Quite elegantly furnished restaurant. Food looks good and the drinks taste good too, except for the coffee (had coffee, lemonade and cake). However, it is quite noisy and the conditions are quite disorganized and slow. 20 minutes passed between the first and last person in our group receiving their order. We thought it was a shame. Unfortunately, the coffee mentioned above tastes stale.

A stylish café with solid coffee — but let down by slow service and mixed attentiveness. The main front-of-house staff member was quick, knowledgeable, and handled things well once engaged — but getting to that point took longer than it should have. Service overall felt sluggish, and there’s definitely a sense that staff could be a bit more switched on, especially during busy moments. For the slightly premium pricing, you’d expect smoother service across the board. The coffee itself? No complaints — consistently good and well-crafted. Great atmosphere, reliable coffee — just bring your patience or hope the right staff member serves you first.

Nothing could be better then to walk out of Harrods and into this cafe - the food is 10/10, the ambience/vibe is 10/10 and the service is 10/10 - all 10/10 thanks to Jagmeet, this gentleman is service personified - we will always come here because of Jagmeet - a real asset to this amazing place👌🏽

Pravilika provided outstanding customer service

Tried the Iftar Menu at this branch of Cafe Concerto. We started off with Dates, water, a jallab drink, salad and the soup of the day. The jallab drink was very sweet and Lentil soup was below OK. I've had better. For mains there was a variety of options. We chose Lamb Shank. It had to be sent back as it was cold in the middle. Unfortunately the flavour was missing. We had to add a lot of salt and pepper. For dessert we got the Saffron Milk cake and Chocolate Fondant with Ice cream. The Fondant was nice, however the Saffron was over powering. You get a choice of a juice that's included in the menu. Overall the menu needs working on. Apart from the food being below ok, the service was excellent especially the manage Adela who was very attentive. She also have us an extra drink on the house.

Beautiful Place, But Service Left a Bad Taste Came in just for a coffee and dessert, but also decided to try the quinoa salad. The setting is absolutely lovely—great location, cozy atmosphere, and definitely a spot that once had its charm. Sadly, the service was far from pleasant. Staff seemed uninterested, borderline rude, and I felt uncomfortable with the way they looked at me every time I asked for something. On top of that, we waited around 20 minutes before anyone even came to take our order. It’s disappointing because the place has so much potential, but with service like this, I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon.

When we walked in we were barely greeted, we sat for 20 minutes en never got offered a menu. Mind you the café was almost empty. Another couple walked in and got seated right away and given an menu, no service watsoever. Staff were not friendly at all, no one could give a smile and all looked very depressed.

Ladies and gents as you know by now this restaurant is a personal favourite. An all round star. Always and I means always delivers, the variety is what does it for me. I have a basic palate and they had multiple dishes that I enjoyed throughout my experiences of visiting many branches and it’s definitely a place that serves everyone. We ordered the Grilled Chicken Ciabatta (my absolute fav can’t stop ordering it), Chocolate Cake, Red Velvet (one of my favourites), and lastly the Tiramisu. Overall an absolutely wonderful experience and a place I can always confidently recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised 😳 the food was good. I ordered a pumpkin potato soup and it was so 🤤 I also ordered grilled salmon with a size of fries. The soup was big enough to be a meal BTW

Food was nice once we got it. Service was absolutely minimal. Our cakes came out after 20 minutes, and our drink 5 after. Should not have taken this long as restaurant was near empty and there were plenty of staff behind the bar doing the absolute minimum. It is a visually appealing restaurant from the front, but once you go to the bathroom, it's is dingy and badly maintained. I expect more for the price, even in central London.

Am looking to book tea for a girl's birthday so after shopping at Harrods thought I would pop in for lunch. It was not busy at all. My sandwich was fine, the service perfunctory. Disappointing. No one checked back, I had to flag server down. Oscar E did not seem to be interested in his position. I left to have coffee and a sweet elsewhere.

The cafeteria is generally good. The products are not bad but not for the exorbitant prices they have In addition, we had to change what we had chosen 3 times due to lack of products. On top of everything, they imposed a 13.5% tip on our bill, which was very expensive. I'll leave this here so you don't get scammed.

A nice place to eat good food, reasonably priced and with space between tables so you don't feel encroached upon by other diners. Prices were ok considering it's opposite Harrods. The service staff were good except for one who didn't have a clue but his colleagues saved the day.

Prices are excessive, service is incompetent, quality is good enough for the area. But if you wait 35 minutes, that doesn't matter anyway

Very disappointed with this restaurant! My teenage son went there with his girlfriend for Valentine's Day. They had advertised a set Valentine's menu for £22.95, however the menu wasn't offered to my son, who ended up spending £105 instead of the £70 he'd budgeted for. Very disappointed that the staff would take advantage of a young couple and leaving him feeling embarrassed. This looks like a ploy to get people in, knowing that other restaurants are booked up, so it's too late to go elsewhere. Won't be going there again. They need to do better!

I had an amazing experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Jagmeet and Pravallika. They both went above and beyond to make my visit enjoyable.

Waiter didn’t know if infusion contained caffeine or not. In the evening I have got extremely strong drink, while it should be caffeine-free.

I had a pretty disappointing experience at Caffè Concerto recently. I'd ordered an Afternoon tea, which was below average in quality & presentation. The sandwiches were basic, stale and dry. The same can be said about the cream tea. I received two desserts, which tasted way too sugary and cheap. Paid around £40 for one! Which I think is extremely expensive compared to what you're being served. The staff members were great though, that's the reason for an extra ⭐️

Waiters we're no engaging it took too long to order, then the service was very poorly done. The sandwich was soggy, there were items missing from the order, the food was cold.

The waiters took very long to take your order, items were missing. When the food came it was cold. Table for 3 people only had cutlery for 2 people. We asked for more cutlery but it was not delivered. Such a shame as I normally love Caffe Concerto. And I have never had this issue at any of there other branches.
