Our server was Daniel. He helped make our visit relaxing and comfortable. He was very attentive and made good recommendations. The tea, pastries and scones were delightful, just what we needed. I ordered spaghetti bolognese from them, and the worst of the orders was boiled, with no taste or color. I ordered risotto and it was not at the expected level. I ordered rigatoni pasta with chicken and white sauce, and it was the best of the two. I ordered tiramisu and it was not fresh, and it was clear that it was byte. In fact, I will not visit them again, and when asking for the bill, they added an amount of 11 pounds as a tip. I asked them to deduct this amount because they do not deserve it. Please note that the invoice must be carefully reviewed in Britain. I love you very much.

We got here at about 20 minutes to 2 and we didn’t get served until around an hour later. We were waiting so long my Mum needed her hair dying again and she only had it done yesterday. I was very disappointed as this restaurant is supposed to be high brow and it was far from it. Very disappointed won’t be returning. Serve people or lose them. I came to Caffe Concerto as a boy and I left a man. Not because it was great but because I was 14 when we got here. I’m 26 now.

Sohit customer service was amazing and food was delicious. Sohit also ensured that we were okay during our lunch and asked if we needed anything else.

Everything was full of tables. The staff stressed and unfocused. It was absolutely necessary to order a cake when visiting (half of the people present). “Otherwise you wouldn’t be able to drink anything,” they said. Toilets shabby.

Really lovely afternoon with my little niece . We had two very nice pasta dishes and left room for some of their superb desserts (very kind waitress packed us rest to go). The macaron cake a big hit. i came to your restaurant a few days ago, the food was impeccable, but especially the waiter Daniel, who took care of us from the moment we arrived until we left. He was very attentive to us and periodically came to ask us if everything was ok and if we want something else. Congratulations to the staff!!

I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at your restaurant, and a large part of that was thanks to our waiter, Daniel. From the moment he greeted us, Daniel was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about ensuring we had an enjoyable meal. Daniel's knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he provided excellent recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. He was prompt in taking our order and ensuring our drinks and food arrived in a timely manner. Throughout the meal, Daniel checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was to our liking and to address any needs we had. What really stood out, though, was Daniel's warm and personable demeanor. He had a smile on his face the entire time and made us feel valued as customers. It's clear he takes pride in providing top-notch service. I left the restaurant feeling completely satisfied, not only with the food, but with the exceptional service Daniel provided. He is a true asset to your establishment, and I will absolutely be returning, in large part because of the wonderful experience Daniel gave us. Please pass along my sincere compliments to him.

I've previously had many good experiences at the Caffe Concerto branches however we've always gone there for a pudding and sweet drinks. On this occasion we visited here for a light lunch, we ordered a calzone pizza which we thought tasted very bland, so upon opening it (served as folded pizza) we found it was missing the mozzarella and peppers, didn't want to keep eating it at this point, so complained, no offer to remake the meal was presented although a discount offer was made however I refused to pay for the meal, so they did kindly take that off the bill, but the experience was ruined and left us feeling disappointed. On plus side the drinks were good, perhaps it had just been a busy afternoon for the staff.

After 45 minutes they didn't even bring us water. We had to leave without eating.

Pathetic service. We ordered and despite asking two staff to chase up our order, after 40 minutes the original staff member came back to ask us what we wanted again! He had lost the order! W decided to leave rather than wait any longer so no idea what the food would have been like. We weren't the only people who got up and left rather than wait long periods of time to be served. Crap service ... don't waste your time here!

I won’t be coming back here! They wouldn’t except Scottish notes and yet we except the English notes!!! Blooming awful, I tried to change the time of my booking on the phone and the woman put the phone down on me! I tried to call back and they never answered soooo rude. I had an afternoon tea it was ok, I would not recommend this place to anyone

All I can say is that unprofessional and they have no idea at all what service means, and I am talking about basic service, shabby, cow boys. I asked if I can swap my potato’s to frize and I was told no and I have to pay. Never again will I go to a place that doesn’t deserve to be open.

