Food, service and the atmosphere were pretty average. You can eat here if you are around and don’t have many options. Overall an average dinner experience.

We sat at a table inside. They gave us cutlery and for more than 10 minutes they handed out menus and took orders to all the other customers who arrived after us without paying attention to us. We woke up without eating because it was a joke. At least 4 tables after us were served. And it's not that it was exactly full and they couldn't cope. Tease

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Caffè Concerto Knightsbridge was far from pleasant. While the ambiance of the café is lovely and the location convenient, the experience was tainted by the poor behavior of the manager. The manager was not only unprofessional but also acted in a rude and dismissive manner toward customers. This attitude created an uncomfortable atmosphere, and it was clear that customer service was not a priority. Adding to the disappointment was the slow and inefficient service. Despite the café not being overly busy, there were significant delays in getting our order, and the staff seemed unorganized and inattentive. While the quality of the food and drinks was decent, the combination of poor service and negative interaction with the manager overshadowed the entire experience. I hope the management addresses these issues because, with improvements, this place could have real potential. Until then, I cannot recommend Caffè Concerto Knightsbridge.

If you are lookin for a tasty treats stop over, this is perhaps not where you want to go to. I spent 1hour30minutes just to have a taste of their cake and tea. The vegetarian option is 4stars. Thank you.

Avoid. Over priced, low quality food and drink.

Though food was ok, service was much more to wish for. Starting with rude waiters, then one of the waiters took away my fork and knife . For the prices they charge, I would expect way better service than that. Very upsetting

Our experience was dire. I booked for afternoon tea for my daughter and I. She was home from Australia for a holiday, had asked to go out for tea and it was really important. My other daughter joined us by chose à la carte as she is a vegan. They seemed chaotic from arrival. After 40 minutes, my daughter’s vegan salad came. Nothing for us. We had to work hard to get the attention of the manager (might have been Daniella?) but she was surly and had no information. After over an hour and ages after our vegan had finished, we still had no food. In the end we left, had to pay for the indifferent salad which we had only wanted to keep us company- afternoon tea was the main event and I paid service - waste of money . No apology. My husband and I use the Westfield branch but I will never go again. Disgraceful

Booked table to have afternoon tea with my daughter who is home on holiday from Australia. My other daughter is vegan so chose a meal from the menu. Her meal came after about 40 minutes. Nothing for us even though I pointed out to the maitre d that we wanted to eat together. Obviously. Our cups of tea arrived after about an hour just as my daughter was finishing her vegan salad. As we were finishing our cup of tea we asked what was happening. It had been 70 minutes since our arrival so cancelled our food. I guess they are so used to tourists who never come back that they don’t bother. The manageress couldn’t care less and gave no word of apology. We live locally. My husband and I regularly go for Friday tea in Westfield branch. I will never go again. Absolutely disgraceful

The best thing about the restaurant is the service, the staff are friendly and the food is delicious. The risotto is authentic Italian taste. The price is expensive, but the restaurant is located in the Harols area.

I have been seeing this cafe around London. It was the first time I have been in it. It was packed with people, lots of children running around. We had a tiramisu, and a lemon merengue. I have never had two worst samples of each. The cakes were terrible. The service on the other hand was wonderful.

I came here to celebrate my graduation and unfortunately I need to say another bad experience. 6 years of coming in this restaurant and every time is getting worse and worse. Bad service and they mistaken all the plates. 2 antipasto did not follow the description of the menu ( no cheese at all, no salami and no cured ham) 60 pound for ham and roast beef on big bed of rucola. I sent back the antipasto twice but we could not understand each other. Risotto king prawns super spicy, my guest could not finished the dish. I made reservation 2/3 days prior and when I came the table wasn’t set up. Come on guys. The staff doesn’t care at all. They don’t make you the feel special at all, therefore I am wondering: for what I need to come here ? pay and be treated insufficiently? This happened July 23rd 2024 (Tuesday). If someone wants to celebrate something this is not a place to advise for and I am truly sorry to say that.. because this is my favourite restaurant in the world

The food was very nice and the service from SOHIT was amazing!

Avoid! Took more than 2 hours to deliver a coffee and a coke. Might look nice from the outside. But it's a complete shambles. Waiters have no idea what the names of their own drinks are. What a joke!

Slow and lethargic staff, Gurender is one of the worst waitresses I've ever seen. If it weren't for the bouncer lady who manages the place providing a decent esque response, this would have been a total nightmare. People looking for jobs are 10 a penny at the minute, I urge management to recruit properly - considering how prestigious this location is.. its an absolute sham

Cafe Concerto has an excellent menu. Delicious food and a variety of tea time combinations. However, they rarely have enough staff to take care of every guest on a timely manner. I have been here many times because I love their menu options, comfy chairs and if you're on the go it's a great place to go if you're not dressed to the hilt but still dressed nicely enough for tea time.

