Disgusted by the service and food was bad

Horrible , the older bengali man , talks crap about customers in front of them.

Had their £4.50 quarter grilled chicken with fat chips and it has to be the best grilled chicken I have ever had from a pfc shop . On any day I’d eat it over Nandos and it’s basically a third of the price of nandos and tastes way better.

Start are very helpful. The food is adequately priced for the good portions referenced. It tasty and the place aa lot of seating.

Really tasty food and the spice levels are Asian level spice levels! Service is friendly enough and generous with the free sauces. Had the lamb kebab, Naga wings, fried chicken, and chicken curry with rice. All good.

A friend told me about this place literally next to Shadwell station 🚉 I got 6 naga wings meal plus drink for £5.00 tasted really good you don’t need to put any sauce on it because the Naga sauce already has it, it full me up can’t really complain for £5.00 what can you say? Flavour is crazy I ducked my chips into the sauce. They do give you a lot of chips. The overground station takes you there, would I recommend it? Yes. 👍

Yesterday i had burger meal but burger was good but they give me 2 wings in complimentary it was so bad it’s smelling you can’t eat chips as well worst experience sorry to say….

Lovely place to eat. Reasonably priced and extremely generous with portions. The half grilled chicken was delicious.

Walked past this place when I was on my way to Shadwell the station. It looked quite busy. I ordered the Naga wings and curry lamb with rice. It took about 10 minutes for my food to be ready. Curry lamb is a bit oily there wasn’t many pieces of lamb but the taste was good. This cost £7.5. The Naga wing looks very attractive on pictures and it taste really good a bit spicy. It actually goes very well with plain rice. I didn’t order a meal so it was £4 for around six pieces.

Bad service, employers do not listen. I think they only treat bangoli people well but no other nationalities

Spent close to £40, two meals were burger meals and the rest were kids meals and lamb chops. They (not all the workers) only allowed me to take 2 chilli pots as they’re the only qualifying meals (burger meals). They need to humble themselves real quick and will lose customers as there are plenty of other good pfc’s out there. It’s a shame a few chilli pots will break the bank for them irrespective of how much you spent. They make you feel like an idiot when asking for chilli, don’t bother going here if you have a “big order” and need chilli pots separate it might lead to a negative cash flow for them or worse still bankrupt the establishment.

Go there your self and see why I highly recommend their food! The quality is superb and the price you pay is better than a lot of place.

While the lamb chops are undeniably delicious, I would like to suggest improving the aroma of the oil, as it can occasionally detract from the enjoyment of the accompanying chips. Additionally, enhancing the presentation of the food would elevate the dining experience. I trust that the hygiene standards in this establishment are maintained at a commendable level

We haven't been here for a while but the food was great, better then I remember. We had a 15 minute wait but it was well worth it. Chicken Shatkora was awesome. Looking forward to returning

Tried this Chicken Spot based on a Instagram recommendation however it was very disappointing salty and really greasy more than your usual. Wasnt the best wings and chips. The only thing I would go back for would be their Chilli Sauce.

SORRY MAN WON'T BE COMING HERE AGAIN. REGULAR CUSTOMER FOR YEARS. For some reason ego/rudeness/ attitude seems to be a common theme when a business begins to do well and customers are taken for granted. Must be a 'small business owner ego syndrome', I've seen it with even friends who run restaurants. When you're running a busy PFC in East London, the main reason it's doing well is likely your chilli sauce and a lack of options around. If you're gonna pee off customers over your cheapest costing item, chilli sauce, they'll stop coming. You won't notice now but over time your shop will be empty. I've seen it happen to some very busy pfcs. Food is good here most of the time. Sometimes average, rarely bad but can happen. Service is usually always slow. But I've seen them give lip to customers once too often. Usually over petty chilli sauce. I won't support that kind of attitude. This place is off the list when doing group orders with friends and family.

Staff rude at times don’t know why and why are they so unwilling to give more than one sauce per meal? Just to save a few pence is ridiculous really need better service Edit : went agait on a recent visit, not all staff members are rude. There are really lovely brothers there working and their sauce is nice

Still dream about the wings and fries. They do the best fries in the area and chicken wings are superior. I moved out of the aera and still dream about their food!

Food is well priced and generous portions. Service always good. Not the cleanest of places to sit in but the food is tasty and you can get a burger, fries, wings and a drink for a fiver.

Best grilled chicken in London. Prices are so reasonable, chicken is always tender, soft and juicy. The sauce is immaculate, well spiced and full of body 😍 the fries are great, the portions are so generous and the service is quick and efficient. Can’t recommend the food here enough 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽🔥

Their grilled chicken some of the best around. Also lamb chops very good. Their chicken is just above average nothing to shout about. And their byriani very good.

I used to visit here back in 2012 - 2014 during my university days . The food you serve is exceptional . I used to recommend this place to my beloved ones who ever visit london and they all are satisfied with a wow . Keep doing it great guys….👍🏻

Staff behaviour absolutely unprofessional rude, specially one gay short beard aged very very rude, never seen his smiley face ever. food quality was good but not like before. Stop going that place. also my relatives...

