Steak night. Ordered a gourmet steak. Arrived. Cut into the steak and it had gristle running right through it. I ate a couple of mouthfuls, chewing through it. Double checked the rest of the steak by cutting it but unfortunately it had gristle running right through it. Obviously I asked to have it sent back. A young female employee spoke to me and I explained it had gristle running through it. The employee asked me,"What is gristle?" I explained it was inedible and I was very surprised this young lady didn't know the word gristle. Even though she may have been a vegetarian,surely anyone working with food should be aware what this word means!! She was rather abrupt towards myself and she did take it away. She then came back asking again what was wrong with it as she still didn't understand. I had at this point put the word gristle into Google and I had a dictionary explantation for it. I showed her this explanation because it was obvious I didn't do a very good job of explaining the meaning earlier, mainly because I was dumbfounded that a person wouldn't know what gristle meant. The employee read it, did she really(?), as she took a millisecond to look at my explanation on my phone. She was again quite arrogant in her attitude towards me and said another steak was being cooked. The meal was brought out again to me with a fresh steak and the rest of the food had been kept under the food warmer.( I knew the rest of the food hadn't been prepared freshly again as the chips had vinegar on.) No mention of taking my peppercorn sauce away to replace it, as it was cold by this stage. I couldn't be bothered with dealing with that employee again as she made me feel like a nuisance!!! The second steak was much of a muchness. So lesson learnt,unless I'm in a steak restaurant or cooking at home, don't bother ordering a steak out whatsoever. I'm a lady of a certain age and eat in Wetherspoons all over the country and fair play this was dire customer service from a young lady that was very unhospitable. She better get the dictionary out to understand that word also!! Luckily for me only twice have I had such poor service in Wetherspoons, this is the second time. Female employee in this pub, you'd better get your act together and be more courteous to your customers. Not a very nice manner did you have.

It is a very popular pub which offers a wide variety of dishes at prices that are almost unbeatable in London. The app allows you to order and pay directly from the table, the place is pleasant without being too noisy, the terrace is pleasant.

A real discovery! Good food at an incredible price for London.

Called here a couple of afternoons this weekend, great staff very friendly and quick service, food was tasty and hot, lovely atmosphere will definitely call back when next down here.

Great place for a beer. I was walking to a meeting and my meeting got delayed so I passed by the Goodman’s field. It was sunny and a great opportunity to sit outside. I ordered a beer and sat on the table outside to enjoy the sun. It is located in a calm neighborhood and sitting outside is very pleasant. The staff are very nice and helpful. They are always around if you need anything. I didn’t have lunch but I saw some dishes being served they looked very delicious. It looked like a very popular place locally and it is large to accommodate large groups. If you happen to pass by there and it is sunny grab a beer and enjoy sitting outside.

Good selection of food on the menu,we popped in for a lite bite, bowl of Nacho's and Halloumi cheese fries. They were both awful. The Nacho's were disappointing to look at and even more so to eat. There was a salsa type saucy which was very strong and was like they'd just poured a chilli sauce on top. There weren't many Nacho's . Waste of money and time. The Halloumi was thinly sliced and was ok with a pathetic side salad. Service was quick and pleasant,no concerns over that. Expensive,poor and won't be visiting again.

It's a wetherspoons so you know what you are getting. Had breakfast here a few times during our stay. All good, great prices for the location and helpful staff.

Arrived for breakfast around 11:00 on August 10. None of the empty tables had been cleared. We had to clear one for ourselves. Place was quite busy but was drastically under staffed. Think there was only four or five on. Ordered food on the app and it took around 45 minutes to arrive. Was given one paper cup because they had no ceramic cups due to not clearing tables. Went to the bar to get the two missing cups but refused me because going through the order one at a time”. Was quite rude about it, but I didn’t make a fuss. Another customer asked for butter which was missing from his breakfast and the same guy refused to get him it because he “was too busy” and then became confrontational about it and accused the customer of being verbally abusive (which he wasn’t). The manger got involved and the staff manner swore at the manager and customer. Coffee machine wasn’t working either. The place was quite busy, but not insanely busy. It was just drastically under staffed and the staff couldn’t handle the pressure. I usually get a large breakfast and swap out eggs and mushroom. I decided against it because I could see they weren’t handling it. Good decision because it would have put the staff over the edge.

