There seems to be a new place here now called the Victoria Food Hub? Very tasty food from Borneo and Malaysia. The service was so nice and accommodating. It's a shame that Google maps hasn't picked it up yet. We ordered a chicken wrap shawarma and fries. You could see that they were sliced ​​potatoes. Absolutely recommended! We'll be back because it's a very good value for money and DELICIOUS😋

The Parlour is on the 1st floor of Fortnum and Mason in Picadilly. The cafe has a lovely ambience and the food was flavourful but it was disappointing to see that the menu blatantly disregards diverse dietary choices- it lacked even basic labelling of Vegetarian/Vegan choices! When a cup of tea is £6 and a plate of small scones is £9 you would hope for attentive service! Our waiter was disinterested and dismissive, making no attempt to help our group choose the V/Ve choices from the menu.

Tops definitely come again ; food great and excellent staff , dogs welcome as well can’t ask for more ,you can take your 4 legged buddy with you

Great Pub very fresh and classic been coming here since my grandfather showed it to me. Martina was excellent and reminded me of service like back home in Wales. Will go the extra mile for Customers. Diolch

A very pleasant British pub. Some seating outside and attracts tourists and post work clientele. A few discreet screens for the following of sport. Staff pleasant and glasses etc clean.

They used to be "famous for their sausages", but it's still a cracking pub.

Coffee was not great. But loved the atmosphere and the place altogether.

Food was bland & disappointing. I took my boyfriend there for his birthday. But by the end of it, I was apologizing. It was sad. You'd expect something good out of a restaurant that's part of a 4 star hotel but this is was a mistake.

£15 for table to watch the football....or £10 to stand. Walked around the corner to another bar and watched it for free.....at a table and spent my £15 on beer!

Food: We ordered beef burgers but were served very salty and overcooked veggie burgers instead, which was inedidable hard to taste anything else. On complaining, the waiter simply said he would pass the feedback to kitchen and started doing all other chores, except to rectify. On asking him to take the burgers back to kitchen, he shouted he didnt cook it and removed the plates. On repeated complaint, and asking to get the chef directly he finally went in kitchen. When chef arrived, she clarified it was plant burger and agreed to correct the order. Pathetic Service The waiter kept insisting it was beef burger even after the chef accepted the it wasnt. Lacked understanding the DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COMPLAINT AND A FEEDBACK. The table next to us left with all leaving partially eaten burgers. They has same burgers patties they served us, so we were not the only one being served those horrible burgers. Having eaten at other Thistel restaurants and liked their food, i WOULDN'T RECOMMENDED this place at all.