Caffe Concerto food, drinks and desserts are second to none! Saqi, the manager, was quite pleasant and accommodating to separate our bill. He happily moved us away from the smokers at the front of the restaurant.

Food was so delicious it is definitely authentic Italian food with an amazing atmosphere and just 1000/10 food it’s tasty and it can take a little while for the food but it’s worth the wait!!

Mr saqi welcomed us with a very pleasant and hospital way, let us choose seats and took our order with diligence and care and answered our questions with kindness. He was helpful and always addressed our issues with urgency.

Paid £12.90 for two stale cakes today. Was really disappointed when we got home to find cakes were stale and stodgy. Really not impressed at all cafe concerto! Expected way better as a customer

The restaurant has a reasonable price and has many branches. I went to it twice and got a lemon cheese dessert from it. It was beautiful and enough sweet.

i had a really bad experience at caffe concerto at 152 bromton road knightsbrige, I told the waiter i had a table booked and he ignored me, this was very upsetting as I had my 2 friends came all the way from USA. then my afternoon platter was horrible and then I was over charged by 16 pounds and never got my money refunded.

Ahmed, the manager at Caffe Concerto Knightsbridge, is incredibly self-centred and only cares about himself. He consistently ignores his team's concerns and offers little support, creating a toxic work environment. His focus is solely on his own interests and recognition, which severely undermines team morale and productivity. Higher management needs to address this issue urgently.

The menu was extensive and featured dishes generally over £20. After a couple minutes the server brought us the special menu £18.99 for an entre and drink. It had a more limited but still excellent selection. Made our dinner for a family of 5 affordable. The pasta was on point and my daughter absolutely loved the rose lemonade.

The Russian waiter/supervisor was rude .. The cafe was empty we were 5 people asked to have the outdoor seating she said the two tables are for 4 people only i have told her to add 1 more chair she refused. So we left. 👎🏻

This is a tourist TRAP. DON'T COME! First I witnessed an angry lady yelling at a waiter. I should have known it was a bad place. I ordered a rose latte and it was so nasty. Felt like I was drinking perfume. And the piece of cake I got was extremely dry. My bf got a Mojito and it tasted watered down and cheap alcohol. We wasted 40 pounds on bad food.

Ok the layout and deco is beautiful and it must have cost alot, but the food portion is very small and the price very high, and the staff are not trained to make a simple cappuccino for what they charge for it, you would think for the location of all the branches they will have abetter understanding of making a simple drink. We were not greeted well and the staff did not bother to look at our booking that was made months ago. The waiter/manager did not ask our allergies when he served us and when we told him we cannot eat some of the food due to allergies - he complained that they are busy with customers and that we did not tell him before when he did not ask at all. It was a birthday meal and was not friendly at all. It was very rushed as well. Would not go again

It was good to be able to sit with the doors open as it was a sunny day. The service was a little slow and the egg dish with hollandaise sauce was quite tasteless.

The worst macarons I've ever eaten! The service of the macarons was very carelessly slapped onto a plate and considering that the macarons were really STICK HARD, it was too overpriced. It's a shame, in such an area...

Typical Caffe Concerto style and service. All good, quick service with a smile. Not one of their more impressive branches, although the location is good. There's another CC up the street closer to Harrods and that one offers larger windows and a brighter space which I prefer.

It’s difficult to say which cafe concerto has worst staff, but this one will likely come winner.. Unprofessional & untrained staff.. no pleasantries, no service orientation or hospitality.. Food & drinks continues to be good but owners should realise ppl visit not just for good deserts but for good experience also..

Terrible experience here especially thanks to the female waiter 23rd April very rude/condescending so will not be back. Also got my order completely wrong which I don’t mind as it was corrected once I realised. Just miserable staff unfortunately. Have a nicer experience somewhere else folks.

Have been to other branches of Cafe Concerto which are much nicer. Sandwiches very good, scones hard, tea very weak. Staff were alright, but no one checked if everything was ok with our meal. We still enjoyed our time there. This was not the branch opposite Harrods .

Good pasta, but the service was terrible. The waiters were running through the restaurant without having an open eye for the guests. You do not get to feel an Italian flaire. We got our mains before the drinks that were served when we have already finished eating. Something like this should not happen when you pay a very high price for both the food and the drinks.

I can’t praise the staff here enough. I came in for lunch and they very kindly allowed me to plug in my mobility scooter to charge it while we ate. The food is amazing and a good price while the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. I would definitely come back again.

Food really delicious! Beautifully decorated, HOWEVER service is terrible. Staff were rude, we waited almost an hour for food and 30 minutes for drinks to be brought. Such a shame, the bad service made the experience less enjoyable than it could have been. When we asked for things they walked away and didn't come back. We had to keep re asking. Our waitress in particular was especially rude. The lovely food was over clouded by the service unfortunately.
