Pretty good prices for drinks and very nice relaxed atmosphere, they take card and pretty well centered

Paid £17 for "pie and mash" and then got a 4 inch burnt pie with a raw carrot and no mash. When we inquired about the mash we were told we would need to "pay extra" for it. Bad food and bad service.

Great find on our day out yesterday. Really nice pub. 5 months later. Was very disappointed yesterday when the pub decided to stop serving beer, probably by order of the police. Pub was packed full of football lads all behaving themselves just as it was on my first visit. Poor show from the management.

Didn't eat so can't comment. However great bar In a fantastic location. Super staff who are so honest. Lost / misspelled an envelope of money, 2 days later it was there 😊. Thank you so much for you honesty and service 👌

Always busy after work hours but good selection of wines

Great selection of beers including several cask ales. Fish and Chips were excellent. Only drawback is you have to go to the bar to order all your food and drink, no table service except when they bring out your food. Not a big deal though.

Typical English pub. Great lunch food and many many beer options. We expected a hefty price tag for the location but left surprised at the affordability of drinks and a meal…. And we left full. Highly recommend you try their meals and beer. Oh, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The feathers offers a charming atmosphere with a vibrant team. I had the Beef rib pie, while my friend had the beef brisket burger and the food was exceptional. For dessert, a rich chocolate brownie paired perfectly with the vanilla ice cream. The service was attentive and knowledgeable. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that’s perfect for any occasion. Highly recommended

Food was terrible, no taste on either steak pie or chicken. Fries were awful. Cannot recommend! Service was slow. Appeared to be very low staffed.

One of the best Pub's to eat typical food, their "pies" are very good although a little more quantity would be nice. Good variety of beers to make a few pints. When we return to London we will definitely repeat.

Great old London pub and restaurant, the pies are fantastic.

We were looking for a restaurant near Westminster and found this pub by chance. We were able to go in with the kids and we tried burgers, fish and chips and Mac and cheese. Everything was very good and the service was fast in a warm pub atmosphere. Thank you, we recommend!

A nice British Pub. Staff very friendly. It is part of the Nicholson's chain of pubs and had their standard pub menu. Food was fine for pub food. Not a gourmet meal but that was not what we were looking for or expected. Great location near Westminster Abbey. Would return again. Note that the bathrooms on the lower floor were disgusting during our visit. The ones upstairs were much cleaner.

No contact with staff upon entry. Nobody said hello. Garden platter ordered was very tasty but not enough bread.

We’re only here for 8 days, and I can honestly say, The Feathers Pub has quickly become our favorite spot to eat, drink, and relax in London. Tonight was our third visit to The Feathers, and for good reason…the food is delicious, the staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is everything you'd want in a British Pub. I can't think of anything better after a day of touring London than relaxing in a pub with traditional woodwork, a feel good atmosphere, great food, and liveliness that tells you friends gather here! Tonight, the manager/bartender asked if I wanted my usual, Amaretto Sour (they make it just right). It made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Now, let's talk about the food. The Fish and Chips is nothing short of superb. The fish is perfectly battered and fried to a golden crisp, while the chips are thick-cut and cooked to perfection. And the best part? The portion size is generous enough to share. We also ordered two small salads, making it a perfect meal. Whether you're a local or a visitor, The Feathers Pub is a must-visit.

Stayed next door, found the place fairly busy but accommodating. The work crowd loads up around close of day during week so would avoid then but otherwise awesome. Did not eat the food.

Great bar with much better than expected food in Westminster, next to St. James Park. We arrived into London late and we're trying to find a place to eat and we're more than happy to find The Feathers. The service was great...bar has a nice gin and beer selection, but the biggest surprise was the quality of the food. I had the burger and my wife had the lentil pie. If you are in the neighborhood, it is worth a visit!

I’m so disappointed. We ordered Shepherds pie. No taste. Just fat, oily. The meat was slimy. We couldn’t eat the food. We went to Conrad hotel where we stay and had an excellent dinner.

