Very modern facility that is beautiful and managed well! We adored Luka as she was incredibly friendly and helpful! She is an incredible asset to Orange Tree!

Nice food and bar staff, however ordered some £10 worth drinks through the app to be told they didn't have them (this is after waiting about 20 minutes) and seemed confused about it. Was then offered cheaper replacements, which I refused. Manager informed me it would be refunded. Went up to the bar a while later querying how exactly they were planning on refunding an app order. Was told words to the effect of 'yeah you'll be refunded'. Fast forward a couple weeks, and of course, I have not. Had to take time out of my day at work to call up my payment provider and do a chargeback. Other pubs have refunded me on the same day. 3 stars simply because it is a nice pub and the other staff are nice, just a poor experience. I shouldn't have to spend my time chasing my own money back for the pub's error. Edit: I've since brought this down to a 1 star re: their response to my review, laughable they can't even apologise or acknowledge the fact they stiffed me £10 in their reply. Shameful service from a poor manager.

Love this pub especially as we are very well looked after by Pandy. It’s one of our locals, nice sparkling wine and beers, great food and lovely interior. Best time to be there when it’s quiet. For special occasions too

We attended at birthday party on the 10th May in the conservatory which was ideal as the weather was fantastic , the staff were excellent although over worked ( staff shortages I’m sure ) shout out to George the only manager on duty who went out if his way to make sure everything was how it should be .. Downside .. toilets need a refurb and also need someone to check they’re clean and fully stocked but I could see there wasn’t enough staff for this to happen

We visited the pub last Sunday and had such a lovely afternoon. The roast beef dinner was absolutely delicious and we would recommend. The staff and service was so good. They really looked after us and were very knowledgeable in regards to my daughters allergy. They also have a great beer garden too. We will be back soon

The food was good but I have mixed feelings about the whole experience. We waited over an hour for the food despite pre-booking food for a larger group and the place not being busy at all when we arrived. The staff is pleasant and helpful but the overall atmosphere a bit flat. Prices are high and they charge for everything, splitting water per glass in the bill for members of the group, which leaves a bitter taste at the end of an ultimately nice meal given that they charge over 13% service and then tip on top. I enjoyed it in great company but given the number of places to eat around, would go somewhere else next time.

Comfortable, cheap and close to me 😊 I like there.

WE WERE LATE FOR THE LONDON BRIDGE EXPERIENCE AND YHE THREE MEMEBERS OF STAFF ,AND THE CHEF KEPT THE FOOD READY FOR US ,SO WE COULD RETURN AND ENJOY IT UNHURRIEDLY . THE ONE LADY IS FROM SPAIN, I AM SORRY I COULD GET THE NAMES OF ANY OF THEM BUT WE APPRECIATE THE HARD WORK AND LOVE AND PATIENCE SHOWN WITH SMILES FROM.THE HEART , AND ALL THREE, DESERVE FIVE STARS THREE OLD DOCTORS MET HERE 48 YEARS AFTER ESCAPING FROM CEYLON THANK YOU VERY MUCH XXXX

The customer service at Chiswick is really nice plus the foods are very good😍

My favourite fish and chip shop! Delicious cod and chips. Wonderfully crispy batter and good quality chips with crispy bits. I love this place both for eating in and takeaway and I happily travel more than half an hour to go there rather than closer places. Much less expensive than my trendy local fish and chip shop. I couldn’t reccomend more!

Alessio was a friendly yet professional company whilst waiting for my friends at the bar. Antonella has eventually supported the group with the table experience. Truly appreciated. RS
