Alarms bells should have rung when the diners at the next table said the food wasn’t good at all. I ordered fish and chips which was just about passable but not worth the near £25 paid. Waiter taking my order was in no way hospitable or welcoming. He then became rude when I paid the bill which I had asked to be split between myself and a colleague. He made no attempt to hide his irritation at this request , making us wait and then flicking the credit card print out across the bar in an utterly disdainful manner. Appalling service and won’t be back .

I celebrated a big birthday in the private dining room at the Dysart. Barny and his team went over and above in terms of thought, preparation and service on the night. We pre ordered from a great menu, which ensured the evening was very smooth. Both of my fish courses were excellent and all guests were delighted with their choices. It really was a very perfect celebration.

The staff here were excellent: friendly, helpful & good at serving which was even more impressive given the number of families there. The train rides are special! The HPA was great and menu had good choice too.

The service was excellent and our food was worth waiting for We have never been to this harvester before however we will definitely come back!. The gentleman that took our order has exceptional customer service manners and was genuinely wonderful! Thank you for making our visit worth it! Merry Xmas !!

Not welcome if you just want a drink on deck. We called on a Monday lunchtime for a bottle of wine on their empty deck but were turned away by the manager who said they were only accepting reservations. The indoor section was also virtually empty. We went instead to the nearby Tattershall where the wine was cheaper, nicer and deck was much more comfortable. Shame as we had been customers of the Hispaniola for many years.

Excellent choice of lovely food. Look no further if you’re looking for somewhere to dine near Euston Station.

Reservamos un té de la tarde para el cumpleaños especial de un amigo. Rellené el formulario en el sitio web y recibí una respuesta por correo electrónico diciendo que el Wine Lounge no estaba disponible, pero la Eastway Brasserie estaba disponible. Tuvimos una maravillosa visita el domingo por la tarde. Servicio atento, tetera y tazas encantadoras y buena comida. También había especificado requisitos dietéticos como parte de mi intercambio de correo electrónico (vegetariano, sin gluten y sin lactosa) y tuvieron todo eso en cuenta en la comida servida.

Alissa was absolutely fantastic, she helped us go through the menu. Service was prompt and efficient. 5 star all around. Food was delicious, came on timely manner! Kids enjoyed their food. Sundae came with a candle as it was my son’s bday! Amazing experience. Thanks Alissa

Food not to bad coffee to expensive

Good food and excellent friendly service particularly from Carlton in a relaxed environment. Good selection of wines added to an enjoyable meal. Will definitely revisit. Great location as well.
