My friend and I visited the restaurant on Tuesday 11th March, there was a slight mishap initially but Raj rectified the situation. I would definitely recommend trying the restaurant.

Great burger and fries as well as customer service. But the onion rings were too greasy and made my stomach upset. Also street slaw was ordinary/boring.

Twice the price it should be, but only half as nice. Super-nice service from our waitress. Our chicken burgers each had a huge, oversize, slab of chicken - that light to be good in theory but in practice it overpowered the rest of the burger contents. The fries were good, but not excellent; overall this didn't justify the high price. And the menu tried very, very hard to upsell options to us. As a detail, some of the cutlery (nasty cheap stuff) wasn't clean. At those prices it should have been.

Normal burger bordering on mediocre and, therefore, expensive place for what it offers.

Burgers are nice, but do not satisfy a normal adult for dinner. Since the meal is really nothing more than a fancy burger with a few fries, more like a upmarket fast food, rhe fees are hefty. Especially after they do charge 15% extra at the end of the bill, that you cannot adjust. Does not comply with the expectation.

A very average & chewy small burger, flat coke-zero - all ordered & paid using an app yet they add automatic service charge. Standard chips Ok but nothing that McD can't do.

First time here. Amazing service from happy smiley people. Especially Claudio he was so good. The food was awesome and yes, that is a sticky toffee pudding milkshake. You have to try this food, truly superb. I loved it.

Finally one of my little dreams has come true, and I went to this great place to eat some delicious burgers, they were super juicy, I ordered the Stout Burger by Ramsay and my companion had the Italian Smash Burger, simply delicious. It is worth highlighting the kindness and understanding on the part of the staff who always treated us very well, the place is spacious and cozy, they have a small terrace that in the summer should not be bad at all, it is super clean and the tables are well distributed, very well organized.

What a disappointment of a meal…. Bad service, was left standing to be greeted or seated for ages, then had to remortgage the house to pay for the burger and chips ( burger in a really cold bun ) and a flat watery coke at £4:50 ( no refill ) bill for two was £60.66… give this place a MISS!!!. You’d be better at 5 guys Ps… Gordon Ramsey you should be ashamed of yourself

£4.50 for a glass of cheap Fanta … 2 soft drinks and 2 burgers for £ 60.00 .. never again … please avoid

Went there for a quick bite, and the burgers 🍔 were tasty. Service was below expectations.

Food was amazing and brought to us really fast. I came just before needing to be admitted to St Barts for a surgery so was needing to be covid safe and they gave us a table away from everyone else. Music and art are all top notch too, just sat in there for a bit letting the food settle and listening to the music

Today we went to Gorden Ramsay Street Burger... The ambiance is like a black Mc Donald's, and the napkins are very high quality... I've mentioned the good ones. Now I'm writing the bad ones. 1)120-150 gr fried chicken is placed inside a burger bun with sauce. The price is 18 pounds Those who call Nusret uncouth should please go to Gordon to pay 18 pounds for a piece of chicken without any show. I've eaten everywhere in the world except East Asia. There is no such pricing for such a product anywhere in the world. I'm very curious about the expressions of those who want to go when they see Mc Chicken with Sauce because of its popularity

The best burger I have ever eaten in my life. I would recommend the idiot burger. It is so good my husband and I have come 11 times in the last 5 months!

Our first time at a Ramsay restaurant. The employees were really nice. The waitress who helped us rememberd our complete order and when we got it it was the exact what we ordered (impressive! 💅) The burgers were amazing! And we were sad when we finished 😂 Only the lights in the front of the restaurant were really dim. Furthermore it was a 10/10 would definitly go again! (Also 100+ points for the employee who gushed with us about One piece 😂❤️)

Food is really slow for burgers even though the restaurant is mostly empty. Fist size mini burgers. The sauces tastes good but quite overwhelming. As I hope the meat here is of decent quality, I wish u can appreciate it more rather than slurping all the dressing. Hell kitchen beef is a little disappointing. Not very special. The lunar chicken special is slightly better but still comparable to mcspicy. The brioche bun is proper and plump, but again it has too much sauce on it. Sweet potato chips are good. Service is friendly, so one of the stars for the front house guy.

