First and last time eating here. The food is awful. Don’t understand how people rate this place, quite bewildering. Sorry, not for me.

Loved it. I entered thinking there was no space to sit, but they do have space at level -1. You can order via a QR code, service was ok. Loved the piri-piri chicken, the mediterranean salade was also really great. Will go again.

Nice restaurant with good food. You can order and pay by the QR code, which is really convenient.

Visité aquí con amigos para nuestra fijación habitual de pollo peri peri a la parrilla. Tuvimos un plato entero con 2 lados de papas fritas y una calabaza de manteca de arroz más un plato de filete de pechuga de pollo y papas fritas. Todo apareció con prontitud y bien presentado. Todos los platos estaban muy deliciosos. El servicio es siempre muy amable. El restaurante estaba muy ocupado en un almuerzo entre semana.

I ordered a fully loader chips, I was so dessapointed, the foods were cold, too much sauce. The manager did not help at all. I will never go back. Foods and service were RUBBISH

Very dirty, bottles on the floor, tables not ed overall make you question it's overall hygiene.

The food was the normal good Nandos quality and the staff were friendly. I was seated downstairs and it was freezing - everytime the entrance door to the street opened an icy blast blew in and came downstairs. Lots of other guests complained and wore coats during dinner. The food inevitably got cold sooner too.

Great Nandos very close to Flannels ! We had a delicious lunch after shopping :)

Excellent service like every Nanndo's. Food full of flavor and excellent value for money. Very friendly and proactive staff, always ready to satisfy every need. Highly recommended for everyone, even families with small children.

Online order system is the worst. Doesn't work. Money gone but "error"

We had to wait for 40 minutes before our food arrived. When it came one of the burgers was cold, the other was slightly warner. We returned the cold one, 3 minutes later we got a new one, again cold…

Lovely staff and good service however the food was disappointing, so cold and not fresh at all.

The food was good but the service left a lot to be desired. Took a long time to come and take our orders. Stood at the till for ages. I have a blue light card and showed the man at the till he said I needed to have my ID badge with me which I did not know about and my friend who’s had her blue card for ages has never been asked for her ID before. I explained was new and I could show my bank card which has same name as on blue light card but they said no had to be my badge. Would have been nice to know this before as it’s not stated anywhere. Food was ready I could see it but only one person serving food and some other members of staff walking round. It was very busy but still they could have had more people helping with serving so that food got out quicker and not left sat on the serving shelf for ages. Didn’t get served together so I had to eat my food in front of my friends and their children on my own while they waited for their food. This was even though we ordered at the same time. My friends made me eat it or would have gone cold as I wanted to wait. Very busy and noisy. I’m use to hearing the usual nandos Spanish music but couldn’t even hear it as people where so loud.

Pink chicken. Anna was unbelievably rude. Asked for it to be recooked. The waiter took it back to the pass, he did a good job and then Anna came over and ruined our night. She told us there was nothing wrong with the food. We managed to get her to refire the chicken but it came back undercooked again.

Ann brought us to our table and warmly and clearly explained how we could order. Asked would our daughter like some drawing materials and brought them over. Was attentive and pleasant throughout. Encouraged us to check out the desert menu.

Nicholas was a fantastic host. I was shocked when his name tag said trainee! He was so personable and accommodating. He ensured I was comfortable in every way, as a solo diner this is important as I feel like we can sometimes get overlooked. This Nandos was probably one of the cleanest ones I’ve been to, staff was busy clearing tables and sweeping to ensure everything was in tip top shape. Might even be back tomorrow

Big up Dylan our server who looked after us and kept smiling even though it was busy. Also Anna went above and beyond to make sure we had a good meal as there technical issue which charged us twice on the QR code but quickly resolved thanks to Anna !

The flavors of roasted chicken are really diverse. The portion size of a whole roasted chicken is about the same size as a Costco roasted chicken, which is not much more than you might imagine. There is no way to pay online. If your English is not good, there is really no way.