Perfekt dishes for a reasonable price You can eat and drink beer for 12 pounds. I highly recommend it.

Love it here! Love to go for a pint with my friends. Wish it was open a little bit later though. but the prices are unbeatable

What a great pub! Cheap and cheerful in an expensive city. Staff are friendly and professional. Food is inexpensive and tasty. We particularly liked the beyond vegan Burger. You can get a meal and alcoholic drink for around £12. Visited a few times as it was cheaper than eating at the hotel opposite where we stayed. We did have a bit of a wait for desert one evening but this was served quickly after promoting at the bar. Children allowed in, lots of food options for them until at least 10pm. Great choice of drinks to choose from. Can of coke £2.50. Small bottle of prosecco around £5, beer and cider from around £4. Very clean and comfortable with immaculate toilets.

Fiesta brunch was plated up in a very good restaurant style. Best I've ever seen it plated.

Visited on a Saturday afternoon. No draught ales of any sort although quite a few alternatives. Food was ok but nothing special.

The beers and coffee are very good, but the breakfast is terrible!!! My worst breakfast, all prepared food, the only thing that was worth it was the egg and bread. The worst beans I have ever tasted in my life.

Delicious food! I ordered a small pizza, halloumi fries and the cookie dough sandwich. 100% recommend. Lovely service as well xx

Our underage friend just wanted a cheeky drink with a meal (which is allowed for over 16’s if someone else pays which we did) and they singled us out, they ganged up on us, they cornered us with their manager’s hawk eye, and they didn’t let our friend drink. They also misgendered our friend, unacceptable absolutely outraged and fuming, do not come here you are wasting your time or money, spend it on therapy instead. Food was very good tho.

Excellent place for breakfast, snacks, lunch and beer

Lovely place! We came here everyday for our breakfast when we stayed in London! Breakfast great quality and price! Staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful to finding places! I loved being able to sit by the window & people watch! Only strange thing was the ladies toilet was massive and very dark, not sure why! Also the toilet roll holder was placed really high up!

Breakfast was freezing, mushrooms microwaved so hard and full of black water I know it's cheap but did expect better as have eaten here before !!!

I had a beer and burger 🍔. The food is great, I wish the portions were bigger but still tasted great, and as always, the beer price was decent.

I've never really been disappointed with Wetherspoons; they offer great food at fair prices. With this place, I like the "upper deck," which gives you good views outside.

This is my kind of Wetherspoons. Large, quiet, spacious, on 2 levels & with outside seating available. TV was on with the sound muted. Lots of room between tables & quiet enough to have a conversation without the need to shout. Perfect for us. Pint & a glass of wine for less than £10.00.

Don't go to Weatherspoons. They are not pubs. They are though consistent. Everyone I've ever been to is terrible. My advice if you're outside one is to walk a bit further and find somewhere else.

Potentially the best wetherspoons I have ever been in (and believe me.. I've been in A LOT!) Great food delivered quickly, not mad busy and very clean. The stars here are the staff though - friendly and helpful and like nothing was too much trouble. 100% will be back and recommend to all

Guinness was £5.90, not bad for central London but not great. Was a well poured pint though, if the footballs on then the place has got enough screens to cater to the rather biblical feeding of the 5000 (a slight exaggeration on my part, hey ho). Couple of fruities if you're feeling lucky, but like they say - you miss 100% of the shots you don't take ...

It's a nice wetherspoons. premium prices because of the location, but they have nice indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy.

