I've not rated the rooms as we didn't stay overnight, but had Sunday lunch and it was excellent. Serving staff were attentive, pleasant and polite at all times and the food was delicious, with a good choice on the menu too. Having a pianist playing gently in the background was a nice touch too, but staff must be mindful what music they put on when the pianist finishes as not all tracks were in keeping with the atmosphere and setting. (A small point, but worth mentioning) All in all, a lovely meal and we'll definitely be back again.

Lovely, friendly little restaurant/pub. Came here for our anniversary dinner, and the food was amazing. Restaurant standard food not just your normal pub grub. Lots of vegetarian choice, I had the spiced goulash, and husband had the sea bass. Sides we had the tenderstem with soy and ginger and crush roasts with feta and garlic. Desserts orange, chilli and choc brownie and sticky toffee pudding. All food was homemade and amazing flavours. We will definitely be coming back.

We had an amazing time on our visit to The Zetland for joint birthday celebrations. The whole group couldn’t have been made to feel more welcome and the service was great throughout. Everyone commented on how good the food was and the 3 course prix fixe menu was great value for money!

This cafe is marvellous. Bacon rolls.... mmmmm. Outdoor tables in the morning sunshine, fantastic staff, fusses and a biscuit for our dog. Thoroughly recommend. The Vic sponge and date slice both won Cake if the Week despite stiff competition in Gairloch and Torridon. Loch Ewe nearby is also amazing, achingly beautiful, perfect beach, and some poignant war time stories (and brilliant museum). Oh, and Inverewe Gardens.

We booked Sunday Lunch for 4 as part of my husband’s birthday celebrations. The staff were fantastic throughout the service - very attentive and nothing too much trouble. I had the French Onion Soup and Beef Sunday Roast. Both were delicious - as were everyone else’s meals. Highly recommend!
