Cafe No. 5 has become a regular stop for us as we cycle along the canals. The service is great and the staff are all really friendly. I love that you get a nice biscuit with the hot drinks! The food is great value and the meat is high quality. My go to is the sausage sandwich and it’s on lovely thick bread, and the sausages are great. If you’re passing through Kinver it’s well worth stopping here. There’s bike stands too, so lock yours up and top up those calories, you won’t regret it! ❤️

Lovely Saturday brunch made even better by the piano player. Food was amazing as always and the coffee is so good that we make the effort to come here for our weekend walks. Wouldn’t change a thing about our visit.

Breakfast was spot on, best Avo on toast in the area, top quality fresh food. Great service. Very reasonably priced in lovely surroundings.

Popped in this place yesterday to get some breakfast sandwiches for the lads at work. After ordering I thought it was a bit expensive. This was hands down the best sosuage bacon and egg sandwich I've ever had. The lads said the same. Quality of the highest standard and worth every penny. Lovely little place friendly staff. I will definitely be returning whenever ever I'm working in kinver. If your in the area definitely try this place I can't recommend it enough 👌

Went by recommendation for a Bacon and Egg sandwich, well cooked with lovely ingredients, worth a little extra, a real treat worthy of five stars.

Not tried here before even though I live about 3 miles away. Staff and owner friendly, service great and food excellent. All sandwiches made on in house focaccia. We both had tuna may with an array stuff.. Pepperdew pure, red onion, cucumber and crispy lettuce. Amazing. People next to us had the special "The Cuban". That looked amazing too and they confirmed it was. Give No. 5 ago and give kinver a go... A small Staffordshire village with great independent shops.

Very disappointing experience today. As a Coeliac who’s also dairy intolerant I eventually ordered a BLT sandwich on gluten free bread as very little else suitable. The home made crisps contained gluten so I purchased a bag of crisps that I could eat to go with the sandwich.( the fries unfortunately weren’t gf either). When it arrived the bread was extremely hard ( a few slices partially toasted for some reason and the rest just hard),very little mayo on it plus vegan bacon.At no point did I state I was vegan.Enough lettuce on the plate to feed a dozen rabbits for a week ! I returned it to the counter and explained the bread was inedible and I didn’t require vegan bacon. The girl was apologetic and offered me a refund ( leaving me hungry instead) but the chap who handed me the cash refund was abrupt and off hand with me. My friend ordered a Ploughman’s and it came served between slices of bread ? Even the crisps had been piled onto the pickle and thin slice of cheese which was very strange .Oh, and she got the other half of the lettuce I’d had - assume this is to fill it out and make it look more.She only ate half as said it was unappetising. Finally I notice they charge 60p extra for soya milk in a coffee which is a total ripoff.I know it’s more expensive and maybe 20p would be acceptable but 60p is disgraceful. Thankfully there are more accommodating venues in Kinver High Street .

We have eaten at Cafe5 several times. We have always enjoyed the food, but today we had a very disappointed experience. The food was poor. It was very cold and not good quality. The table needed wiping over. It was sticky with beer stains. So disappointing.

£35. 10 for 3 bacon egg and sausage and 3 tea’s omg day light robbery. £12 in Wollaston for just as good food .

£35 for 3 sandwiches and 3 teas had better sandwiches in Stourbridge for £12.

Mates just come back with 3 bacon egg sausage and 3 tea,s £35.10 was only £24 at Heathrow Airport . Take advantage of the local community

I visited No 5 cafe in Kinver for a late breakfast/brunch this weekend. The staff were incredibly polite and engaging. The food and coffee were top-notch, earning a solid 10 out of 10. They have a delightful outdoor seating area that would be perfect for the summer months. Additionally, the fact that they offer beer and other alcoholic drinks is a nice touch. Overall, it's a fantastic cafe and definitely one of my favourites. 😁

Love this place. Been a few times for breakfast/brunch and it never disappoints. Harry and the team are always very warm & welcoming. The menu showcases local suppliers & produce there is only quality on your plate & in your cups/glass. The Venue has just expanded and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for the kitchen & customers alike. Harry & the team deserve every success it is a really great venue, atmosphere & quality produce served every time Highly recommend

Perfect food and amazing service 100% recommend if your passing by! the hot chocolate is my favourite i get it every single time and it never disappoints.

My favourite breakfast spot, you simply can’t beat it. Whatever the occasion breakfast, lunch. Quiet meal or private party, Harry and the team are the best. Fabulous customer service and delicious food. The pizzas in summer are incredible, I would highly recommend. 5 stars all round, every time I visit.

