Located at the heart of KIng's Cross, The Parcel Yard is an unexpected delight. The mix of people as you enter reminds you you're in one of the cities largest train stations. As my best friend was waiting for her train we got small plates, the soup of the day which the lovely waiter informed me was tomato and the potatoes with gravy, the luxury like experience sets it aside from the typical food court vibes in train stations allowing you to fully relax at a time that's typically very stressful. The food was perfection and the portion sizes are generous. I am more than pleased with our experience at The Parcel Yard and couldn't recommend it more!

The steak roast was lovely, and the fish and chips was tasty too. Friendly staff and good service. What always let's this pub down is the toilets. The ladies were a mess.

Great location. Moody service. Distinctly average food, but worth a visit just to check out the converted space, lots of levels and little rooms and old signage. If you're just wanting a pint while you wait for a train it's a great spot with a good selection of beers.

A delicious place with atmospheric rooms. One of the best Fish and chips I've ever eaten, and the breading... amazing. I highly recommend it. It is worth making reservations in advance.

We came here to eat and experience English breakfast but it was not good, portion was okay and we were very disappointed since the English breakfast was one of the things we looked forward to going to London. Service was slow. The bathrooms are super cool though, very old style and unique. The restaurant is beside the 91/4 platform and Harry Potter store which was a bonus and convenient if you get hungry after shopping and taking a photo with the Harry Potter cart.

What a beautiful and atmospheric bar in Kings Cross, perfect for taking a rest before catching the train in Kings Cross or St.Pancreas. Friendly service, nice choice of beers (and from a good brewery). Didn't eat it myself, but the dishes I saw looked very good. I will definitely come back here

This place is absolutely cavernous. Plenty of seating areas and an interesting layout.

Perfect for meeting friends. Food and drinks are good. We enjoyed burgets, wings, fries and cocktails. Excellent location being in the train station

We used to like going to this pub but have now walked in and pretty much straight out on at least three occasions. There is often a queue at the bar and it many people serving. This isn’t great when there is limited time. There is also very little seating.and frequently the tables are dirty.

Had the worst eggs Benedict of my life, and, at a hefty price...

I recently visited this establishment, and while I appreciated the friendly and welcoming attitude of the staff, I was disappointed by the overall experience. Unfortunately, the service was quite slow, which detracted from what could have been a more enjoyable time. Additionally, the quality of the Guinness left much to be desired—it was far below the standard I expected. It’s unfortunate because the staff’s warmth and attentiveness were notable, but the poor Guinness and slow service overshadowed the positives. Hopefully, these aspects improve in the future.

The breakfast, atmosphere, coffee, service, welcoming staff is all wow each time I visit.

Tucked away inside King’s Cross station, it was a great place to catch-up and have a Sunday roast. The staff were attentive and the food & drinks came out in a timely manner.

Converted parcel office with period decor, serving a decent standard of food. Disappointingly, some of the prices are getting very punchy recently, with £8-9/pint for some beers and £9.50(!) for pretty basic desserts. Can be very busy around 5-8pm.

Many Years ago in Blackpool. Found a Upstairs Bar. Which was Quiet. And you could Day Dream. Long Gone. In the Hustle & Bustle. Of waiting for your Train. Found this Gem. Like Fullers Beer. Meals Look Fine Too. Do Hope this Stays as it is. Loved it. Day Dreaming can Continue. Don't Tell Everyone Though ! A Oasis of Calm.

We came as a family of 4. Breakfast (eggs Benedict & eggs royale) took 30 mins to arrive.   When it did it was cold.    Clearly had been sat waiting to be brought out. Sent it back. When it did come back (10 mins later) they brought eggs royale and eggs florentine). Sent one back. And the eggs Royale…one egg was completely hard boiled.    And I mean hard boiled (almost blue in places). They eventually brought the eggs Benedict.    Had to eat it in 30 seconds because of our train. Staff were apologetic but no offer of recompense until we demanded (just the eggs royale due to the hard boiled egg). Became an absolute farce.   An embarrassment to the Fullers brand. You are clearly understaffed.

Shocking service behind the car yet again in here. I guess it’s the only place for a drink in the station so they’ve got you pretty much tied in but at the very least one expects eye contact and a hello maybe? Dirty tables, tables not cleared, bar not wiped, staff leaning around and chatting. Basically appalling. If I was a Fuller’s manager I would be going ballistic.

