Pret a Manger in Tower Hamlets

Decent, spacious pret but unfortunately even staff ignore the 'keep the door closed' sign at the front. Customers do and thats a given but even staff walked past the open front door and didn't close it. Service is polite and friendly unfortunately I struggled with their accents and they struggled with mine but that's not an issue such is life!

The food and drink were really good, and the service was top-notch

I normally get a toastie once a week from this Pret and normally the service is good, but today the toastie was not toasted at all. Doesn't taste very good when it's cold. The store was quite busy when I went so maybe that's why...

I bought a Chicken sandwich, but when I open it, I was surprised that it contained Porc back slices. Dispointed at all.

The coffee is good and the pastries are super nice.

I had the chicken, pesto and avocado wrap; it was nice

They are not organised with serving drink people come after take the drink..

Shocked first that another Pret in this area closed at 4pm already . In this shop were tidy up already , but I was upset that they made me pay card as closed the till already. I didn’t find nice : luckily I had the card , but still is early to close up and count especially in a big city London. The drink was ok . Ok to charge my phone, had few plugs. Toilet was clean , access with code

What a gem!!! I absolutely love this Pret. So spacious and clean. Much more open vibe than any other Pret I've been to. (my mission is to review each one I ever visit lol). Very friendly staff, it was not crowded or too loud. Clean and WORKING TOILETS!!!! Maybe not as many wall sockets compared to some other Prets, but still worth visiting. Thank you ❤️

Usual pret store and products. My only complaint was the store is freezing cold so you can’t be comfortable and enjoy your food and drink here. Had to put my coat back on to keep warm!

Need more staff and a better system for allocating coffee needed. Have been forgotten or someone else has taken my coffee more than once.

I love pret and almost only eat and drink pret. But the staff at Monsell Street branch are horrendous with very bad manners. I got there and desperately needed the bathroom before ordering they made a massive big fuss telling me that it's reserved for customers and they pushed back hard despite me telling them that I was going of course to pick up food and drink. Never had such a bad experience at any pret and trust me I visit pret every day. Very bad mannered staff including the manager. They do need training

I loved the service! Nice that they have vegan options. I got a salad, was tasty but a big % were just green leaves. Wonderful experience! (Service from the staff the top!!!)

I had given 5 stars before, but my recent experience was very poor. There was one lady, fairly young of Asian decent who seemed to be store manager or supervisor, she was extremely rude and just unprofessional.

This place Latte are always cold and not enough milk in latte, most of froffs Some time you will order latte but you will get coppacino but without chocolate sprinkles But, all pret coffee quality gone down, customer service gone down also, I feel they are worse in hight street as a coffee shop If they stop coffee subscription, they will be out of business. 50%=time you order OAT milk coffee but, team serve you normal milk coffee. All team and management need to understand about cross contamination also, Pret has record someone died for mistake

I love this chain: the coffe is good and they have a great selection of pastries for breakfast. The sandwiches are also good. For vegan people there are a lot of choices

It's your typical Pret.. just like every other Pret. This one is very spacious though and has a lot of space outside too. Not much more to say about it.

Whenever I want to go to cafe, I prefer this one. Nice and quiet place. Staff is kind. Coffee great.

Excellent but very busy Pret A Manger! There is always a wide range of sandwiches available especially the non stop increasing range of Vegan and Vegetarian products which is simply amazing! There is a brilliant range of hot food here too! As usual, excellent Pret A Manger quality and I absolutely love the Posh Cheddar and Pickle Baguette! It's absolutely remarkable and it would make it into a Michelin star restaurant! It is well stocked despite the long queues and sometimes (pre Lockdown) the queues went straight out of the door between 12pm-1.45pm on Monday-Friday as sometimes it wasn't tempting to get lunch from here when the queues were that long! However, post Lockdown they do get busy but not as busy as before! The customer service here is absolutely brilliant and I was served very professionally! They beat all standards! They treat regular customers very well and I find that Pret A Manger do this better than anywhere else! I have been eating my lunch from this Pret A Manger branch for 3 years now and the staff are very cheerful with me and I have been offered free food such as sweet treats and pastries before! One day I left my card at home and I realised that at the tills. The employee let me have my Latte on the house! Now that's what I call excellent customer service! Honestly, it's a real shame Pret A Manger have cut jobs when all their staff are really friendly! The store was clean and well organised. It has a homely atmosphere to it! Overall, I strongly recommend this Pret A Manger branch to you

El servicio bueno pero en conocimiento del cafe les falta mucho

I visited late in the afternoon. Staff were on point in service and kept busy, the store was very clean and maintained. My flatbread wrap was just not pret standard it was dry and sawdust like and hard to chew, burnt and the filling was badly heated, I felt overly bloated for the rest of the afternoon.

