The OK Magazine Beauty Box is terrible. Supposed to be £570 worth of top beauty products as a so called "advent" calendar. Was almost £100 for what i would say is a pile of cheap tat. Items looked like tiny sample size products you could get for free on the cover of a magazine. So called "TOP" beauty products include Loreal mascara that you could get for a fiver. Bought as a present for my wife, but I would feel crap giving it to a teenager, not worth the money. Note this review is solely about The OK Beauty Box not the building they inhabit.

The retail is now very good and the restaurants beyond the best in London. There are hundreds of places now at Canary Wharf from casual dining to fine dining. Try Roe - very upscale or Roma or the beer and food spot of Big Easy. There is so much to do. You can go there and never leave for a day plus with the Elizabeth line now the connectivity to London is amazing. This is a great place to live, work, but mostly play. The Elizabeth line enables one to get there is 15 minutes from the west end or take the Jubilee or DLR. the connectivity is excellent to the rest of the city and it is the first real place to go and play coming into the city from the east end. We did not participate but went and watched go cart driving in the parking area which is fun to watch and must even be more fun to do. The parks and walkways are clean and beautiful and one can walk extensively there and enjoy the outdoors. I cannot wait to see the opening of the new water walkways which will allow one to be right in the Thames.

One Canada Square is part of Canary Wharf in London. It is a dynamic and iconic district that truly showcases the city's modernity and innovation. The architecture in this area is nothing short of impressive. The dominant feature is the ensemble of towering skyscrapers, each displaying its unique design and character. One of the standout buildings is One Canada Square, often referred to as the Canary Wharf Tower. With its sleek, pyramid-like shape, it was once the tallest building in the UK, offering breathtaking panoramic views of London from its observation deck. The building's stainless steel cladding and reflective glass facade add to its elegant appearance. Another noteworthy structure is the HSBC Tower, also known as 8 Canada Square. This building stands out with its distinctive trapezoidal shape, featuring a series of diamond-shaped facets that give it a striking visual appeal. The Citigroup Centre, or 25 Canada Square, showcases an innovative and eye-catching design with its curved glass exterior, resembling a modern take on the traditional corporate tower. Canary Wharf is also home to the Crossrail Place Roof Garden, a unique and sustainable structure with an impressive timber lattice roof, housing a lush garden that offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. Overall, the architecture in Canary Wharf represents a harmonious blend of futuristic and contemporary design. The district's buildings not only provide functional spaces for businesses but also contribute to London's ever-evolving skyline, making it a true architectural marvel worth exploring.

Rude, unfriendly, and beyond inconsiderate reception girl with curly long brown hair. Such a shame she had a pretty face but no smile, interrogated us and my mom’s spelling of her name for one doctors appointment. Lack IQ intelligent understanding of Abbreviations of legal names of driving license and passports. She didn’t even care to show me where disabled handicapped walker guest can enter the building lift 🛗 when she gave us our passes. A smile is free and helping the handicapped or people with disabilities is NOT forthcoming in this awful building management’s list of things. They discriminate against people with disabilities is proven fact. 26/10/22- 15:20 We have Encountered one rude ground floor mall security Caucasian male in dark blue suit as well at our second visit here inside this building today. He told us we can’t eat our tiny cakes here but can have tea, coffees, or drinks. We weren’t having a picnic. Then he asked where we got our food and tea/coffee from? I said right around the corner..only few metres away. He then said you can eat there but not here in such a stern and racist unfriendly faced manner. We are from southeast Asian Americans. Honestly at the end of the day, no sick person seeking posh private health care here in this building needs to be interrogated or treated like people on benefits, rough sleepers, or even like peasants. Canary Wharf Building Management needs to re-train ALL of these employees is my suggestions. By the way, I’m from New York City, born in the 🇺🇸 US and have travelled the world, resided in London for 6+ years, then lived in Hong Kong, Hamburg, and Bangkok so this rubbish idiotic rude behaviour is just UNACCEPTABLE. A smile is free and your lobby security staff is rude to us, and quite disrespectful of one disabled woman and my pensioner mother. Your attitude is horrendous. We would rather travel to Harley Street medical clinics for proper treatment as patients. Why spend the posh price when the reception staff and building security guards are awfully rude and borderline racists. End of.