Had the Hell’s Kitchen beef burger which was great, but not very spicy as advertised! Service is great and quick - one to consider for days that you want to be in and out in less than half an hour. I went back after one year and the burgers looked a bit smaller (inflation effect?) and I was asked to pay upfront for the burgers using the table-specific QR code. Service was good second time around and I was I. And out in less that 25 minutes. The burgers tasted god and more spicy than I remember them.

Great staff, clean environment. Has some vibrant artwork and food came quick. Absolutely amazing tasting burgers.

Nuestras pintas fueron martilleadas contra el mostrador derramando por todas partes. El personal era grosero. Esta será la primera y última vez que visite Sports Bar & Grill Farringdon.

Overpriced and the food wasn't that great.

Unimpressive… Food is personally over rated. You’re paying for the name and not the quality itself. Was expecting more from such a talent in food. Burger was bland and onion rings were too. Service was lovely though, attentive and kind. Atmosphere is dark and dreary, if that’s your thing you’ll love it here. Definitely overall not worth the money we paid for it. Take your money elsewhere!

Average food, at a above average prices. Staff are very friendly, and nice. But the reason why I had service rating low is that staff is limited. You need to order through a rather clunky app with poor user experience. One example was that you can’t remove the chips from your order, even if you already have enough, those seem to be compulsory on all the dishes of the mains section. And the poor navigation of it. It doesn’t make sense, even for someone digitally savvy.

Tasty burgers made with great combination of ingredients . Sweet potato chips on the greasy side, but regular chips were fine. Portions were just about enough. We were served by duty manager who was really friendly and welcoming. Lovely guy!

A little disappointed overall. The Vegan Smash burger was better than my Grilled Chicken & Avo Burger so I would recommend one of their more popular ones. The Fries were probably the best thing we had there. Good service and good location.

Rofiq was amazing service 10/10

You know that feeling, when you go to McDonalds? The food is not good, but it is also not disgusting. They say it's a bigmac, but it really is a smallmac? That pretty much sums up this restaurant. The burgers were okay, but not outstanding and they were small. The meat was a bit dry. Also please work on the hygene, the glasses were filthy. Only positive thing I can say is, that the fries were very good and I like the ambiente. All in all pretty underwhelming for a restaurant with the name Gordon Ramsey.

I feel like I've been robbed. It was a sad tiny little burger like a standard McDonald's burger. Nicer beef but it was 10 times the price. A five guys or a 7 bone burger is much better and cheaper. The service wasn't bad and the restaurant was ok but the price was outrageous for such a tiny amount of basic food. I will definitely warn people about it. I am still hungry but I'm gonna go somewhere else. She didn't even ask me if it was ok. Water was £4:50 for a tiny bottle and if I wanted sauce for my chips it was £2. So small snack cost me £26 Absolute rip off.

The chicken burger was cold and dry, but the beef burger was good. Service charge was very expensive.

Terrible bar. Llamé a un bar de deportes, pero tienes que pedirles que pongan el balón de fútbol y luego el personal del bar grosero no subirá el volumen. 70 una pinta es solo sacar el micrófono de sus clientes. Reservamos un área y luego llegas allí y la gente está sentada en tu mesa. El personal del bar actúa como si le estuvieran haciendo un favor recibiendo sus pintas a sobreprecio también. Definitivamente no volveré.

Pretty decent burgers. Service non existent- order your drinks well before the burgers. A bit impersonal.. but shouldn’t be this ineffective with QR orders.

I fort I try this place as its Gordon ramsay, This is definitely the worst burger joint in the world. I can't believe Gordon ramsay put his name to this. The food here is dead no flavor cold. I ordered a stater and main course, the waiter brought them together, who thas that, I asked him why my main course would be cold by the time I eat it he said he can keep it warm, I was upset and said you ant got a clue just leve it, enyway cut a long story short it was rubbish. If you think Im talking rubbish, I challeng eny of your chefs, even Gordon ramsay as he put his name to rubbish. MR OLGUN HILMI

My friends and I have started coming here almost weekly. The food is delicious and well priced, we love the seasoned fries. The staff are kind and attentive and the manager Rofiq is awesome and always super welcoming

I was disappointed twice, once with the cleanliness of the dishes and the condition of the food. Cleanliness of the dishes is the basis of the restaurant... The chips were okay, but the burgers just felt like a combination of pretentious ingredients. Isn’t the harmony of patty, bread, and vegetables a priority? I'm not a huge gourmet, but I was disappointed by the feeling of the ingredients being used separately and the bread and patties not being able to express the distinct taste of each one.

