First time at this venue of all bar one. I work in the local area and with a friend coming to visit this seemed like the perfect spot. Bertie was the hostess with the mostest. Having arrived slightly later than planned due to public transport, she welcomed myself and my group with open hours. The bottomless was seamless, excellent value; excellent service and excellent chat. I can’t wait to come back but only if Bertie is manager and giving my group a wee visit with her wonderful customer experience 🫶🏻 thank you Bertie! She is the epitome of excellence in customer service

Food good, service excellent. Our waiter, Saxon (coolest name in the place) was outstanding. Had our autistic Grandson with us who was having a challenging day. Saxon was beyond patient, thoroughly professional whilst being an all ‘round lovely human. Don’t normally frequent All Bar One but will be going back to this one!

The food was delicious and Saxon provided great customer service. My friend has some food allergies which they took great care with. Only suggestion would be some cocktail tasters so we can expand our future orders!

Went for a birthday party on a Saturday night. This place is massive. The food was okay, but it took a little long to arrive. Unfortunately, the tables were not cleaned after food, so we ended up with a big pile of plates and cups lying around. Drinks were okay, and bar staff were quick to place orders and prepare drinks.

Great bar and superb atmosphere. We had the bottomless brunch and both the food and drinks were excellent quality. The staff were brilliant and so attentive, even when it got busier in the bar. We usually go for the longer brunch options, but this was by far better quality and the service outstanding. Very friendly team and understood our needs perfectly!!

We used the upstairs for an event to launch Richmond Council's new Night Time Strategy (FYI this site was the original Craw Daddy Club venue back in the day for rock legends like the Rolling Stones) and it was excellent. The staff were so accommodating, the managers spoke about the importance of night time venues and culture in our speeches and the bar staff on the night, Mike and Tom, ensured the event went smoothly with positive vibes and were helpful with any requests. Couldn't recommend this venue enough for a celebratory event.

It been a while since I visited an All bar one and this was a great surprise. Nice refurbishment. Food was good hot and tasty, cocktails were delicious cheers . Great visit .

We had staff party and we were very very happy with the service, atmosphere and everything! I want to thank Mike, Maisie and Tom for their hospitality! I would say is one of the most modern bars I’ve ever seen around that area!

I came to go to a Beatles music night which was held upstairs. It was a great night, fantastic music event and venue. We ate beforehand, the food was very good, perhaps the server could have been a bit friendlier though ... Loved the place, the food and the music.

The new decor and layout is lovely. An impressive bar selection. Cocktails were spot on and the spare platters were yummy. The mains not so much!. But we enjoyed the day and will be back !

We were very happy with our trip to All Bar One in Richmond. Located directly opposite the train station made it very convenient for travel but parking can be an issue and expensive. The venue is massive, spanning across two floors with bars on each level. The manager even said the venue has TV screens for live sports and live music events on a monthly basis - definitely didn't know All Bar One did this! Our evening was very fun! We were greeted by the manager and the lovely team, met with a complimentary drink for the event and had a great date night. The musician nailed the evening with his guitar, crowd interaction and great songs - great job! Overall a great experience, really enjoyed our time and pleasantly surprised how much this All Bar One had to offer.

First time visitor but will return

Love the location, and previously visited here before it was All Bar One.. Lick of paint, new tables and its a fresh space again. Visited today (28th November 2024 @ about 15:45) to have a break from working from home. Work from pub afternoon and have a few drinks with food. First order made via the app, was a pint of Prava and came quickly and fresh - served with a smile! Got on with some work, as the corner booth seat found was quiet and had plug socket needed for laptop and phone. Perfect spot to get things done, at same time as being comfortable! Toilets are clean, fresh, smell good and very new. Must comment that the music is nocibaly loud - the speakers need to be adjusted somehow. Go from the main bar to silence in the toilet lobby, then blaringly loud. Suggest someone take a look at this. Ordered the Chicken and Bacon Focaccia served with fried, that also can get with a pint of Prava for just a little bit more. The food was full of flavour and just what needed. Stopped for a few more drinks and then headed off home.. A good place to visit for a drink while charge up laptop, WiFi worked perfectly for emails and odd Teams call, and plenty of space to sit. Will come back again! --- Update: Return visit to All Bar One Richmond. Great to see the feedback about the volume in the toilets being taken on board and sorted. Much better! Had another meal and a few drinks - everything was fantastic! Upgraded the 4* atmosphere to 5*. Top score all round. Look forward to visiting again.