The cafe was busy with only table available was high stools opposite the door. Nice coffee and good service but the constant in and outs with staff and customers leaving the door open and consequently leaving me and my cousin in a draft was very irritating. Could be solved by having a good spring closure fitted to the door. Otherwise still enjoyed the cafe atmosphere!

Clearly a very popular place, and rightly so! Food and drinks were excellent, service was friendly and location is great. Parking is fine in the nearby free highstreet car park. Just be prepared to wait a little while when it's at its busiest!

Tried to place an order for breakfast at 12 05. The menu says breakfast is served until 12 25 and then lunch from 12 30. Was told that breakfast had finished but they couldn't serve lunch until 12 30 so we had to leave and find somewhere else to eat. Wasn't actually going to eat here again after a friend was ignored, when trying to order some food a while ago, but thought we would try again. This experience had made the decision for us .

My partner and I just had the classic Hereford beef burger and the bbq bacon cheese burger and they were the best burgers we’ve had!! Everything was fresh and the flavour was amazing

Cafe No5 is simply a great little establishment in Kinver, The staff are lovely and such hard working people. It’s a great vibe and a different place in Kinver. The speciality nights are brilliant and the atmosphere is friendly and fun. Definitely worth a visit and good value for money.

A lovely location but the staff are dreadful!!! They do not make eye contact. Speaking to you is a chore, let alone serving you. Monosyllabic, monotone answers. Plonked the drinks and food on the table. No customer interaction, just plonk, there’s your food attitude. Half the order came, we had to chase up the other half. It really was far too much trouble for them! I would recommend this place and will not be returning. They clearly do not want our custom. I don’t think they will even care about the bad review. We were an absolute inconvenience to them.

Nice place, decent coffee, nice glass of wine, good looking staff... bit of an awkward table set up and music too loud in the conservatory but otherwise a fab place!

Nice location and good service. The breakfast bap was 70% bread and extremely overpriced. The coffee was not very nice and was quite overpriced as well. I can't comment on the lunch menu, but definitely won't be back for breakfast.

I love this little place and am a regular visitor. I do hope the more extensive menu comes back and the pizzas as there's not so much choice. I miss the Nduja sausage dish!

Great little find, superb breakfast. lovely fresh ingredients. We did return later in the day for cocktails and were a bit disappointed to find they were closing early (about 1 hour) but had our cocktails which were delishious. We were a bit taken aback when some others turned up and were turned away ...the reason being they were closing early as they had had a quiet afternoon. I didn't quite understand this as we would have stayed for another couple of drinks and the party of 3 turned away could have been a potential good customer. Where I understand the costs etc I would have thought it would be good business practice not to turn away customers.

Fantastic cafe with a great seasonal menu & friendly & professional staff. The Coffee & cakes they sell are excellent - some of the best I have tasted! The chefs special sandwiches on fresh focaccia are fresh & excellent quality & they also make fresh pizza that is authentic & great tasting. Top find 👌

Nice place but I'll try it when it's less busy didn't eat but the food looked nice

We fell on Cafe NO.5 when visiting the Kinver Market and was a lovely little find. The food and drinks took longer than usual to come out due to the market being busy but this was explained to each customer so we were happy to sit in the beautiful outdoor area. Bloody Mary was great but found the veggie breakfast sandwich slightly lacking in flavour. Coffee was also great and would like to return in the future.

Just had the smoked chicken flat bread from the stall on the market in Kinver. Absolutely delish, had my two children fighting over a wrap with salad in for the first time ever.

- Made to feel as though we'd really inconvenienced staff by asking for paper menus. Not everyone is tech savvy and this was highly inaccessible. - One particularly rude and sarcastic staff member ruined the experience. - Items on the menu were unavailable. Why not let people know before they order? - Food was good but let down entirely by complete lack of service. - Drinks were nice. Won't return and wouldn't reccomend.

Nice place with a lot of out-door heated area. Dog friendly as well, which is great if you just wanna go there after walking your dog. Staff was wonderful and extremely dog-friendly. I only give 4 stars due to the waiting time before we got our food / drinks

Very tasty burger and hot sandwich, chips and salad. It was a sunny day, but still February, so we kept our coats on to sit in the outdoor marquee to eat and made use of the blankets provided. Our dog was very comfortable!

Great food, even though it was fried, so not that healthy. Worth coming if you live locally. We asked what the food is served with and it wasn't what they said, which is a problem if you are allergic. It was resolved with a refund, which was generous.