Went as a work do. Staff were all fantastic, excellent service. All members were attentive and provided good knowledge and information. Food was also great particularly the set menu options which was great value - only reduced by one star as expected a bit more given the name on the door.

good burgers, loud and lively atmosphere. the servers were literally running around trying to accommodate the customers (shout out to Sanna). Ordering on the app pushes the work to the customer which feels downscale.

I had high hopes for Gordon Ramsay Street Burger, but I left extremely disappointed. After ordering, we waited over 45 minutes without any sign of our food. There was no update from the staff, and the place didn’t even seem that busy. Finally, we gave up and left, hungry and frustrated. The experience was completely underwhelming and not what you’d expect from a restaurant with such a big name attached to it. Save yourself the hassle and try somewhere that values their customers' time!

Expensive for the quality of the burger...

So short staffed resulting in ridiculously long waiting times for everything... 40mins for our first drink to arrive and we've been here for 2.5hrs and the dessert still hasn't arrived. Most of our party had to leave to get back to work and haven't received all of the set menu. Shocker.

Small issue with the burger, however Sanna who served us was more than helpful and did everything she could to make sure we were happy. Sanna's efforts to put any issues right were outstanding, thank you Sanna. Mark

Surprised to get a table last minute. Really enjoyed the meal one of the tastiest burgers I've had in a while, I had the Hells Kitchen burger. I don't know all the flavours but it was really good, had a nice bit of spice with a Herby taste also. We had chicken wings to start they were tender, the flavours very nice not over powering or sweet.

I was not sure this place would be any good based on some of the reviews. Best fries I had in London (triple cooked). Burger I had “ménage à trois” was a good balance of flavor and spices. Service was attentive. I very much recommend this place.

Best burgers in the city and the most unique beautiful people in Farringdon from the head chef Radu to the rest of the chefs Mihai, Andrei, Parvez, whom cook at the highest standards to the restaurant manager Peter, Denisa, Hadil, Indra,Sana whom greet you with such a friendly happy approach, all i can say is that the whole team is absolutely wonderful and doing the extra mile to make you feel recognised and appreciated. I've been many times, and the service was outstanding each time. Thank you all for your attention given to my needs and for making me leave with a big smile on my face.

This was a really good experience. Our waiter, Rofiq, really made us feel welcomed and provided a top notch service - it makes all the difference. He informed us that whilst they do have halal chicken, it is cooked in the same oil as the non-halal food. This was a shame and hope the chain change this. Otherwise the food was good. The tikka paneer burger had unique flavours that we have never had before. The chips (and curly fries) were the best I have ever had - really tasty. The Oreo milkshake was also really delicious, one of the best I've had. It's a nice looking restaurant topped off with great customer service. It would be perfect if they could serve halal food.

4 of us decided to grab dinner after watching the ballet near by. Food was scrumptious. Truffle burger was the favorite. Mocktails were nice. Staff were very attentive :)

Great place for burgers! Not gonna lie, I thought this place would be overhyped and just living off of Gordon's brand, but the food is actually really good. The price is fairly normal for central London. The burgers have unique flavours and are very well made. The staff were really welcoming and also helped with some recommendations :) Also, as a non-drinker, I do appreciate a good choice of mocktails/lemonades besides the usual sodas. I recommend you stop by!

A massive shoutout to the lady serving us (didn’t ask for her name, but she said she was new) and Sana who not only helped me find my card holder but was absolutely amazing the entire time while it was extremely packed.

Comí aquí con unos colegas la semana pasada para comer algo. Era bastante promedio pero a un precio razonable, así que no está tan mal. No vayas aquí esperando nada increíble, pero ve que es una buena alternativa a una Wetherspoons.

Too expensive, and nothing special. I wouldn't recommend as you can get better for your money. No taste at all.