We came to Cafe Concerto with friends after visiting the Paradox Museum nearby. It is a very conveniently located cafe with a large number of seats, a decent choice of food options and an enormous menu of desserts :) A good range of starters and mains - meat, fish and vegetarian options 👍🏼 Soup of the day (pumpkin) was quite nice today and my wife's shrimp salad was also good 👍🏼 We did not try desserts, but our friends' children were happy with their choices 😅 The place can be a bit loud and crowded. Fairly pricey, but that's Central London.

We really enjoyed it, my husband and I. I had a vegetable soup, excellent. My husband had a foccacia. It was generous and good. We will come back on our next stay. Thank you to the staff who were very attentive. Sincerely.

Lovely hostess. Excellent food. I had grilled chicken breast in a creamy mushroom sauce with potatoes and green beans. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing . The waitress was knowledgeable on all of the menu and knew exactly when to return to the table to check on me . Highly recommend this restaurant.

The location of this restaurant is very prime, we went for dinner at 7pm and ordered a starter and 2 main, a surprised to us that the main came before starter. A few minutes later the main came as well but the table was the small round coffee table which made a mess. The staff also had no product knowledge when we asked about the portion of a main, he told us he had no idea as it was a new main course added to the menu, it was ridiculous to launch a new item without telling the staff how it should be served. The most important is that it is so overpriced, we ordered a salad, a spaghetti and a fish course, with only one glass of white wine and a soft drink it costed £104, the service standard, environment and dining experience is definitely not worth to be recommended.

Great cafeteria near Harrods Stores, with a tree-lined promenade terrace. Ornate Decoration that may even make you laugh since it is the type of Cafe that you would never go to in your city. In front, some shops with Arabic letters. Correct service. Mainly English audience.

Here you can enjoy very tasty breakfast dishes in a pleasant, bright and friendly atmosphere. The restaurant wasn't overcrowded like almost all the others in London. We were able to converse in a normal tone and were served very courteously.

Came in for a coffee and quick sweet treat. The service was not great, we had to keep tracking down a server to order and pay the bill. We ordered iced cafe lattes, espresso macchiato, and a few desserts. The tiramisu and pistachio dolce were pretty good i would probably give them a 3/5. The lemon meringue was not good, it was granular both the meringue and the tarte. Despite the beautifully decorated inside this caffe is not worth visiting.

The place is gorgeously and opulently decorated thankfully not in the modern style of simple walls and even simpler furniture. We were quickly seated. The lady Pravalika, serving was polite charming and quick, served with a smile at all times. The latte drinks were interesting if somewhat unconvincing almost trying too hard like the Rose latte. The place had a nice energetic vibe within being noisy. Overall a lovely place

My friends and I were in cafe concerto last night we ordered some cakes and tea the cakes were so old horrible we didn’t say anything on top of that there was a mouse running around the caffe then we told them they were like ok what can we do very bad experience I will never go back there not me and my friends so I will not even give them one star very bad 👎👎👎👎

My experience at Café Concerto in Knightsbridge was dreadful. From the start, there was a heated argument between the staff that made the entire atmosphere uncomfortable. It took an incredibly long time just to place an order, and the service was beyond lazy – the staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated to do their jobs. Waiting for simple requests felt like an eternity, and it was clear they lacked any sense of urgency or professionalism. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I definitely won’t be going back. Avoid this place if you’re looking for decent service or a pleasant dining experience!

Lovely brunch at Caffe Concerto in Knightsbridge. Served by a lovely gentleman Sohit. Second time visiting here while away for the weekend with my friend and we always love to come here because of the calm and elegant atmosphere with amazing service and food.

Charming Afternoon Tea We had a lovely afternoon tea here. The tea selection was excellent, and everything was beautifully presented. The sandwiches were fresh, the scones warm, and the pastries delicious. The ambiance was cozy. We were served exceptional.
