Nice vibe and great service. Food was delicious. Friendly staff and reasonable prices with some happy hour deals. Music can be lively so not for everyone.

I might as well of been a ghost at an empty bar. When finally served, staff didn’t know the drinks and took a very long time. Poor service for price of 2 drinks.

Love the location, and previously visited here before it was All Bar One.. Lick of paint, new tables and its a fresh space again. Visited today (28th November 2024 @ about 15:45) to have a break from working from home. Work from pub afternoon and have a few drinks with food. First order made via the app, was a pint of Prava and came quickly and fresh - served with a smile! Got on with some work, as the corner booth seat found was quiet and had plug socket needed for laptop and phone. Perfect spot to get things done, at same time as being comfortable! Toilets are clean, fresh, smell good and very new. Must comment that the music is nocibaly loud - the speakers need to be adjusted somehow. Go from the main bar to silence in the toilet lobby, then blaringly loud. Suggest someone take a look at this. Ordered the Chicken and Bacon Focaccia served with fried, that also can get with a pint of Prava for just a little bit more. The food was full of flavour and just what needed. Stopped for a few more drinks and then headed off home.. A good place to visit for a drink while charge up laptop, WiFi worked perfectly for emails and odd Teams call, and plenty of space to sit. Will come back again!

Went in after the rugby. They don’t honour the Sunday to Wednesday cocktail deal because it was a rugby day. The menu states it only doesn’t apply on New Year’s eve. Classic Mitchell’s and Butler. Ignore the good reviews. Most of them are from the previous bar here (also an M&B bar), this only opened a few weeks ago so discount anything from before November. I would also say lots of have fake reviews with just star ratings no comments to try and boost ratings. Disappointing.

Attended the opening night last night - it has been beautifully decorated and had such a lovely vibe . Served by a lovely young man - Dylan - so polite and attentive and made some amazing cocktails. Definitely a place to return too.

Very average experience. Booked this early because it was rated as one of the best Sunday Roasts in Richmond (by Marsh and Parsons) There were no other people in the restaurant when we arrived on a Sunday in summer 2024 (which should have been a warning sign). In summary there were several items on the menu not available including one of the roasts. The food took over an hour to be served, the burger was missing cheese, the roast beef looked and tasted like it was reheated or fried rather than roasted. The staff voluntarily took £10 off the bill, so they knew it was bad. Highly recommend NOT going to this restaurant.

Our daughters took the five of us there for lunch on the occasion of Father's Day. The staff were friendly and the place was clean and tidy. Unfortunately one section of our wooden table was leaning and it was also wobbly but we managed to make do. The meals and drinks were good. I would recommend this place to those looking for a new place to eat.

The food was ok, but for a bank holiday weekend, certain items on the special weekend match day menu were not available. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The venue is being refurbished, so you were seated upstairs.

This is a nice place to eat in Richmond. The food is always well cooked and presented. Unfortunately on the day we visited the waitress was either new or not interested. We had to ask 3 times for water. When I asked for oil and vinegar for my salad she said they don't have any. When I challenged her she went away, talked to someone and came back with balsamic and olive oil. I do believe this was a one of occasion as I have eaten here in the past pre and post theatre or cinema

Lovely ambience and staff for our Sunday visit for our roast, the trio roast was plentiful and tasty! the gravy bring bottomless, Yorkie and the beef making the dish! The cauliflower as extra was a must too! If I could change anything, it would only of been the stuffing and chicken to be off the bone, but again personal preference! Shall definitely return especially now knowing they have live jazz second Sundays of the month!

My two girlfriends are I had dinner there last Thursday after work. From the minute we walked in we were greeted by smiling faces and warmth. Every person serving us seem kind, warm and friendly, they couldn’t be more helpful and informative. The general vibe was lovely and that’s definitely down to the people who work there. Wonderful energy. Food was delicious too x

The service was great for sure, however the food was not exactly great. We ordered a pasta (linguine) which did not taste great or even right. Also got a chicken burger and the burger tasted very dry which is odd for a buttermilk chicken burger. The mac and cheese did not exactly have any textures or flavour to it, felt like baked pasta and tasted very bland. Overall a 2/10 experience and the 2 is purely due to the service otherwise was not a experience worth having.

We went to this restaurant for Mother’s Day. I must say I am the fussiest person alive to impress when it comes to food I will always find something wrong BUT I was so inspired with the food,service,and the staff. I would recommend this place to anyone you would be an idiot not to go there. I am a very big eater but I couldn’t finish all my food In my opinion this is a 10 out of 10 restaurant Thank you so much for making our experience so special

I have been here a few times over the years. Not bad place for a quick drink. However, this occasion we were asked to leave early on a Friday night due to a private party. Shame, would have loved to spend more time on drinks.

Came into One Kew Road with my friend who works there and a few mates to watch the six nation. Rachel was brilliant, very kind. Great experience.

I have zero complaints, location is great. The staff are simply fantastic-not just good bar staff but friendly and always go over and above! The food is simply delicious and never a long wait. The downstairs is a lovely atmosphere and clean and well kept. If I could suggest anything it would be that the company invest to upkeep upstairs but not a criticism.

Lovely warm venue with a good selection of food. Unfortunately, the vegan nourish bowl option was a real let down: a lack lustre meal that felt like it had been added to the menu to ‘tick the box’ rather than as a delicious plant based option. It sounded so delicious, and what arrived looked delicious, but tasted anything but. I took a few mouthfuls and gave up. Cauliflower had been boiled not baked as advertised and left lingering in the fridge till it had absolutely no flavour, actually the whole meal was an appalling bland disgrace for the price paid.