Like most Witherspoon pubs, the staff are friendly and efficient. I had my usual which didn't differ from the Wetherspoons 200 miles away. Great value for money.

Whenever I want food and drink, I always search nearby Weatherspoons. The best place to eat and drink. My best order is to order food from 'Deli Deal'. You get a 10" Wrap with any beer you wanted from the menu. It cost the same as the McD Chicken burger meal. However prices may vary depending on the location but for me it's the best offer. However many other combinations you can try too if you like so much variety in the menu.

Walk and it has all the nice parts of a pub, just more self serve. Prices are certainly reflected in that equation which makes it a nice place to save a penny. Took me a bit to figure out how to get served, seemed the QR code on my first table had fallen off. Breakfast was fast but the taste was missing. Seems like a cheap hotel buffet food, and for the price I imagine it is exactly what it is.

Terrible food burger and chips looked sad and boring. Chicken in lemon and herb looked thrown on the plate ,Chicken upside down and in a puddle of grey gloop. I've had this dish on many occasions but never like this.

The food and service were barely mediocre. I asked about something I ordered and was told I did not select it and did not get offered any sauce with my chips. Even after I told them I had never been there before, they did not inform me that there were condiments available. They were not concerned about customer service at all.

We liked the breakfast here so returned for dinner too. Excellent value for money in London. Quick service using the QR codes on the table. Friendly staff bring the food and drinks to you. Lovely decaf coffee with breakfast and refillable too. Clean loos. Evening was busier but food was still quick and plenty of it. Wine was nicely chilled as were soft drinks. Very pleased, would visit again!

Ordered medium steak, it was well done. Didn't get my drink order. Onion rings were...not onion rings? Way too warm in here. Good news is that it isn't expensive. And I shouldn't have ordered a steak in a pub

How nice to be greeted by an enthusiastic and attentive young man first thing in the morning. Credit to DJ for his attentiveness and helpfulness. The food is Wetherspoons - so tasty enough, but never properly hot, sadly. There's a confusing sign on the door: Breakfast served from 08:00am to 12:00; but also the opening time is stated at 09:00.

Food all came cold. Tasteless. Had to make a new portion to make sure it was hot. A chef-co came out no beard covering. Went to the wc with latex gloves on. Came out of the wc still wearing them. Unhygienic disgusting actually. Will never vist them again

The food is good, it's lively, there are many food choices, the price is reasonable, it's close to the station, and it's easy to find seats.

It's convenient to order and pay through the app. The menu ranges from traditional breakfast and pub fare to burgers, curries and steaks. There are many ales and craft beers on offer, and it's cheaper than other pubs, so it's crowded all day long. We recommend finding a pub near your hotel as it is a well-known chain with many outlets.

Cocktails were OK. The cheese on the burger was cold and the fries weren't tasty. And the burger was acceptable throughout the course. Drinks were forgotten with the meal and we had to remind them several times. In the entire digitally transmitted order, drinks were charged but only brought after repeated reminders.

The pub is quite spacious with seating available also outside. The decor is what you would usually expect from a wetherspoon pub so nothing amazing. Good selection of beers and decent comfort food

Typical English location! Good atmosphere, clean place! Very delicious food...we served lunch...english breakfast and eggs benedict! The price and the food are worth it! The order is made through the application and it came very quickly! It was all worth it!

I came here as it was close to the hotel I was staying at, when on a business meeting in London. A good selection of food and really good prices and also beers as well. Good value all round and food was tasty and came out quickly.

After finishing doing a First Aid Course, I stopped at this pub to have a drink before I made my way back home. I wasn't really hungry, so I will give the pub the benefit of the doubt. I was very impressed with the speed of service and think these guys and gals did an excellent job

Went here for a drink afer a meal out with 20 friends. Nice amount of space, nice atmospher, and good service. Chose it because fed up of being ripped off with crazy prices in other places, and as its a "Spoon' and their drink prices are consistently good whichever branch you visit. Cant comment on the food as didnt eat here. Nice pub, good service, good prices. Recommend it.