Never realised an rice coconut mocha could taste so gd my new go to any special deal for repeat customers what about a black card I'm hooked either way lol

I like the food but I think it would be more helpful if they sell the salad dressings and salad separately. I often end up throwing the dressing away as their calories are too high.

Omelette was uncooked when I said it to the staff they argued with me. If your gonna argue over a couple of quid instead of changing it I wont be visiting again 👌

U can just read the board and self pick.. best for quick bites

Is this acceptable Pret? Could be called egg and tomato dip. I asked the manager Francesco if there was a chance of getting or making another and he said no chance in a very rude matter.

There is a member of the staff called Paulina. I have never seen such a bad and pendant actitude in someone working in hospitality. My advice to her, find another job if you are miserable, but don't spread that to other people

Fast efficient service. Coffee nice and strong but don't expect too much regarding the quality of milk foam. Great selection of breakfast from porrage to coissants. Great soups, sandwiches etc.

Alla cassa vi verrà chiesto se mangiate li o portate via .Il costo sarà leggermente aumentato se mangiate li , una sorta di coperto...I tavolini generalmente sono sempre pochi .

Well it's a standart pret. Good food, though not much if you don't like avocado. Needs more sockets. It needs more sockets. Really hate that toilets are pass code protected.

This branch of pretty serves their coffee way too hot. Coffee should not be served boiling, it scalds the beans.

Pret a Manger always serves good food and I find it as a reliable cafe. I like coconut latte. I drink coconut latte every day. The soup is exceptionally good in London cold winter especially. The pastry is also super good. This branch have big space but you have to have a code for toilet access.

The flat white was made like coffee with warm milk. Toasty was tasteless, made without love. One good thing was a friendly staff. I am really disappointed, because one of the best flat white used to be in prey a manger

Pret is one of my favourite places to go for lunch and this shop doesn't disappoint. One of the largest Pret stores I've ever seen in London, it got a fuller range of food than most other Pret shops and well as a mixture of standard Pret seating and more comfortable cushioned types. Due to the huge number of offices around this area, it gets quite busy, but it's unusually not to be able to find some seats. As is expected from Pret, the staff are always friendly, the food fresh, healthy and regularly re-stocked.

Pret es uno de mis lugares favoritos para almorzar y esta tienda no decepciona. Una de las tiendas Pret más grandes que he visto en Londres, tiene una gama de alimentos más completa que la mayoría de las otras tiendas Pret y una combinación de asientos Pret estándar y tipos más cómodos. Debido a la gran cantidad de oficinas en esta área, se llena bastante, pero es inusual no poder encontrar algunos asientos. Pret a Manger is your typical fast food lunch with a large selection of Salads, Sandwiches and soup. The staff are friendly, quick service and would definitely purchase again from this shop.

Such lovely friendly staff all serving with a smile! Very accommodating when I said I only wanted a small tea not the regular size. Salmon sandwich was so tasty and fresh. Very clean store.

A big pret that has seating even weekday lunchtimes

It wasn't quite the snowed in December, but we were 'dashing through the' city after a late arrival to Stansted. In desperate need of a (third) coffee and a quick bite, waking up at 4AM does that to you. Food's nothing fancy, but exactly what you expect. Coffee is very good though. The heat of the busy morning that pulses in this place kind of feels like it gives some of the extra strength to the brew. When you then also ask the staff to make it extra strong, it gets the waking up job done. Friendly staff, you can instantly see they're a good team who enjoys working together.

Nice pret. Well laid out, central for Aldgate area yet doesn't feel too crowded. Free Wifi

A really top notch coffee and porridge , just a shame that they don't have cinnamon to sprinkle on top of my porridge but a very clean shop and staff are excellent, fast and efficient. Well done Prets.... 👍🏻☕️
