Extremely rude staff - very dismissive of our table and made us feel extremely uncomfortable - made lots of rude comments and remarks throughout duration

This was a really good experience. Our waiter, Rofiq, really made us feel welcomed and provided a top notch service - it makes all the difference. He informed us that whilst they do have halal chicken, it is cooked in the same oil as the non-halal food. This was a shame and hope the chain change this. Otherwise the food was good. The tikka paneer burger had unique flavours that we have never had before. The chips (and curly fries) were the best I have ever had - really tasty. The Oreo milkshake was also really delicious, one of the best I've had. It's a nice looking restaurant topped off with great customer service. It would be perfect if they could serve halal food.

4 of us decided to grab dinner after watching the ballet near by. Food was scrumptious. Truffle burger was the favorite. Mocktails were nice. Staff were very attentive :)

Great place for burgers! Not gonna lie, I thought this place would be overhyped and just living off of Gordon's brand, but the food is actually really good. The price is fairly normal for central London. The burgers have unique flavours and are very well made. The staff were really welcoming and also helped with some recommendations :) Also, as a non-drinker, I do appreciate a good choice of mocktails/lemonades besides the usual sodas. I recommend you stop by!

With a bit of work, the food could be mediocre.

I ate here with a few colleagues last week for some food. It was pretty average but reasonably priced so not too bad. Don’t go here expecting anything amazing but see it is a nice alternative to a Wetherspoons.

Quite loud music but good food and specially good onion rings. The Hot as Hell burger wasn't hot

A massive shoutout to the lady serving us (didn’t ask for her name, but she said she was new) and Sana who not only helped me find my card holder but was absolutely amazing the entire time while it was extremely packed.

Too expensive, and nothing special. I wouldn't recommend as you can get better for your money. No taste at all.

£50.00 for two burgers and tap water. I understand it is central London, but £7.00 for two bottles of tap water and an additional 15% for “optional service charge” is approaching ridiculous. On top of that, a sign that reads “Under 30? Get 30% off” is in the bathroom on the way out. We are fairly obviously in our early 20s and this was never offered to us. I take responsibility for not noticing before but a bit of transparency regarding the service charge and potential significant discount would have been appreciated. Burgers were ok though.

Amazing burgers. Compliments to the chef! BUT… Service was not what I expected from a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. As a matter of fact if Gordon was to rate his own restaurant he would fire the staff based on the high level of service he expects. The servers were less than average. Not friendly or welcoming. As a tourist destination in London you would think they would make conversation and ask basic questions like what brings you here today? Have you been to a Ramsay restaurant before? Can we share more about our menu and what makes us special? There was only one other table in the restaurant so they were not busy. The two servers hung out and either stared out the window or were on their phones. We were delivered our food in a timely manner and it was exceptional. But the server did not return after those first few crucial bites to ask about our experience. We had to ask them for the bill when we were done as once the food was delivered they no longer returned to our table. We complimented the chef when we left and he was most grateful for our words. Sad we couldn’t have done the same for the servers. Gordon I don’t think this would have exceeded your expectations. But thank you for the two best burgers and fries we have had in along time. And btw the strawberry milkshake was devine. LOL my partner just read my review and said I was too kind…

Rofiq provided exceptional service as soon as we walked through the door. He was extremely positive and enthusiastic about his job and also provided scrumptious recommendations that we throughly enjoyed. The passion fruit martini and space invaders console was right up my alley. The French threesome burger was moist with an hint of spice, just how I like it. I’ll be back.

Rofiq is the man let alone a great host and should be valued and highlighted as he’s not given enough credit! Best I’ve experienced whilst on holiday in London & much better than Australia as service and care goes! Rofiq IS THE MAN!

I'm a part time vegetarian so when I saw the Gordon Ramsey Burger Kitchen out the backside of Farringdon Sports Bar and Grill I made my excuses to friends watching the game there and ventured in for decent food. I was not disappointed and as impressed by the service as I was the food. Epic onion rings and carefully cooked sweet potato fries complimented a great burger. A hidden gem in The Old Citie of London

After our original booking at the o2 location was cancelled, we were able to get a table here. The customer service was the best I have ever experienced, although some confusion due to us having vouchers that are only used in the o2 venue, once that was established every thing was incredible, the food and the staff. Every member of staff was so understanding and accommodating, they literally went above and beyond. Thank you for making my birthday memorable !!

Great chilli smash burger but the chips are the same frozen ones we buy at the supermarket in Belgium... Which is still pretty good for the UK 😉 The staff were really nice and helpful despite the late hour close to closing 👍

I’m gonna say Gordon’s Ramsey probably doesn’t know this place exists let alone has ever cooked there. I think he’s lent his name for £ and that’s about it. The decor is faux street, there’s a sad space invaders machine hidden to one side and both the food and the ambience reek of investor chain restaurant. It’s trying to be cool without caring about the food. At 7pm the place was 95% empty and the staff are a bit out of their depth. There’s no fizz. I predict it will be gone soon.

Purely by chance I walked past our hotel on the way home. You can get the burgers that Ramsey wants here too! perfect service, good cocktails and mocktails. You'll be addicted to the perfectly created burgers and the onion rings! Be careful, there is a high risk of gleaming! These things are so juicy, gourmet burgers at a high level. We'll be back!

Had the chicken burger late on Saturday night and it was great. I was served by Sanji who was very helpful with recommendations and was attentive the whole time I was there.

Me and my family dined yesterday at Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant, food was stunning, Denisa recommended us Chilli cheese smash and Next level burger, we will definitely come back.

Really sweet staff, we had nice breakfast, kids loved ice cream and waffles with chocolate sauce. I had the Sriracha Burger Bun with the right amount of spice. Yum!
