The best restaurants serving British food in London

He visitado este bar de vinos muchas veces a lo largo de los 45 años, pero esta es mi primera visita desde que fue asumido por Davys. Sigue siendo muy familiar mientras incorpora Davys altos estándares de comida y vino. Disfrutamos de una excelente casa de color burdeos blanco y mientras no comimos el bar y restaurante menú de comida eran ambos apetitosos

Gran ambiente, acogiendo al personal que acomodó a nuestro grupo. Las mejores pintas en Belgravia recomendaría a toda mi familia y amigos

Este es un lugar muy inteligente en el corazón de Fenchurch. Tiene un ambiente clubby de la vieja escuela. Los asientos son muy cómodos. El servicio debería ser más hábil. El té gris Earl de hojas sueltas era muy bueno pero merecía una maceta más agradable, pero por el precio no me puedo quejar. El sándwich de tocino en tostadas de granero era un buen tamaño delicado perfecto para mí. Lo recomiendo como un gran lugar para un desayuno de negocios y volveré a probarlo en otros momentos del día.

Llevo muchos años pasándome por este pub cuando estoy en la ciudad y qué joya es. La señora que lo dirige es una estrella absoluta. Su nombre es K Gran servicio en la barra pero sin miedo a ensuciarse las manos recogiendo vasos. Gran selección de cervezas y remolachas. Harvey amarga y Timothy Taylor casero son 2 crackers. Uno de los pubs más antiguos de la ciudad. Genial en una tarde de verano. Muy recomendable - gran ambiente

Came here for lunch and it was nice and warm on a cold day. The decor was nice and it had a good atmosphere. I felt that the price for sandwiches was fine and they were tasty too. Really enjoyed it. It wasn't too busy and service was good.

An unhappy experience on Easter Saturday. I took two friends from overseas here on their last day in the UK, wishing to experience traditional British fish and chips. I ordered at the bar and paid, and we waited a LONG time, maybe half an hour. Still no food, so I went to the bar and was told the kitchen was so slow that they were taking no further food orders and wouldn’t be able to serve us anytime soon. A harassed looking manager made a refund and we left without being fed. He was also having to do the same for other unhappy customers. Not a great advert for British catering! Whoever is running the pub should perhaps consider a career change?

Apareció después de ir a ver un espectáculo. No el mejor. Servicio bien. Tuve que pedir leche para acompañar el té inglés. Las comidas salieron muy escalonadas. No es ideal cuando sales a una excursión familiar. Chicas haciendo todo lo posible, pero realmente no disfrutamos de nuestra experiencia. No volveré.

Nice venue but the drinks are overpriced. £60 for a bottle of standard Prosecco

Visitado en un cálido lunes por la noche en abril. El servicio fue excelente y la comida agradable, es genial tener una cocina abierta y pescado fresco con papas fritas. La chica que servía sola hizo un gran trabajo.

Quite elegantly furnished restaurant. Food looks good and the drinks taste good too, except for the coffee (had coffee, lemonade and cake). However, it is quite noisy and the conditions are quite disorganized and slow. 20 minutes passed between the first and last person in our group receiving their order. We thought it was a shame. Unfortunately, the coffee mentioned above tastes stale.

Lovely traditional pub in Covent Garden. Reasonably priced. I didn't eat but the food looked good. There were also some special burgers on that were a nice twist on the norm. Friendly staff.

Good but the umbrellas/canopy was opening and closing due to a light breeze. It was hot 29-30 degrees.

Enjoyed dinner. Food was good, cool atmosphere and nice people.
