Llevo muchos años pasándome por este pub cuando estoy en la ciudad y qué joya es. La señora que lo dirige es una estrella absoluta. Su nombre es K Gran servicio en la barra pero sin miedo a ensuciarse las manos recogiendo vasos. Gran selección de cervezas y remolachas. Harvey amarga y Timothy Taylor casero son 2 crackers. Uno de los pubs más antiguos de la ciudad. Genial en una tarde de verano. Muy recomendable - gran ambiente

Fue servido por Daragh y el servicio era del más alto nivel. Me gusta mucho la campana, ya que el ambiente es increíble. Una gran selección de comida y bebidas servidas por un equipo amable y bien informado. Me gusta mucho beber los productos de barril premium y también tienen una gran selección de licores también. Realmente recomiendo visitar este pub si tienes tiempo. Seguro que no te decepcionará.

Encontré este pub de caminar por la ciudad durante nuestras vacaciones! ¡Y qué bar tan increíble, bar muy tradicional de la vieja escuela! El servicio era increíble, Kristie era de 5 estrellas que era tan servicial para nosotros turistas en nuestras vacaciones! Sin duda un bar que recomendaría visitar! ¡Las tartas fueron las mejores que he probado!

Professional, polite and extremely helpful Staff. Experts in pub food and drinks. Cosy place in the heart of London City, a stone's throw from Sky Garden, yet on the side of the main road so not so noisy as in other places around the area. Reasonable prices, great selection of wines, beers and other beverages. Clean and high standard toilets. Worth stopping by to rest and relax after a strenuous day. Highly recommended!

Dropped in for dinner. Quaint historical pub. Service at the bar was average. Two young girls more interested in their own conversation. Beer was good, but you really can’t go too wrong with beer. They only do pies. The meal, whilst presented nicely was not hot and we’ve had better pies whilst in London. Maybe a better place to have a beer rather than a meal.

Classic charming old City of London pub. Kamila the landlady was very friendly.... really nice atmosphere. Would recommend.

visited the pub for some food and a couple of drinks last week, food is great, and drinks and reasonably priced for the area. The staff are very attentive and friendly. We sat upstairs to eat and it’s very cosy and clean. Highly recommend!

Walked for ages trying to find a traditional pub and finally found this place. Nice features and immaculate toilets. Lovely staff and excellent crispy pie for lunch. Good selection of beers and prices reasonable for central London.

What a beautiful gem this pub is tucked away in the city. Great drinks selection and the pies are to die for. The landlady and the bar staff are very welcoming and very attentive to detail. Decor is beautiful with wooden beams. Very clean and will definitely return as last Thursday was a great atmosphere.

Lovely place with amazing Ales 😍 The Guinness as well was marvellous and so creamy ! Friendly staff too, especially the Landlady Kamila was extremely accommodating ! Definitely a must visit pub if you are in the city ! Did I mention how incredible the pies are ? Delicious!!

Came across this lovely little pub just off canon street. Stopped for a pint and stayed for a pie. It was delicious. Will definitely be back the next time Im in the area. Thanks team!

In an age of ubiquitous chromed chain establishments, The Bell retains its indivuality and charm. It hasn’t changed and that’s how and why most of its customers flock back. Been coming here longer than I care to remember and it’s still a great pub. It harks back to decent beer and pub food and a place to chat with friends and strangers. New landlord Daragh ‘gets’ pubs and is clearly looking to keep standards high whilst retaining all that is good.

Called in here with my brother, on our way to liverpool street station. Dargah the barman couldn't do enough for us. Had a couple of drinks, food looked amazing. Highly recommended.

Great service. Good atmosphere. Nothing was too much for Jack, Claudio and the gentleman in charge. Very attentive. Also the pub is just very homely and clean.

Ate here on the hoof as there was only 10 mins left to get food. Had the chicken pies and they were really nice. Had a couple of drinks there too. Be prepared it closed at 10pm, which was a shock in London.

This pub serves great British beers and lagers and bar snacks. The service is very quick, even when busy, and the staff are friendly and polite. There is no loud music so you can chat to friends.

This used to be our local back when I first started working in the City (whisper it; in the Eighties). I have happy but hazy memories of long Friday afternoons spent here when the culture was a bit more relaxed than it is now.

Escondido en una calle lateral cerca de la estación de Cannon St. Zona de bar muy pequeño pero tiene un comedor de arriba. Si te gusta londres pubs antiguos que conservan su aspecto periodo como éste. Bastante oscuro dentro y decoración nada especial, pero tiene un buen ambiente y tiene buenas cervezas siempre. Pinta agradable de Sussex en la última semana. No comer, pero el menú parece ser comida de pub sabroso. Recomiendo para los amantes de la ale.

Nothing fancy but beer is very good so well kept bar. Burgers are homemade and a new special every week keeps it interesting. I like it. Yummy

Justo a la salida Cannon Street en medio del acero y vidrio modernidad este pequeño pub sigue siendo una referencia de la ciudad tradicional de pub de Londres. un martes por la noche en diciembre los clientes spiller en Bush Lane. Decir que La calidez y la ruidosa risa todo. Con una buena variedad de cervezas y excelente servicio pubs como éste continuará prosperando. No comimos pero espera la comida sana buena comida de pub que no busques lujos a apreciar la historia y disfrutar de la tradicional para unos tragos con entretenida conversación.

Yo no creo que ninguno de ellos había dejado en Londres, por la ciudad. Bar muy básico, en una habitación en forma de oblongas, donde había una zona sentado con sofá para parejas y un mayor número de altos taburetes de bar, con una buena zona vieja stand-y-bebida tradicional en la zona central.

In need of tradition, something less rushed and wanting to avoid lunchtime masses, I came across this little gem of a pub. There was a great lunchtime atmosphere (it was Friday) not too busy but full of laughter. There's a picture of Sid James on the wall and it's no hardship to imagine him leaning against the bar spinning yarns and banking laughs. Down a side street next to Cannon St station, I often see drinkers outside this pub. Having ventured in for a quick pint I now know why outside is better. The bar is like someone's living room, devoid of furniture except for a table in one corner and the bar by the wall. It's an old pub by all accounts but lacks character unfortunately.

Called in totally unplanned on a day out in London for a late lunch. Monday to Wednesday get 2 meals for the price of one so even better. Very limited menu but what was served up was excellent. My rare roast beef, veg and mash was delicious and my husband thoroughly enjoyed his freshly cooked burger. Very small upstairs eating area but very good.
