Caffe Concerto Knightsbridge in Kensington and Chelsea

I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at this restaurant, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Sohit. From the moment we were seated, Sohit was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive without ever being intrusive. He had great recommendations, answered all our questions with a smile, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. The food was delicious, but Sohit’s service really elevated the whole experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about making guests feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone so professional, kind, and enthusiastic. If you’re planning a visit, I highly recommend asking for Sohit — he made our night extra special. We’ll definitely be back!

One of the worst places in my opinion to eat in london. Slow service. We ordered 3 club sandwiches that took almost an hour to serve. Once they served the food you could see how makeshift it was... toasted bread with cold cheese?? Really? Could not recommend it. Atmosphere was trying to be something fancy but... mission not accomplished Too expensive for what they serve

Had a lovely experience at Caffè Concerto, 152 Brompton Road. The food was delicious — beautifully presented and full of flavour. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the dessert was a real highlight. Rubel made the visit even better with his calm and friendly service. He was attentive without being overbearing and made sure we had everything we needed. A great meal and even better service — will definitely be coming back!

Okay experience: Located right on Brompton Rd for great people watching. Very over priced though. We paid £60 for two slices of luke- warm bread with eggs on top, and two mediocre lattes.

These scones were DElicious!! 🙂 soft, a little sweet, and Just amazing. Had a custom made avocado toast, no frills, just good. Beautiful atmosphere.

The quality-price food is rather expensive, I would simply emphasize Yuri's good treatment.

You get what you pay for (comparative to London prices) in terms food. Staple items are pretty good. Really good and attentive service at the table from Rubel! Thank you!

Adela M was welcoming and incredibly efficient. Speedy service and really quality fresh food. The calamari and seafood soup for under £13 was incredible value for money when you think of location and quantity on the plate.

Hemos venido aquí varias veces por un café y pastel, y nunca nos decepciona el pobre, indiferente servicio. Esta vez, solo un camarero estaba luchando por atender a los pocos clientes que había, y como de costumbre, no tenían nuestra primera opción de postre, así que hicimos una segunda elección. Cuando nos dijeron que tampoco tenían eso, nos quedamos con nuestras bebidas (café y coca-cola, que llegaron a más de diez céntimos) y luego nos fuimos, prometiendo no volver. Por cierto, este Concierto de Caffe no debe ser confundido con el Concierto de Caffe, mucho más concurrido, más arriba en la carretera frente a Harrods, donde el servicio es impecable. Y siempre tienen tu elección disponible.

I took my mum here for Mother’s Day. We had afternoon tea which we both loved. We were served by Adela m, who was very attentive and made sure the afternoon tea was brought to us as soon as possible. All in all we had a very enjoyable afternoon.

Have been here twice and never again. First time they forgot our food and had to wait 45 mins. Second time, ordered a blue butterfly latte and a tiramisu, took 1 hour to receive the tiramisu and demanded a refund for the latte as they wasted our time. Inadequate service, food and people unfortunately. They stated they couldn't refund the latte, absolutely ridiculous.

The experience was incredible!! The environment is beautiful, pleasant and clean!!! We were very well attended by Cláudio and Yuri. Yuri, who served us, even spoke a little Portuguese, which made everything very fun. The food was exceptional. We hadn't had lunch that day and thought we would need to order an extra dish in addition to the afternoon tea, but we were wrong. The food (snacks) were plentiful and the flavor was exceptional!! Everyone should have an afternoon tea experience at this place, you will feel like royalty!!

Popped in for a quick coffee and cake, and I have to say we were not disappointed! nice staff, great coffee and cake! They have a large selection with both on the menu, recommend the blue latte!

Las tentadoras fotos del desayuno en las tablas de afuera nos atrajeron. Sin embargo, después de sentarnos, esperamos un tiempo para ser servidos. Después de tomar nuestro pedido, el camarero volvió para aconsejarnos 'la cocina es lenta hoy', y que sería una espera de 15 minutos. Después de instalarnos, decidimos esperar 15 minutos, pero ese tiempo vino y se fue y luego otros 15 minutos fueron y vinieron. Finalmente, llegó el desayuno que no se parecía en nada a la foto de Huevos Florentinos que nos había seducido, la Hollandaise era como el agua, las espinacas crudas y el salmón ahumado tenía huesos. Además de eso, el precio era exorbitante! Cómo se mantienen en el negocio más allá de mí.

Qué horror. El servicio era ridículamente lento. Pedí el té de la tarde para uno que era muy caro, y una mujer que entró en el restaurante después de que hicimos nuestros pedidos recibió lo mismo y lo recibió casi 15 minutos antes que yo. Los Scones estaban rancios. El pastel sabía horrible. Cargo por servicio loco por QUÉ. Arruinado uno de los pocos días que estamos de vacaciones aquí.

Food was wonderful- we were served by Adela who was very helpful and informative about what was on the menu! Any specifications we had she made sure to accommodate them. The cafe is beautifully decorated and clean. The drinks are phenomenal!

The service here was really slow and inattentive it took ages to take and receive our order. We were brought a random macaron but it turned out that's what they thought we ordered. They actually didn't have what we ordered but didn't tell us that at the time and only had one gluten free option(it seemed like they were out of a lot of stuff). We got the strawberry tart in the end and it had nothing inside it other than strawberries and whipped cream, extremely disappointing for some place that sells cakes. We also ordered a babychinno which they brought cold and in the most inappropriate glass for a small child.

Cafe concerto was amazing! Went for an afternoon tea and was running a bit late but the staff members were accommodating and so kind. Tea and hot chocolate was amazing. I want to give a special shout out to Yuri Q who served us and was friendly and made us feel at home and added to our experience.

This is honestly one of my favourite restaurants and the reason why is because I have a basic palate and I’m specific on the type of food one likes and Caffe Concerto is a place that offers various different types of foods I consider irresistible. I’ve been to multiple branches and it always delivers and I mean at all levels breakfast, lunch, dinner, and desserts. I highly recommend any of the branches.

Tourist trap...to avoid! 35 minutes to be served, £75 with charges for a tasteless tea time, dry bread, super sweet pastries and no taste interest. Tea in a bag...in short, go your way