Stumbled across All Bar One whilst visiting Richmond and we are SO glad we did! I’ve been to a few all bar ones but this one takes the cake. The food was delicious, drinks were delightful and service was outstanding 10/10. We were served by Saxon and I have to say he made the whole evening for us. Everything was done with a smile and he was attentive and knowledgable with his recommendations. Also made us laugh a lot! Will definitely be back. Thank you to Saxon and the team!

My first time at what was the famous Crawdaddy club in the 1960's, this All Bar One has a welcoming environment, friendly and fun staff, good grub and a fine jazz evening.

Saxon is probably one of the best servers in the area! He’s not only charismatic but also a great server. They didn’t have the baked Camembert but he suggested alternatives and was really patient with his wine recommendations for my friends. Furthermore the manager even when in the back or away from the tables she seems to have her eye on the ball.

We walked in after a wonderful afternoon in Hammersmith to all by one pub in Richmond to be served by this wonderful young lady called Lily so friendly and cheerful will be back

Popped in for a quick bite before heading to London and so glad we did. Fast, friendly service, Dylan was great and really helpful and the cocktails were amazing especially the Xmas cinnamon espresso! Highly recommend

Had a lovely brunch this morning and Dylan made it even more special! Food was delicious and the two dishes for £18 they have at the moment is an absolute bargain! We have booked for New Years Eve and can’t wait to return :)

We are a U3a group, 8 of us, every meal was excellent, was great to be able to order and pay at bar. Perfect for group meal and will definitely recommend to other groups same as Wetherspoons which we don't have in Richmond. Think you should push that you can pay separately. Only problem was that my meal didn't arrive, had to chase it up a couple of times, kitchen missed it apparently (how can they when it is online) but was refunded the price which is all they could do I suppose. My meal arrived after everybody else had finished but it tasted good.

We booked the upstairs for a Christmas party and were delighted! Yummy drinks, great dance floor and fab service. We could even plug in our own music- what a treat. Everyone had the best time and were super complimentary. Thank you again Sarunas and team - we’ll be back!

Went in after the rugby. They don’t honour the Sunday to Wednesday cocktail deal because it was a rugby day. The menu states it only doesn’t apply on New Year’s eve. Classic Mitchell’s and Butler. Ignore the good reviews. Most of them are from the previous bar here (also an M&B bar), this only opened a few weeks ago so discount anything from before November. I would also say lots of have fake reviews with just star ratings no comments to try and boost ratings. Disappointing.

I visited the brand-new All Bar One in Richmond, on Monday, and it was fantastic! The modern decor and stylish vibe make it a perfect spot for a night out or a casual drink. The menu is impressive, with plenty of options for both food and drinks. The cocktails were a standout—beautifully made and full of flavor. The small plates we tried were delicious and perfect for sharing. The team were super friendly and attentive, even though the bar was buzzing with energy. Attended the opening night last night - it has been beautifully decorated and had such a lovely vibe . Served by a lovely young man - Dylan - so polite and attentive and made some amazing cocktails. Definitely a place to return too.

Quiet on early Sunday evening. Good food served by pleasant and efficient staff. Restaurant directly opposite Richmond station. Bus stops just across road also available.

Very average experience. Booked this early because it was rated as one of the best Sunday Roasts in Richmond (by Marsh and Parsons) There were no other people in the restaurant when we arrived on a Sunday in summer 2024 (which should have been a warning sign). In summary there were several items on the menu not available including one of the roasts. The food took over an hour to be served, the burger was missing cheese, the roast beef looked and tasted like it was reheated or fried rather than roasted. The staff voluntarily took £10 off the bill, so they knew it was bad. Highly recommend NOT going to this restaurant.

Our daughters took the five of us there for lunch on the occasion of Father's Day. The staff were friendly and the place was clean and tidy. Unfortunately one section of our wooden table was leaning and it was also wobbly but we managed to make do. The meals and drinks were good. I would recommend this place to those looking for a new place to eat.

The food was ok, but for a bank holiday weekend, certain items on the special weekend match day menu were not available. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The venue is being refurbished, so you were seated upstairs.