I ordered on a Sunday. Delivery was quick. The food was hot on delivery. The ordered was a roast dinner ,a cauliflower cheese. And a burger and chipsIt was Amazing. Sooooo good. Definitely recommend.

One Kew Road has always been amazing whenever we have held a Christmas or summer party in their upstairs area. Rachel and the team cater to our requests, the staff always provide great service and they always put on a great buffet for us. I would definitely recommend hiring out their venue for larger groups.

A lovely pub in the heart of Richmond. Warm and welcoming we were served quickly by the bartenders Tom and Matt and manger Rachel who was very friendly. A wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back again.

Nice pub opposite Richmond station. You can opt for drinks only tables or sit on the restaurant side. Very large and lots of space inside. We had salt and pepper squid and creamy mushroom to start which was fresh and delicious. For the main, we shared billionaire fries and a nourish bowl with prawns which was also lovely. My friend took advantage of the cocktail deal (2 for £14) and I enjoyed an Amalfi Spritz. All came to £62. Would go again for dinner with friends and family. Casual vibes.

We had a great time at One Kew Road for our reunion. It looks great decorated for Christmas. It's warm, cozy, and inviting. Staff were very friendly and we had an awesome time. Always good to go back to that place. Sadly we were too late for food, the kitchen closed just before we wanted to order but they were happy to accommodate us getting our own snacks. Big thumbs up! Despite living in Richmond we hadn't eaten here for a long time. After reading the good reviews on TA, we decided to give it a go and rocked up on a Saturday lunchtime. I must say that the service we received and the quality of the food far exceeded our expectations. We were expecting run of the mill pub. Not so. The food was of high quality and for Richmond, very reasonable. We were also delighted to be told by the staff that this was a NUT FREE KITCHEN. Most of our family have an allergy to nuts hence we are always slightly wary. Feeling very safe here, we will definitely return.

I booked a team day at One Kew Road as we needed meeting space, catering and a team-building option in central Richmond. Everything was fantastic, a great space upstairs, plenty of room for a presentation and 4 work groups. Lunch was excellent, really good selection with gluten and lactose free choices, everyone commented on how good it was. We did cocktail-making in the afternoon which they organised for us - it was a great choice to have some fun as a team-building activity. We thoroughly enjoyed the day, Rachel and the whole team were fantastic, very polite and responsive, absolutely recommend OKR!

We had a lovely Sunday roast here ‘Kudos’ to the chefs the food was delicious and the presentation was on point! Me and my boyfriend both had the ‘Trio of roasts’ definitely good value for money they was huge! Pudding was yummy too ‘Summer Pavlova’ I’m glad we shared this because again big portions! ;-) Service was excellent from Rachel and her Team we was made to feel welcome from start to finish. Don’t judge a book by its cover and walk past this place as you’ll be pleasantly surprised when you walk in! :-)

We pre-booked for our large family Sunday lunch for 22 age range from 4- 79. From first contact to when we left we had wonderful helpful friendly service. It was an extremely hot day and the welcome of good air con was wonderful! The food was really excellent, with huge portions of the roast dinners, and those that had from the a la carte & kids menu were also great. Manager Rachel couldn't have been more proactive and made us all feel very relaxed. Her team were friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble & she was especially patient when dividing up the bill for separate payment! We highly recommend this pub restaurant and will certainly go again! thank you.

Came here for a private party held in a function area upstairs. The venue is really lovely and a great place to hold a birthday party. The staff were all really friendly and made sure we were looked after and accommodated. I'd highly recommend this venue.

We live in Dorset and come up to London each year for the rugby premiership final at Twickenham. One Kew Road is our pub of choice each year. One of the main reasons is that the staff are exceptional, particular mention should go to the manager Rachel.

We travel to London each year for the rugby premiership final. For the last 3 years we have made One Kew Road our venue of choice to eat and drink. The staff are extremely friendly and the manager Rachel is excellent. Good food and drink in a clean, friendly pub, highly recommend.

Superb establishment! Would definitely recommend! The menu was great with decent selection of food to choose from, I had the Freshly Battered Line Caught Cod & Chips, which was absolutely delicious, the pea purée was amazing! Great atmosphere, restaurant was tastefully decorated, background music was subtle and we could carry out a conversation without struggling to hear each other. I would especially like to mention the wonderfully friendly Owen, who treated us so well, he was just the most adorable young man and an absolute asset to the business! My mum (who worked many years in the industry) was really impressed with Owen’s manner and attentiveness. In fact, we were so impressed, we left Owen a larger tip than usual. We will certainly be back again!

My husband works in Richmond frequently, so when I came up to stay with him so we could go to the army navy game we decided to go for a drink on the Friday. He usually goes to a different well known establishment in the area. However, I found the staff rude and unaccommodating. Refusing a coffee at midday on Friday?! So - A group of his colleagues, he and I descended on the loan waitress in One Kew Road mid afternoon. It was quiet, and luckily so, because she found herself making espresso martini after espresso martini for our table. However she did so with a lovely smile and was more than accommodating. We will make this our regular from now on when I visit ~ thank you

Great service here today. The "dirty burger" was perfectly cooked and well presented, and the accompanying fries were exceptional. Beers were great, too. The lady behind the bar was very friendly, efficient and professional. My friend and I really enjoyed the One Kew Road experience this afternoon. Recommended.
