A lovely freshly cooked breakfast, from friendly staff. Vibrant atmosphere. Don't be put off if you have to wait a few moments for service, remember they are working as fast as they can. Be nice to them.

Pub encantador con interior antiguo. El amable y acogedor personal recuerda lo que beben los clientes habituales: ¡es increíble! Bueno para una tranquila copa de vino durante el fin de semana. Las flores hacen que el pub sea muy atractivo y diferente.

Clearly understaffed, although there were only about 6 people in the restaurant, still managed to take 30 mins just to produce 2 cokes… waited 45 mins for food before giving up.

The reception on arrival was warm & very welcoming. The service was spot on, time to settle, order drinks & then choosing/ordering food. The carvery was the best I have experienced in a long time. Good choice of meats(3), with Salmon/Veggie alternative. The vegetables were very good &, surprisingly the roast potatoes that most Sunday lunch offerings always get wrong. Starter choices were good & I would highly recommend the squid. Choice of sweets was decent, although the first two courses were more than enough for me. Only downside was that the ale was limited to bottles of Doombar.

I went to a fabulous supper club here, beautifully set table, delicious small plates of food and lovely service. The dishes were really creative, master chef standard, I must call out the pumpkin with white bean puree. The supper club setting is a great way to meet locals.

The pies were full of flavour and probably the tastiest pies we've had in East London. Great atmosphere, extremely friendly staff and such a cosy place to have dinner and spend the evening in. Definitely worth visiting again ad again.

I went for lunch with my son this afternoon. becks was amazing she talked me through the allergens in the menu and made me feel comfortable ordering food with my allergies. Food was amazing 👏

Nos hemos alojado durante una semana en el hotel Radisson donde se ubica este lounge y lo cierto es que tiene un ambiente muy agradable. Se puede cenar en él, o simplemente tomar algo, y tiene un horario muy amplio, cosa que se agradece cuando regresas de un día de turismo intensivo por la ciudad. Damos las gracias especialmente a Carlos, por su trato siempre amable y atento, lo que sin duda supone un plus a la hora de decidirse de este lugar.

Went to manzes pie mash shop yesterday afternoon. There were 2 young girls behind the counter. The older lady was doing the tables. My Friend and I just popped in for a bit of lunch. To be greated by 2 girls making silly remarks. And laughing. It was like walking into a kids playground. My friends just put his mum into a home for dementia. We were both unhappy to be greeted in that way.First time in the Sutton shop. Never again.

Food very good but excellent customers service by the elderly English waitress what service smiles and quick service to your tables she couldn’t do any more for you a real treat just to go in to see this lady never get that kind of service wherever you go a pleasure to eat there thank you for your true customer service very hard to find today 5 stars 🤩😊😊

The coffee and bakery are delicious, but the staff very rude. I asked if I could have the coffee in the mug and the guy who made the coffee wasn’t nice at all. Disappointed!

I messaged the tea room directly from instagram, the message I sent is below . The message was seen by the vendor but I had no response, I did message them again but still no response. Very disappointing Good Morning I attempted to visit your tea room yesterday. You were busy but there was one table left outside with one chair. I seated my elderly mother there as she needed to sit down and I went into the shop to ask if there was another chair available for me to use. Unfortunately I was met by a gentleman server who bluntly said NO… It was hot yesterday and you was busy but I was made to feel very unwelcome … We had to leave and to be honest has left a rather bitter taste. We like to use Local business as they generally have a vested interest in there customer service being tip top but on this occasion it was not the case .

We didn’t book a table, but our lovely Chris gave us a nice table outside. Very friendly made us feel like home. I really enjoyed my time with my friends. Definitely will be back. I look forward seeing you again.

Horrible experience dealing with the management there. Blame each other as a kids garden. Managers only on paper!!!.