A large group of us booked a room here for lunch. Several items were unavailable by 13.00! I wanted to try the sausage and mash, but had to settle for pie instead. If you like freshly baked pies, look away now. The tiny steak pie did not have golden and appealing pastry, but a rock-hard dark brown carapace. It looked like it had been kept hot for a several days and it tasted like this, too. This tiny, tiny pie was very dry. It arrived with a smear of tepid mashed potatoes which had a stiff, thin hard layer on top. The promised “greens” were creamed cabbage and peas. The cabbage was nice and quite easy to find once I worked my way through the miserly teaspoonful of peas. These were also tepid. The cost of this excellent example of pub cooking was an amazing £21.00 I shan’t return. Don’t order the pie.

I think it had been sat a while as we didn't eat until 2.30pm. For almost £20 it was very disappointing. I've had the same meal before which was completely different. My husband had a burger which was decent he said. Maybe a different chef today?

Poor service, it was a quiet morning with barely anybody in the bar - and it took 20 minutes just to get a cup of coffee. The bartender was too busy watching the Olympics and paying attention to the folks waiting in line. It's a shame because the atmosphere seems nice and its far away from the busy part of the station.

Edited for summer 2024: air conditioning! 🥰 Perfect place to chill out, get a beer and some food before/after your train. Highly professional staff and the burger has super tasty beef, even if the "secret sauce" was a bit meanly added. Pretty good chips with it and the optional extra avocado has a nice spicy zing to it. Special offer on "train beer" and they'll throw in a bottle opener for your journey 😊 Seek out the space with the lofty ceiling opposite the bar for good air circulation!

Walked a mile to get here for dinner, only to be told they stop serving dinner at 7:30 pm on Saturday night???

Always a great spot for a few pre-travel drinks. The decor is really cute, love that they have so many original features. We were served pretty quickly and able to find a table. The drinks aren’t too badly priced considering the location. Defo worth a visit whilst travelling from Kings Cross.

At 20.10 on the 17th July I went into this busy pub, THE Kings Cross Station pub, and was told that Kamal, the manager had closed it, because “it was too quiet”. I suppose he wanted to get home for his tea. This is a main station facility, not a village fête.

Every thing here is just okay, not more. Should tell you it is pretty expensive

I’ve been here a few times over the years and it is always consistent. The venue is stunning with loads of character, it can be busy but the team deal with the volume well. Love the food, I had a cheeseburger and triple fried chips with onion rings and a sticky toffee pudding with a mocha. London prices of course but nevertheless amazing

I get an email every day about their great upstairs sports zone, so up I headed....Spain v Germany, so a big game...bar closed, half the area roped off. Poor tourists having to negotiate a wet slippery spiral staircase to get their drinks to watch the game! Jeez, how hard can it be!!! Terrible stuff

Very disappointed. Slow service and a friend asked for the gluten free menu, which is advertised on the website, to be told she could have a burger without a bun. We then saw two mice scurry across the dining area and called the manager. Who told us the council had been that morning and told them they could serve food. He refused to give us a discount despite two members of our party being distressed. Said it was an old building. We have been here many times but won't be coming back.

£8 a pint. :( You have been warned!

Great place with real atmosphere, Fuller's beer, and good food though expensive. Good for formal and informal meetings.

Kam and the team were brilliant. Went to watch a Euro game, ended up staying for three games. The staff are attentive and friendly and the venue has a lot of character. A real gem.

We had the plant-based breakfast which at £16+ we thought was overpriced but as I had had a good food at Fuller’s establishments before we decided to give it a go. We wished we hadn't! Just about everything on the plate tasted disgusting, sausages that had an industrial flavour, scrambled tofu that was tasteless mush and items like tomatoes and mushrooms that just tasted weird. How such appalling flavours were created with simple ingredients I cannot imagine. It was the worst plant-based food I have ever tasted and I certainly won't be going back.