Stopped late for a quick lunch the food was lovely even though we were the last customers

We called in here after our children had met up on the local play area, we sat the the marquee and a pleasant lady came to take our order. The kids wanted deluxe hot chocolates but we were told there was no cream and could put some marshmallows on instead. Ok. We ordered some of there cakes and was asked if we wanted a scoop of ice cream with it, great thanks. When the hot chocolate came it was with one solitary marshmallow! After paying the bill we left and it’s only when I looked at the receipt that I noticed that they charged for a marshmallow! Disgraceful….. especially when there was no cream but we were still charged for a deluxe hot chocolates. We were also charged for the ice cream which again wasn’t mentioned on ordering or on the menu. A lack of basic customer service skills not informing the customer of these things. If we hadn’t of left I would have questioned it. We’re local to Kinver but will go elsewhere in future.

Absolute gem of a cafe with great team & food.

Very attractive little place in a small arcade. We popped in for coffee and a burger and it was all perfect. I love that there is good outdoor seating as we always have dogs with us! I can’t wait to visit again to try more of the food.

Loved the cobble lane pizza and the truffle fires, everything with piping hot and delicious. The service was excellent, the wine fab and the we were lovely and cosy under the heater. What’s not to like!

Found this place when looking for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. It’s a lovely spot off the Main Street at the end of a short courtyard. Marquees outside, It really is quite sweet. It’s efficiently run too. We popped in on a day they were doing Oktoberfest type food. Tasted nice but £10 for a sausage (not sausages as described) with some sauerkraut and a blob of mustard. £9 for Goulash and wedges…. Sausage and chips for £20 basically! Pricey but very tasty. Have to admit the service was friendly but our particular waiter had no sense of who to serve next. When we sat down he completely forgot about us - it was a good while before we could order anything, despite lots of empty tables. He also politely said he was busy when we wanted to order something and “would be back in a minute”. having popped back in to check the room at least 3 times he suddenly remembered us again and asked what we’d like. Didn’t spoil a pleasant hour as we were in no rush at all, but to charge the prices they do - I expect a little better on the food and service personally.

Go most weeks for Pizza which is always lovely Went Saturday and it was a German theme with one vegetarian option which was 3 Cauldron Vegan sausages a spoon of sauerkraut and a dollop of mustard. £10.50 felt rather expensive . The Goulash was ok.

Maybe ok for the hot bloodied. No inside seating so drinks tepid before food came. Very cold in the 'tent'. Staff ok, food ok (do not provide sauce on side/bottle so too much sauce on one too little on other) Unisex toilet Seats very hard/uncomfortable some cushions damp

Stumbled across this when having a walk around kinver. Stopped off a few times for a drink on a dinner time and all was good. Food looked great so decided to eat there last Sunday dinner. Food was great. Did not disapoint , my only gripe was the service from a waitress. Not very welcoming at all. Not even a smile just took drink orders and literally just put them at one end of table while we where sitting at other end. A dark haired girl if I remember right. Didn’t even ask if we where ready to order food even though we had menus. ?? Waited another 5 mins to order while she was chatting with some young lads , decided to attract the attention of another waiter who was brilliant. All in all a great place to eat or drink. Just don’t think staff like that should be working in this business

Visited first time today. Fantastic food and coffee! My finacé and I shared pizza and fries, which was plenty enough, great value for money. Super friendly staff, warm, welcoming and helpful. ☺️ Will 100% be visiting again. (Dog friendly too 🐶) Great find ✔🥰

lovely place, my meal was good, unfortunately my partners meal was quite burnt, if it had not been burnt I would have given more stars.

Staff were friendly enough but no one came to check how our meal was, if they had, I would have explained that it was very burnt. At the end of the meal I explained how my meal was burnt and they didn’t offer to rectify it, simply said “oh yeah, it is, sorry”. It’s a very dog friendly place which is great but not really for children if you’re thinking of taking a little one, menu for dogs but nothing for children

We’ve been here a few times now as we have family living locally. It’s such a fab place for coffees, breakfasts, lunches, cocktails & now pizzas. Our last visit was for a relaxed family meal of pizzas - they were huge & delicious. They are very welcoming & love dogs which is a bonus. The cafe is set in a lovely mews which some great shops too.

Fantastic place to go with a small, but well thought out, menu to suit everyone, with really great vegan/vegetarian options and they even have cocktails and home-made pizza too. It's dog friendly and the staff are helpful, friendly and genuinely care if you have enjoyed your food. A busy place set off the beaten track down a beautiful, hanging basket lined alleyway. I will no doubt be recommending and returning again and again. Free parking just a couple of minutes walk away.

I go here on occasion if I walk to kinver from Stourbridge. Nice seating areas too, shame they keep closing up the conservatory's though!