I was at The Feathers last night saturday 18/05/2024 from 20.00 - 22.00 myself & my best Bro CLIVE Verrico we had food & drinks we where served by a young lad called Luke, I had the Nicholson burger with fires & Clive had bangers & Mash it was worth the money fantastic place to take your family too I will going back with my miss & grandson aswell

Perfect dining spot at the perfect location. Blown away by the flavor of the food and the friendliness of the staff! You’ve got to get the halloumi fries! This is definitely a place I will be returning to and telling others about.

The staff was very welcoming and we had a great relaxing time. The weather outside was horrible but inside it was nice and cozy . The food was really good . The only thing I would have liked, is the opportunity for a Sunday roast .

The food and drinks were great, and the team who were serving us were very friendly too. It was great you could accommodate us for several hours yesterday, and we had a great time celebrating together in a large group. You are also situated in a great location which is convenient for us. We will all be back in London in a fortnight and would like to come back to yourselves, but it is disappointing we can’t book a space so we may have to go elsewhere.

Waited over an hour for our food, forgot to put our order into the kitchen. It was cold, we had to ask for silverware & napkins. We had to find someone to get our bill.

We had eaten at a pub yesterday and it was absolutely horrible. Today we found the Feathers. It was awesome. Great pub atmosphere, great menu, great food. Everything was delicious, from the fish and chips to the sea bass with shrimp and mussels to the schnitzel. So glad I found this place only a few blocks from Westminster Abby.

Very elegant and cozy British restaurant, where you can taste typical dishes of English cuisine, delicious meat pie in beer sauce and delicious Fish & Chips, all with garnish. Good quality at a good price.

There were no friendly smiles from the staff at or around the bar. I had to wait quite a while before being served. I chose The Feathers because of the pies on the menu. Unfortunely, all pies were sold out. I chose steak instead. I ordered medium rare but it was served well done. In fact the whole meal was tastless. Absolutely not worth the £26 that it cost. Very disappointed. I will be going elsewhere in future.

I booked a table here for the end-of-event chat after one of my architectural walking tours. Despite arriving with twice the number of guests I had booked for, the Manageress cheerfully seated us at a series of tables that allowed us to settle into congenial groups while staying in touch as a single group AND with views of the Grade 1-Listed 55 Broadway opposite! Our server took our orders at the table which allowed the conversation to flow and was attentive with carafes of water while we waited. When the food arrived the hot dishes really were piping hot and the portions generous, and seemed to attain that elusive sweet-spot where high quality meets affordability. I ordered the ‘Ocean Fish & Chips’, hand-battered haddock and wholetail Scottish scampi with chunky chips and peas, not ambitious you might think but easy to get wrong…here the fish, scampi and vegetables were all singing from the same hymn sheet…that is, all just right: a rare achievement! I thought I had done well but when the ‘Garden Platter’ arrived, ordered by my colleague on my right, I seriously considered trying to arrange a swap: oven-baked camembert with Padrón peppers, marinated olives, long-stem broccoli and garlic sourdough flatbread…it smelled as good as it looked! Our waiter was always on hand, expertly wrangling serving and clearing and sundry additional requests: up-scale restaurant-standard service in a Public House! And all for around £20 a head…how they do it beats me! Recommended.

Food was average at best, service was ok but not a warm and welcoming staff. Not a bad experience but I won't return. I much preferred the Coach House near Picadilly.

Where do I begin? Very expensive, ultra small portions, awful wine, pint of zero alcohol beer £7, say what?!?! Ordered a sharer plate of chips and what came was a small bowl that had 20 small chips in it. Between the 3 of us that was 6-7 chips each. A joke.

This pub is a hidden gem! From the moment you walk in, the barmaids greet you with a smile. The pour of Guinness was amazing. The house pie was exceptional. 5/5 for everything.
