Had a wonderful 30th birthday at The Chapel Bar, we hosted the party upstairs in the Terrace Room and guests loved the venue. Perfect indoor/outdoor setting and great for my guests (40-50 people). Luke & Ross were fantastic help and even provided personalised bar menus - they answered all of my questions and were super supportive. Brilliant venue with fantastic owners, would highly recommend!

The staff are always friendly and I have never had bad fish and chips from there. I would definitely recommend.

Noisy! I attended a meeting at the Kensington office recently and I couldn't hear myself think duing my meeting. The staff working there make more noise than the clients who are on zoom-calls. Wow!

My favourite cafe on the high street. 10/10 cappuccino for £3.10, loveliest barista and beautifully decorated. Sometimes seats outside in the back. Usually quiet and never chaotic.

We’ve been regulars at this pub for years and have always loved the warm atmosphere, friendly staff and, most of all, the steaks, which were absolutely brilliant. We stopped by this week, looking forward to having our usual, only to find out they’ve been taken off the menu. The food is still decent, and the service remains friendly, but the steaks were a real highlight and one of the main reasons we kept coming back. Without them, the menu feels like it’s missing something essential that used to make this place stand out. We’ll still visit now and then, but not with the same excitement as before. Hopefully the team will reconsider, loyal customers like us certainly miss them.

Charming coffee shop with varied selection although the cakes were a bit pricey. The staff were very friendly and the young brunette girl who made my coffee was great. I would recommend for families or get togethers with friends, super pleased.

The hotel is in a great location. 2 subway stations and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. We had a junior suite which was very large by London standards. Everything was available (hairdryer, safe, etc.). Rooms were clean and we had our own exit with a terrace (including tables and chairs). Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was ok. It was all there: cereal, yogurt, fruit, pastries, etc. There might have been a little more than just one type of sausage, but you wouldn't starve.

I'm sure it's a lovely pub. Unfortunately because the opening hours listed online are wrong I've yet to manage to try it out despite 3 attempts.

Opening hours are incorrect. On Friday they stop serving at 11pm, not midnight. They were very nice about it though and recommended another pub that’s open later.

Couldn’t recommend enough, staff were super accommodating to any food requests. Bertie is amazing, really set the bar for brunches! Thank you Bertie!!!

Esperaba que Bob Bob Richard fuera kitsch, pero no esperaba que se tomara tan en serio. Esperábamos nuestra mesa durante 15 minutos y esperábamos que nuestro tiempo de reserva se extendiera por el mismo período. No lo era. Los pedidos fueron recibidos y entregados rápidamente. Nuestro camarero era perfectamente cordial, si no amable. El kitsch característico de ‘Press for Champagne’ se rompió o se ignoró y tuvimos que seguir pidiendo recambios. La comida era normal. El pastel es encantador de mirar, pero poco mejor que una comida lista, aunque el puré estaba golpeando. El martini característico estaba bien, pero he tenido mejor por el precio. Tratamos de pedir más champán con 25 minutos restantes en nuestra reserva y nos dijeron que no teníamos que ir en 10 minutos para que no pudiéramos tomar más bebidas? La actitud con la que se entregaba era divertida, como imaginar una actitud superior con personas que están pagando precios severamente sobreinflados para cenar en un restaurante. Pedimos que se eliminara el cargo por servicio y nos encontramos con una mirada que realmente golpeó el punto. En el lado positivo el lugar es precioso y la compañía fue lo suficientemente buena para no dejar que nos moleste en ese momento, pero nunca volvería.