Very rude staff members, especially Bengali guy in his 40/50s who is a bit chubby, bald, and wears a black winter hat. Avoid this please, staff treat you badly. They are very stingy with sauces too. A lot of people have complained about this but nothing has been done to improve it

My favourite PFC shop and it looks even better after the refurbishment. They're very popular and for the right reasons. Their fried chicken tastes amazing and their red sauces and chilli sauces are one of the best. The only disappointing thing is that they are a bit stingy with their sauce pots for takeaway. One pot per sauce per meal is not enough for me 🙁

Honestly what’s going on with them lately ? It used to be one of my favourite take away places.I regularly order from them on Uber eats . And nowadays not only did they increase the price but the quality seems to have gone down a lot . My whole container was full of chips . I ordered lamb noodles and there was barely any noodles in it. Maybe just two table spoons and the rest just chips . I mean if you’re gonna charge £10 for a lamb noodles at least have the decency to put some noodles that an adult can eat not for baby food. Was so hungry as well after spending 30 quid had to go sleep empty stomach . Honestly do better !

Worst chicken shop ever. Avoid eating here. They served me undercooked chicken!! I took the chicken over showed the guy who served me, he couldn't even speak English properly and refused to accept that he served me under cooked chicken, despite me showing him it. He kept arguing and kept being in denial.

Food is 10/10 and value is 10/10. Great flavour curries also.

Order a burger and chips, the most basic fast food order, and waited half an hour to get no food. Pure confusion behind the counter, said it was coming and it never came. Waste of time.

I ordered a 1/4 pounder with 2 pieces of chicken (drumlets) and fries. The food was nice. The shop is pretty crowded and a smooth flow of traffic for both dine in and take away. They have 44 type of sets for you to choose. It is a difficult choice to make for a 1st timer here. Overall, the food was nice.

Si spende pochissimo rispetto la media Londinese e le porzioni molto abbondanti. Pulizia carente dei tavoli. Tutto sommato per noi (famiglia) è stato soddisfacente; 20€ ed abbiamo mangiato e bevuto in 4. Unica nota: la spesa minima per pagare con carta è di 5£. A noi è capitato di prendere un panino aggiunto dopo avere pagato e ci è stata negata la possibilità di pagare (3,5£).

Every single dish on the menu is very cheap and affordable. It's a shop run by Bangladeshis. The naga chicken wings and a load of fries and a drink came for just £5. It was sooo good and spicy and tummy-filling. I wish I lived nearby Shadwell so I could have my dinner here.

Best PFC in the Shadwell area. They are really friendly staff, food taste is 4/5. The chips taste very good and wings are great too, with good sizes. Sauces- with chillie sauce has a great 'kick' to it. It's the best in the Shadwell area, so best option if you looking for a good spot to eat.

It's cheaper and tastier to eat cardboard than the food I've recieved today. The store food quality has dropped and poor. Avoid. ******** Update: I thought I'll give it another go. I like to think after 1 bad experience, I can give it another go. Safe to say I have zero intentions to ever go here for food. Order cancelled after 40 mins. This shop never fails to disappoint.

Some old man who works there said minimum £5 for a card. So I ordered my food. Bill came up to £7+ when the food arrived I see something was missing. A burger l. So he checked and said he hasn’t charged me. And if I want to pay by card I have to spend £5 again. Typical tax dodgers . Not my fault you got my order wrong.

Great food, terrible staff, long waiting times. Ive been coming here for years and its sad to see the decline in the service provided. Back when the owners were regularly there, the service was brilliant, but now the staff are rude and unhelpful. Especially the one guy who acts like you're asking for both his kidneys when you request more than 2 tubs of chilli sauce when purchasing food for 10 people.

Been here a fair number of times the past few months, Food is always great, chips are always fresh and piping hot. Never stingy with portions great place.

So much better than my expectation. Really enjoyed the food. Fresh, tasty and full of flavour. I was not expecting this good. Lamb doner is good and the grill chicken was absolutely top class. Soft, tender and juicy and great flavour. Only downside is to improve the indoor sitting a little more, maybe keep the sitting area little more clean. It was not a an Amazing atmosphere but overall good.

It's lost a lot of taste the past few years

Been a regular customer for a while. Their fried food is really good but their grill food isn’t that good. Whenever I get the grilled chicken, there is alway a problem, either it smells or is old or inedible. Don’t get me started on the steak chips, it’s always undercook. They either need to change their name to shadwell fried chicken or get their together regarding their grill. I have complained so many time and told them in person but I’m fed up.

I had horrible experience and customer service. Staff are very rude. Keep on giving wrong items. Don't recommend them, stay far away from them.

Service is quick & efficient. Food is good however its very 'morbid' in there. There is no smile on a single workers face. Oh & they don't accept card or contactless payments 😫

BEST chicken shop in tower hamlets! Honestly everything from there fried chicken to grill aswell as there doner 🔥 Tried there naga wings too its similar to stroudley. I normally don't write reviews but I had to after such a awesome experience.

Most unfriendly and worse customer service I have Everseen. Ordered half grill chicken meal and Biryani for takeaway. I wanted a small box so that I separate my chips from the grill, they denied. I even wanted to buy a small box they denied, they said only way they will give me the food separetly if I buy the item separately. Basically wanted to get extra money selling two things separately. any restaurant these days will give you takeaway box. People work behind the counters don't have a clue what they are talking about.
