The service o received was amazing. Keira was exceptional very attentive and made my dining experience very enjoyable

We stayed in the Radisson Blu the night before a trip to America and wanted to avoid a fast food meal, and so decided to eat at the hotel bar as they offered salads. We opted for two chicken, bacon and avocado salads and two soft drinks. The salads were just about warm, with some leaves gone rather than wilted. My husband couldn't eat the chicken on his. We did comment on this to staff. This cost, just shy of £60. Disgusting for what it was. We should have just popped to McDonald's.

We invited friends for their wedding anniversary. As a starter we had baked Camembert, which one ,just puts in the oven to melt. So nothing can go wrong. As a main prawn& monkfish curry which was totally blend. No spices at all. Tasteless. Will not recommend it. We also had lamb,which was cooked well but a bit again tasteless. Waited for ages to be served even thou whole place was empty.

A lovely experience - the pub is looking very Christmassy and will be a firm favourite of ours from now to December. Lovely festive food, friendly service, log fires and Christmas decorations - what’s not to like!

I have been a customer at Shampers since approx 1978/9 when Don Hewitson was the owner and Simon the manager Have not been there for 2+ years because of the pandemic. From working in London but now retired to South Devon, I was planning to visit and catch up with Simon & Roff in the next two weeks One of the few independent quality wine bars is lost. Coming from France for few days, this was a very friendly place, where we went in family for our first lunch in London. Everything was gorgeous and we thank all the staff for make discover typical tradition of the sunday lunch and specific recipe. Cheers!

Esta fue una de las peores cucharas meteorológicas en las que he estado desde una perspectiva de servicio al cliente. El servidor que tenía era poco útil y bastante grosero. Envié unos nachos porque hacía frío. El segundo plato que me sirvieron fue una vergüenza por £ 6 y prácticamente me lo tiraron. Después de eso el servidor no estaba dispuesto a volver y preguntar cómo estaba mi comida. Viajaba solo y me sentía muy incómodo. La foto es el segundo intento de comida “caliente” y apetitosa.

Asado de ternera: una rodaja de ternera demasiado cocida y 2 papas asadas... una estafa a precios premium Asado de cordero - 3 pequeños trozos de cordero e igualmente tacaño en los lados La factura llegó al norte de £ 150 para cuatro personas y nos fuimos con hambre y decepcionados. El personal de espera es absolutamente brillante y un mérito para el equipo. Es una pena que la gerencia quiera reducir la calidad de los alimentos. Este lugar parece haber bajado colina abajo

Good place and good coffee, however, I felt under pressure when paying my bill because it didn’t include a service charge, and the lady said if we wanted to contribute the final bill wouldn’t include the service charge. Not that they don’t deserve some extra money, but if they want the service charge to be paid, please include it in the final bill - instead of asking the customers. We felt embarrassed and contributed. Overall, the place is good.
