Visited as a four. The menu was simple but really really tasty. Food was piping hot and really great thick gravy. Shame we didn’t have time to the try the dessert menu!

Quiet on early Sunday evening. Good food served by pleasant and efficient staff. Restaurant directly opposite Richmond station. Bus stops just across road also available.
There are several cafes in the museum, my partner and I were at the main one alongside the John Madejski Garden for tea and coffee and cake. Staff seemed dejected and did not seem to want to be there
Staff unhelpful, and a touch rude. Asked for ice to add to a drink and was refused, no lemon for tea and made to feel ridiculous for asking. Would not return.
Drinks are very refreshing and ambiance is great. Price is reasonable also! We went for pre dinner cocktails and it was the perfect place to be.
