We had a wonderful time celebrating a birthday. We visit several times per week, the team were part of our celebration being their normal attentive selves. The food as you can see was absolutely delicious, lovely terrine, burgers and of course their lovely fries with Truffle & Parmesan. Happy Birthday was sung which we loved. Thank You 💃🕺🏻

Just popped in for a G&T, service a bit slow but gentleman waiting tables was very nice. Gin not served in balloon glass and only Schweppes tonic served which I don't particularly like.

We had delicious appetizers and cocktails at the Botanist. The Spicy Green Margarita was perfectly made, not too sweet, just the right amount of heat and the perfect blend of all flavors. So good! Antonella was a great server, we had a lovely experience.

Fabulous creative food, great atmosphere and Elena was an absolute star! Thoroughly recommend the entire experience. The chefs are definitely on top of their game! Impressive!

We visited as a group to celebrate a friend’s 40th birthday. Although we were a large party with children, the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our server recommended the lobster linguine, and the sauce was absolutely sublime. Highly recommended!

Absolute rip off I was charged £26 for a single house vodka and Diet Coke Barman just said that’s London prices I didn’t even get the half bottle of coke that was left until other people at the bar said that’s ridiculous The wife was sat in the restaurant area waiting our meal that didn’t happen as we left

Hice una reserva a la hora del almuerzo para una reunión al mediodía - hasta con mi hijo en el botánico, y mientras estaba ocupado el joven en la puerta era muy servicial y amable. ¡Eso hace toda la diferencia! Al regresar a la hora acordada tuvimos bebidas en el bar de nuevo servido por un amable trabajador del bar y luego se muestra a una buena mesa en el restaurante. Optamos por el menú del Día de las Madres que a 45 libras per cápita era muy buena relación calidad-precio y hay que decir que cada plato era delicioso. El Camembert para compartir fue justo, aunque creo que lo hicimos bastante bien, pero una gran idea para el día, dos cerdo asado y un pollo asado todo bien presentado y de nuevo sabía delicioso. El postre de chocolate de nuevo estaba delicioso, solo desearía lo que no pudimos lograr comer que en realidad habíamos traído a casa (pero no todo lo que se hizo para Sloane Square) ! Un saludo especial a Navneet, un servidor encantador, puede no haberlo hecho todo del todo bien, pero eso no importa cuando tienes una personalidad y disposición tan encantadoras. El servicio al cliente en el mercado actual es más importante que nunca y nuestra experiencia definitivamente significa que volveremos pronto, buena comida y buen servicio junto con la relación calidad-precio un combo ganador!

Wonderful vibe and great service! Antonella served us with such attention and care. The drinks are great. Alex is one of the commie waiters that was very friendly and communicative with us, we had some mains and he was constantly checking up on us. The leek & potato soup with the bread board that was recommended by him was a very good choice that he made for us and we really enjoyed it!

Alex is the best commie waiter that was assisting our table and explaining the dishes we have ordered and was keeping a track on us to make sure if we needed something extra. Really nice service and good place to have a romantic dinner. 10/10

The Botanist is located perfectly near Sloane Square tube station. I had breakfast there . The food was excellent. And was the coffee! I would recommend the salmon & scrambled eggs ! We were attended to by a very polite & cheerful Hari who was clearly overworked, this place seemed completely understaffed on that day ! Would definitely go back!

My husband met here nearly 10 years ago and we are regulars so we come for drinks a few times a week and we absolutely love it here and the last time we were there our fabulous server Antonella severed us , we always have the best friendly service and she was amazingly charming and knowledgeable about the food and wines available.

A very welcome lunchtime ‘spontaneous meander’ into The Botanist at Sloane Square, was a very nice treat tout seul! Lovely service, decor & food, great location close to Duke of York’s, Pavilion & Kings Road.

Nice decor very attentive staff great atmosphere we started with oysters fresh and tasty then we had lobster spaghetti from the specials it was just horrible swimming in a dark brown soup that had a horrible bitter taste we complained and the manager wouldn’t come to our table they took one meal off the bill but it ruined our night and I feel we should not have had to pay for the mains awful experience

We celebrated a friend's birthday with a lovely brunch at Botanist last weekend and we had an awesome time - food arrived swiftly and everything was delicious and our attentive server, Angelina made sure that we were well looked after! I have been to botanist for lunch with my family. Served by the muslim waitress from my country. Can’t exactly recall her name maybe it was kaz. But she was so well behaved made my mom feel so comfortable. She recommended us good food and dessert. Definitely visit again for my next tour. Highly recommend restaurant.

Great experience, especially the service of Emilija was great!

Positives: Lively bar area, nice dining room, great beverage menu, convenient location with parking options nearby and good service by a lady and a gentleman both dressed in black suits at the beginning and towards the end of dinner. Food was above average, but could definitely be better. Negatives: Abit of a wait at the entrance without anyone attending until called upon although the bar was busy but the dining hall was relatively empty at 8pm. A lady server in particular who wasn't wearing a suit was rather distasteful. Giving awkward looks, "side eyes", spoke partially sacarstic, impatient and overall behaved like she does not want to be there. Very poor and should either be retrained or not be in the hospitality industry althogether. Given it's price and especially such sour service by the individual mentioned above, I will not return nor reconmend.