Atmosphere closer to a restaurant than a pub, wide choice of beer and the classic fish & chips, but also other tasty dishes. The prices are attractive, the main course + a good beer for around £14. Too bad there is no musical atmosphere.

Staying at a nearby hotel this Wetherspoons pub was handy for lunch. I had the Ramen Noodle Bowl with chicken breast and it was excellent, nice spicy broth and a generous portion of noodles,not quite Wagamama but not far off and nearly half the price.

Saturday afternoon. Oasis of quietness 🤫. Area is no man's land. There is nothing here. Nice fresh fruit 😋 with ice cream..delicious refreshments.

Such a great venue. I was served by Morgan, and she was so nice, funny, and charismatic. She made great comversation at the bar. The drinks are great, and affordable as usual at a spoons. I will definitely be returning.

Nice selection of food and drinks, but unfortunately not as cozy as other pubs. But - for London - cheap prices. Perfectly located next to Hotel Leonardo and very close to Tower Hill. There is still room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness at the tables ;-)

Friendly service, however the burgers were really low quality, somehow none of the ingredients tasted right. Chips and onion rings were quite poorly done as well.

So a local recommended trying out the wetherspoon chains for affordable local food. This place was a 3 minute walk from where we were staying. We tried it the first night and went back every night of our stay. The American cheeseburger was a disappointment. Don't order it. It's small and looks like something from McDonald's. However the pizza was fantastic (add the bacon!). Fish and chips dish was good. Chicken strips and nuggets were good but there isn't any honey mustard for dipping. Loaded fries were good. The ham and eggs were not the best. Ordering and paying was a breeze... We ordered online from our table and paid with apple pay. If it doesn't give you a choice for the included drink, just add one to your cart, and it knows to subtract the price. The cherry Pepsi Max was good. Tea/hot chocolate/coffee gets free refills. We always found an empty table, unlike the one near the Tower of London, which never had an open table. Supposedly the food and prices are pretty standard across the chain. We never had a problem eating the portion size. It's about $10-$15 USD per person for a meal and drink. Very reasonable for London! There isn't any smoking inside, which is nice.

Excellent Organization and Breakfast Experience The restaurant boasts excellent organization, with a system where you place your order at the cashier and then your dishes are brought to your table. I opted to visit for breakfast, and I was not disappointed. The breakfast offerings were varied and delicious. From freshly baked pastries to hearty omelets, there was something to satisfy every palate. One highlight of the breakfast experience was the complimentary coffee, which was brewed to perfection and served piping hot.

Pop in here regularly on Saturday lunchtime, it's your basic Wetherspoons experience - cheap and cheerful. Friendly staff, edible food, and drinks that are more reasonably priced than other pubs in the area. Steaks are actually pretty good here, the chicken wings are delicious, but the burgers are hugely disappointing - tiny, and with a sparse handful of chips.

I would have taken a photo of my pizza but I ate it as I was hungry. Genuinely I was so surprised at the quality of pizza from a budget pub chain. It was absolutely immense. I would happily pay over double the price at restaurant. Far better than any chain pizza restuarant. Well done Spoons!

First round of food was cold, got the order wrong too. They weren’t busy either. 2nd round of curry’s were hot and correct. Burgers were not very nice.

Fish&Chips and hot wings were great and the house beer was also very nice. Everything was great except for the order system as a waitress told me to order one more house beer by using app.

Really bad experience. I was treated with little to no respect. They were talking to my mum with derogatory language. Also telling her that she was a bad mother when it was none of their business, even though we were celebrating an occasion. I even had to bring out google to prove the women wrong and she acted as if she owned the company. She literally took our drinks including the non alcoholic one that my younger sister had and was extremely rude to us as if she was above us. She also complained that we were 'too happy and bubbly'.

An excellent chain to fill your stomach before the day with typical English breakfast. And very nice to have unlimited hot drinks