Good place to escape the busyness of the high street, after hours of shopping! The place is cleaning, the food is well cooked( Nandos standards 😋) and the person at the door was really friendly and welcoming. The service was great and they came twice to ask us how our food was. We had a laugh with the security guard, overall an enjoyable experience.

Service was alright but they messed up my order. Gave me a plate of stone cold mash which completely ruined my appetite after trying a spoonful and they gave me the wrong chicken order. I ordered the butterfly chicken and got a regular breast instead. Didn’t realize my order was messed up till I was walking out and saw the guy next to me with the same thing I ordered except his breast was actually butterflied.

Food was as good as ever. Suspect they were short staffed, because it was pretty chaotic. Someone else got my table while I was ordering ( QR didn't work). But staff were nice and helpful

Whent in used the bathroom downstairs was empty I sat upstairs and staff said it was reserved there was no sign saying reserve he then said I have to wate about 30 minutes I said dont worry walked out he did say sorry but not good enough need to train your staff or hire more people when back home Bedford no problem sat right down and used my card with money on it it just shows you can improve a bit more

Cashier just walked away for quite a while. Very rude cashier lady. Eventually a guy came and took our order. Person packing our order was pleasant. Chicken breast was very dry. Peri chips very soggy. Don't recommend this location.

Nando's seems to be an African-themed restaurant opened by Europeans? Similar to a set meal restaurant, you can scan and order online to pay. If you don’t understand English and don’t know the Internet, it’s a bit difficult to pay in cash. The variety of food should be a fusion of London's local flavors, multiple choices, and diverse dishes. Among them, the African food flavor is the most recommended. Nando's unique chutney has various spiciness levels. The unique spiciness is also popular. Teli vending bottles are sold in London supermarkets. This restaurant offers some special African cuisine with unforgettable flavor. I will visit again if I have the chance. It would be better if we can provide credit card and cash payment for foreign tourists.

Fantastic ambience and food. But the staff was a bit rude. As we requested here to change the glass because it was stained, without checking she started saying it's dishwashers and all the glasses are same you wouldn't find any different glasses. Then we showed the stains then she is like "oh okay" and changed the glass. Rather than arguing she would have just changed the glass. Other than that it was good food so I am happy with it.

We had a really good time.. We were greeted by Angel our waitress she was really polite, welcoming and friendly. Oshaine brought our food over he was very friendly we didn't have to wait long at all and the food was up to a high standard we will be back!!!

The chicken wrap was cold! This is a portion of sweet potato wedges for £4.75! Clearly a rip off. The worst Nando's I've ever been to.

I'm only giving 3 stars, cause it seems they can't cook a rice which isn't really spicy and hot ...and the chicken is very well cooked other than that or is a good place to go to...prices are a little too high

If I could give it a 0 stars I would . Obviously food was great that is standard from Nandos HOWEVER waiting time and staff being incompetent brings this branch down. I waited ages to be served at the till around 30 minutes just standing there while two other workers were simply standing by the front chit chatting away. When I mentioned if another staff could come to the till they said that I should have just ordered online ? Which is so lame as why are they deciding how I should be ordering when my phone had simply ran out of charge ? Plus why have staff that don’t know how to use tills ? So lazy

Food was good. You order right through the website on the QR code. And you pay through there too which was ultra convenient. But food took long to come out. Other than that food was good. Service good. Atmosphere good.

delicious food full of spices like in Indonesia, I ordered peri-peri chicken, it's so delicious, the place is comfortable, even the toilet smells great (very plus points for me), GREAT!!!

Atmosphere was to my liking, not too cramped, not too deserted - just right. Sadly, the atmosphere was the best thing about this location this time around. I have had great experiences here previously. Seat was perfect and initially I felt like this would be smooth sailing, however, it was when I received my food that I smelt something off - the peas to be precise…the peas were just not right, they arrived to me yellow. Nando’s, please sort your peas out, I had stomach issues that same evening - when the staff tried to prematurely remove my peas, I denied them, but I really should’ve seen the signs they were giving me. Otherwise okay, but seriously this was the worst peas I’ve ever eaten.

Took grandson as it's his favourite place, for a birthday treat. Music very loud, staff a bit not bothered and something I really detest is when they clear your plates and someone's still eating! Food was liked by grandson.

