wish they developed their espresso a little more. Just some small steps could go a long way to getting some tasty coffee!

Always enjoy a quick pint here. Due to the location it's always extremely busy though. Difficult to find a seat on a Friday or Saturday.

Yeah, it's ok, friendly attentive staff and quick service but it's a bit anonymous. It was midweek so maybe it's better to visit weekends when I should imagine it'll be a bit livelier

Great spot for the fam and friends, good beer and food, staff is nice, bartender helped me choose a good beer. Think his name was Vinay, nice lad.

The food was delicious and the service was amazing. The food came out quick, coffee was tasty and the service was attentive and the staff is very friendly and polite

We had the Sunday roasts and sausages and mash, both were fine. The service though spoilt the experience. Very slow and disorganised. Plus a 12.5% discretionary service charge, which I requested to be removed ( never a popular request) . We would have had at least a second round of drinks and probably desserts had the menus been provided more quickly. But it is in a convenient location, it wasn’t too busy for a Sunday of a bank holiday and it was clean and pleasant to visit.

This is a pub with food close to Westfield by Stratford station. Good selection of beers and lagers. Nice atmosphere and easy to find seating given it was a Friday.

We were downstairs in The Cow, but it smelled terribly of urine. The beer was ok.

--EDITED WITH ADDITIONAL INFO-- My husband and I had already booked a table in advance but when we arrived at the restaurant, our name wasn't on the list held by guards at the entrance. When we tried to call the reception to check for our booking, no one answered the call neither the guards helped. When we requested to allow one of us to go inside and talk to the receptionist in person, they refused that as well. Terrible experience, would never bother to go there again! Thank you for responding to my review. The booking was made on my husband's name, Anirudh Naithani, on 29 June for 3 pm. We understand the rush due to several matches going on simultaneously. And that's why we had called and booked a table in advance and had discussed at length with the lady on the phone as to which side we could sit to see the T20 cricket WC final match. Ideally we shouldn't have been given a confirmation of a table booking if your restaurant was already overbooked and there was no place to seat us. We would have appreciated that and arranged for something else instead of being refused entry at the door just last min.

Service was very prompt & the pub is lovely, visited many times. Unfortunately everything we ate was very salty which spoiled the experience a bit.

We had a great day at the Olympic stadium and now had a couple of pints and a nice pub tea at the The Cow before going back to our hotel to chill.

This pub certainly sells itself well on its website, we expected a high quality place but it was just a scruffy pub. Unfortunately our food wasn't good, it should have been a lot better for the price. For example, I couldn't taste any apricot in the lamb scotch egg, the egg was undercooked but I had to send back my burger as it was a blackened lump of chewy meat, totally overcooked. The caesar salad was a small pile of lettuce with a few black over-cooked lumps of steak on the top. The best food was the chips! At least they had reserved a nice table for our group but when we arrived we were told there would be a 30-40 minute wait for the food. They had my £100 deposit since April so I really expected something better than this, especially as I had received quite a few emails requesting our pre-orders - which were sent in on time. Our family were all so pleased to finally be together that we put up with it all but we won't be returning. In such a busy place as Stratford with lots of places to eat you would've thought this pub would try harder to produce reasonably priced drinks and tastier food after all, other places manage it.

I quite often go to The Cow when in Stratford for a beer, they have a decent variety of beers on tap, atmosphere is always good.

First time here at The Cow. Pub was lovely in terms of ambience and decoration. We had steak for our main meal and it was cooked to perfection, came with fries and garlic butter. My friends steak had quite a bit of fat on it but they still said it was lovely and cooked perfectly. I had a soft drink and my friend had 2 pints of cider which he enjoyed. I would recommend this pub, it's located within the Stratford Mall.

We all had fish and chips and they were absolutely delicious 😋 Lovely crispy batter. Huge portion. Would definitely recommend. Also good choice of non alcoholic beers which was great for us.

Decided to go here because it was one of the few places serving breakfast early, ordered the vegetarian breakfast and the vegan pancakes, both were tasteless. The pancakes alone had little fruit and a strain of yogurt on them. Very poor.

Over looked when turned up staff ignored you and seated another party first. Very slow service Over priced food for what you got for the prices they charge.litterly chicken burger and chips no salad or exras one plate come out with just the burger they even forgot the chips

Beautiful surrounding, excellent Sunday roast. Was able to be squeezed in the schedule and what a fantastic lunch before heading to London Stadium right across the street. Highly recommended!

Beer taps constantly leaving a nasty aftertaste, lost count how many times I've complained

The steaks were rather poor. Even the rare ones were rather chewy.

Had a reservation here on Saturday. Staff were great but paying £16.70 for double gin is a ridiculous price.

We booked to follow our lunchtime visit to the Horizon of Khufu VR experience. We arrived about 30 minutes early and our allocated table wasn’t free which wasn’t a problem as there were plenty of free tables. The menu isn’t large but there is a good range of options and we opted for two steak and ale pies and two fish and chips, orders for food are taken at the bar. The food took about 10 minutes to arrive and was piping hot, well presented and very tasty, and also very filling. We would certainly visit again if in the area.

There was a group of 9 of us. The gentleman that served us was brilliant, very attentive and super friendly. The roast dinners were amazing. Thanks for a fab afternoon

Met with friends at The Cow for a birthday celebration. Sunday roast & a pint. Everyone really enjoyed it and we were all very impressed by the excellent service.