Absolutely abysmal, if you're an F1 fan avoid this place. They advertise bookings, there was 7 different F1 bookings on different tables watching the Monaco GP, a group of Leeds fans walked in and the staff changed the channel putting the Leeds game on, everyone complained and ended up standing downstairs for 10 minutes waiting for a resolution, we ended up leaving and moved to the Euston Flyer after a phone call who confirmed they were showing the F1. We had a few cocktails prior to leaving which were good but very slow on being delivered. Food was great however the menu was not available, it took us 5 attempts to order food before finding something they actually had. If you just want a pint before a train then this place is perfect, if you're going for motorsports I wouldn't bother it's highly likely you will be dissapointed. Best part of £100 spent only to be dissapointed.

Kitchen apparently closes at 20.58. Pub dirty, staff disinterested.

Asked for 2 vodka and cokes, half larger shandy, prosecco and tonic water. Vodka in very large glass absolutely full to top with coke so might as well have ordered cokes as couldnt taste vodka, served pint larger shandy instead of half. £73. Queried bill and was told policy was service charge added on orders over £25. Wasnt like it was waiter service, went to bar myself. Refused to pay service charge. Felt like I was being ripped off. Bill still £63.80. How can they justify almost £10 service charge for pouring drinks.

Note the opening hours. This place closes well before the last trains depart. Many of us have just been turned away at 21.30 on a Sunday. Not good enough for a main line station bar where the trains are still running for a few hours yet.

Such an excellent pub, it was great to watch the Liverpool game from. Great atmosphere, good food and lovely staff.

Tis OK for a station boozer. Service was quick since the bar was quiet, lad serving didnt give off the vibe he wanted to be there, tis pricy at near £8 a pint of lager. Out side tables hadnt been cleaned, was glasses left on tables and rubbish on the floor when paying premium prices thses things matter.

what an absolute find - would not expect a good quality pub with sit down dining in a train station like this. fish and chips where absolutely on point!

As station pubs go, it's got a good vibe and upbeat atmosphere. But the food is terrible and predictably over priced. The Made in Hackney plant-based burger is so bad it should have gone back. A frozen vegiburger in a depressed flat and disappointing brioche. Nothing else except super heated chips and no condiments. Terrible food, decent place.

Why would anyone pay £7 for watered down beer? Why is a pint £7 when it doesnt even cost £1 to the business?...

It's a very unique place as it's part of the train station , I really enjoyed the experience and the service was very friendly and fast.

We came here to meet up with an old friend for a sandwich and a beer. Parcel Yard gets 5 stars for redesign/almosphere and excellent friendly sevice but the sandwiches were rather indifferent with no real taste. However I did enjoy the accompany pint of ESB.

The experience was good. My only issue was that I booked a table via the website and got a confirmation email and booking ref. When I called 2 days before to reconfirm they couldn't find the booking even with the booking ref. So booked another table. So everything ok in the end. But slightly worrying. Nevertheless the evening went well and overall the service was great.

An excellent lunch. Friendly and courteous service.

A very busy atmosphere; even on a Friday afternoon it was pretty packed. The menu was extensive and we should have been able to order through the qr code but unable to order drinks this way. Ordered soup and gf bread at the bar; staff attentive and did check back with me. Delivered quite quickly and very tasty.

Kind of amusing. I came in at 11am knowing I wanted a pint to deal with going home. What I didn’t expect was to see every other person in the pub drinking beer or spirits at the same hour. Turns out there was a burst pipe: no hot drinks available; so everyone quickly turned to the sauce. One of those whimsical, ironic moments of pride. London and/or British.

Decent enough pub inside the station building. Average standard pub food, I had a vegetarian option which was okay. Fairly busy with commuters but not too packed.

They coock all type of foods through passing proper instruction to kitchen from guest.The burgers are vary in fullers ,the kitchen team put efforts to make them more tastier,Chicken,beef,pork are the main variety,Inaddition to that you can get crab,fish burgers as per customer requests.They are trying hard to make the food taste enough in each mouth,The most important thing is that they coock and serve hot..If it is cold the atmosphere will pass you the key to get it high.bie

Terrible service and overpriced beer and food. A pint of Tiny Rebel was £8. A pint of Neckoil, £7. We (4 people) went there on a week day. We ordered drinks to the table we booked and we waited for 15 min before getting them. Nonetheless, in that time, a waiter came twice to our table to ask us to order food. He came again soon after we got the drinks. During/after paying, we didn't a simple 'thanks' or even a look in the eyes. The food was too expensive for the amount and quality.