I really like Nandos and the chicken was as expected delicious. Guaranteed satisfaction if peri peri chicken is your thing.

First visit outside of the USA and the service was top notch, way more efficient and timelier than our stores here. My only comment is that my chicken breast was dry and lacked seasoning (I know a Caribbean girl complaining about lack of seasoning in London). I can let the lack of seasoning slide, but the dryness of the chicken caused me not to finish my meal. The hummus and pita were delicious, and I loved that the pita comes as a side.

My daughter and I were shopping in Oxford Street today, 3rd March 2024, and decided to stop at Nando in Berner Street. The only tables on the ground floor looked uncomfortable and the table small. We noticed the lower ground looked sparse of customers with plenty of empty tables and asked the young lady for a table down there only to be told they did not want to seat anybody else downstairs. Clearly they can afford to turn customers away even though the restaurant was barely half full! Needless to say, we ate at another restaurant close by who did want our money.

The boneless chicken thighs are great here

Visited our usual Nandos for our regular chicken dishes and enjoyed our food very much. Had a whole chicken with 2 regular sides of chips shared with two people and another dish of 1/4 chicken with chips and butternut squash with rice. All meals were presented very quickly and piping hot.Service was very friendly and restaurant was busy.

Awful service from management. Wanted to give a try at this branch but won’t be returning. Waited 45 minutes for takeout. Seating was always full. Missing 1/4 a chicken as well don’t have time to go back. I should’ve not came here to break my fast. Won’t recommend.

Good food however staff had their break next to our table and were very loud. Might as well have been sat in the staff room.

Was a little busy so we had to wait for about ten minutes. Once in the restaurant service was quick and the staff was nice. Food was great. I recommend the salad. It was amazing. Ladies restroom was not very clean.

The staff took forever to take the initiative to open up the 2nd till. We were then also informed the restaurant had run out of many ingredients and as such a lot of the menu was not available. When the food did come, the sizes of the chicken dishes were tiny- definitely not as big as they used to be.

I never post negative reviews. This is my first and hopefully the last. I ordered a butterfly chicken breast. The menu says you two breasts. The plate comes and I see one breast. Baffled, I ask the waitress where the second one is. She looks at my plate and confused herself, wonders whether it's supposed to be one breast. She checks the menu, and for sure it says two. Well, it was two breasts. The tiniest breasts I have ever seen. Made you wonder if they belonged to a pigeon rather than a chicken. The portion was small even if it were one breast. Sorry Nando's, but that wasn't worth the £10+ I paid for. PS. The flavour was very good, but I'd rather have more food on my plate.

Toilets where dirty and messy, bit awkward ordering food, told to do it on the app but food on menu was not on the app, couldn't use till downstairs had to go upstairs and pay cash, had no change so back downstairs to get 50 pence as wouldn't allow me to complete order and pay the 50p later

Myself and my boyfriend went to this Nando’s and found that their customer service is shocking. Edward and his colleague were extremely rude during service of taking our order and clearly do not know how to say please and thank you. When I then presented them with a gift card this seemed to cause even more of a dissatisfaction and inconvenience to them to serve us. I then had to wait and then ask for my glasses for our drinks to only be told you only order one drink! When clearly there I had asked for two twice and plus there were two of us standing ordering our food if she had bothered to actually look up at us whilst serving us.When asking for the manager they sent another member of staff over after 5mins thinking we had not heard Edward asking her where the manager was!!! Very poor customer service.

We found the lady that served us very rude we asked if we could have a wrap instrad of the burger and she advised no ot doesn't work like that I am afraid that we can't accommodate this. Then they forgot to put our sides on the order and our drinks also said we didn't ask for that when we did very disappointed in this. This is the first time we have been disappointed by nandos

Eten was goed en lekker. 1 hele kip genomen, is genoeg voor 2 persoon met side dishes. Personeel was vriendelijk, behalve de vrouwelijke leidinggevende (leek het op, ze had andere kleding aan), deze leek vrij chagrijnig over te komen naar ons en de andere klanten.
