The best restaurants serving British food in England

CAFÉ FLORENTINE is my favorite spot for a perfect cup of latte or cappuccino, paired with a delicious light sandwich. I absolutely love the warm, homey atmosphere that makes every visit so relaxing. The staff are incredibly friendly, cheerful, and attentive, ensuring great service every time. The design and decoration add to the cozy, homelike feel, making it such a pleasant place to unwind. Plus, its convenient location means I can visit regularly. Highly recommend this charming café!

The staff here were really friendly. The decor was really nice and up to date. The food is a little pricey but is well worth it in my opinion. It was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Absolutely great dining experience. Would definitely go back.

Used to be a good chippy but since it’s been taken over I have to say worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. Soggy batter and the smallest “large” portion of chips I’ve ever seen.

Closing down soon. Unfortunately another country pub will close down on 30th June 2024. Staff were good and doing their best in the circumstances.

Great cosy pub with friendly staff and good beer

A lovely pub offering a great selection of drinks alongside a quintessential pub menu. The food is consistently high standard for both the regular menu and their Sunday roasts. The venison Sunday roast is a standout.

A gem of a pub, excellent beer, great staff and a warm welcome. Perfect.

Lovely clean spacious lodges good service in pub/restaurant only downside the dog area your still not allowed off lead so nowhere for your furbabies to have a good run around

Menu so limited as to be ridiculous. Toastie was dripping grease and burned, really awful. My friend's heritage carrots seemed nice, but at £15, they should have been.

Absolutely shocking from undercooked eggs, and portion of tin tomatoes being 1 tomato and the smallest portion of beans for £10!!! Not to mention hash browns being black burnt and to top it all of they don’t understand English

Food good . Driver was very Rude , I live in a flat and I explained I needed him to deliver to my door because I’m undergoing chemotherapy and not feeling to great ! He told me to hurry up ! Horrible man
