Visited today for the very first time, it wont be the last. Lovely food, freshly cooked. Good prices. Clean premises

I love Harrisons, especially the cheese and mushroom toasties, so delicious. Highly recommended.. everything is cooked fresh to order so allow time for that., but it’s worth waiting for.

Our first visit to Liverpool, we found Harrison's tea room on the web as we were looking for a tea room in Bootle. We are pleased we went there, the staff are friendly and the cafe is lovely. Highly recommend it.

Not only the best plate full but at a really reasonable price. Use Aldi car park for free parking. Clean tables and decent sized tea pot!

Been here a few times..every time was lovely. Food always hot and plenty of it. Recommend the peri peri chicken pasta and also the breakfast. Sausages are tasty!!

This is a lovely, clean and well run cafe. The manageress is very professional, approachable and accommodating taking into account any allergies customers may have. Always fresh, hot and so, so tasty!

Only been a handful of times and it's always been friendly and extremely clean. Can't really say I've had a bad experience even the food has been great each time.

Just been to this tea rooms for brunch It was very nice indeed. I had bacon avocado eggs and toast, The ingredients were beautifully fresh And the service was excellent. I can highly recommend

My party of 3 asked for various toasties/ salads etc and they got every one of our orders mixed up so we had to put up with it as did not have time to send it back. Additionally, I did not like the way the server put her fingers all over the rim of our glasses when she served us our soft drinks and the wipe clean table cloth was grubby. I was recommended this place , it is quaint but it is not really anything special. The food looks nice but it wasn't served hot and as I said- it was wrong!

Lovely little venue, off the beaten track, with a beautiful little garden, which is amazing in the sun. Very friendly staff and lovely food; an impressive vegetarian option!

My sister and I were given a gift of an afternoon Tea at Harrison’s Tea Room. We booked it 24 hours in advance as requested. What can I say, it was delicious and fantastic. Lovely home made broccoli and stilton soup, followed by a selection of sandwiches. A massive fruit scone with butter jam and clotted cream, mmmm. Finally a selection of mini cream cakes and to top it all a bottomless pit of tea. The ambiance is lovely, the staff so friendly. Can not recommend it enough.

Just popped in after seeing it online. Well worth a visit, if you are near by. Coffee was very good, food made to order, good portions and really tasty. Really worth supporting this local business.

This is definitely my favourite cafe in bootle. Love the vintage china and the huge pot of tea. Food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this place as the best place to eat in bootle if you can get a table.

This is my 3rd visit in the last couple of months for afternoon tea and it never disapoints. Fabulous homemade soup, magnificent sandwiches a scone that melts in your mouth with cream cakes to die for, all washed down with lashings of tea . Very attentive staff making sure we had everything we needed all mixed up with an understated decorated tea room what more could you want. I have had many afternoon teas in my life but this is the best and comes highly recommended so give it a try you won't be disappointed. (it even beats the Hilton)

My friend and I visited today for the first time. We had Cheese and onion toastie and poached egg and bacon on toast with coffee and walnut cake to follow. It was delicious, lovely atmosphere and welcoming staff.- Harrison’s we’ll be back!

We regularly visit Harrison's for breakfast or lunch. The food is beautiful and excellent value for money. The veggie options are fabulous, with plenty to choose from. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

I have been a customer of Harrison Hair Studio for many years but have not visited Harrison's next door. Tried the cafe for the first time and it was excellent with friendly staff, delicious food which was keenly priced. A hidden gem in Bootle. Definitely returning.

In a couple of days time Harrison's Tea Room will celebrate its first anniversary. My wife and I have been there at least once a week since it opened. The food is excellent. Prepared with love and attention to detail. Staff are friendly,very professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. At busy times the owner rolls up his sleeves and gets stuck in to help out.I would recommend Harrison's to anybody, the whole ambience is fab-u-lous.

I have visited Harrisons on a few occasions, mostly aftwr a visit to the hairdressers next door. I am never disappointed with the food or service when I visit. The piri piri toastie is a personal favourite, would recommend to anyone!

I have been to this tea rooms quite a few times over the past few weeks and I think it is really snazzy. The food is excellent, Last week I had afternoon tea which I thought was heavenly ! The soup, the sandwiches, the cakes, the pot of tea and the service was amazing. I have also had breakfast in there and that was delicious so the next time I came I brought my cousin and my granddad and they loved it as much as I did. The décor is fantastic, I really love the Antwackyness of the place and especially the teapots and the china. I was worried about the light in the toilet but the fantastic staff reassured me that this will be fixed asap which really helped me to relax as I have autism and I feel at ease in there. I would highly recommend this tearooms to anybody thinking of visiting.

This is the best cafe in Bootle the cooked breakfast is lovely and at a reasonable price and the staff very friendly will be my local from now on

An hour to kill in Bootle - what to do? Fortunately I spotted this hidden gem - or rather, the pavement sandwich board. Harrison's doesn't look like much from outside, but once inside things begin to feel more promising - cosy chairs and good-sized tables. All the same, I ordered tea and a cheese-and-tomato toastie expecting standard café fare. I was surprised and pleased to be served tea in a pot with a pretty vintage china cup-and-saucer and a chunky toasted sandwich alongside dressed salad and kettle crisps. What was intended as a mid-morning-just-killing-time snack kept me going for the rest of the day. Service was very friendly and welcoming. And there's free wifi! Now feeling distinctly peeved as this place is too far from my home to become a regular haunt, although I'm sure it must have plenty of dedicated local customers. Maybe I'll make the trip for afternoon tea sometime...

We pooped in for the first time to this quaint little tea room. The service was good and the food was made fresh on the premises. A lovely surprise and somewhere we will visit again.

I went to Harrison tea rooms and had probably the best cooked breakfast I have had in a number of years. Barry and the staff we're friendly and the service was excellent. High Recommend everyone to go.

Visited for the first time just after Christmas, staff are so friendly and food is delicious and beautifully presented, sitting here writing this here for my second visit, definitely worth a visit and just across the road from bootle bus station

What a gem in the heart of Bootle. Just had one of the nicest Afternoon Teas possible. Absolutely delicious homemade soup, lovely selection of delicate sandwiches and to finish it a whopper of a fruit scone with clotted cream and jam and tasty little patisserie cakes. Bottomless pot of tea served in china cups. Price was a dream, service excellent and atmosphere very friendly. The decor is vintage tea rooms and it just really lovely. Definitely recommended. You have to try it.

Had a lovely afternoon tea with my sister, aunty and three children. My sister booked in advance as per the website and we had a reserved table. The children had assorted wraps and sandwiches with crisps which they all enjoyed. We had the afternoon tea for three which came with a fabulous home made soup to start. Followed by a lovely assortment of sandwiches, cakes and enormous scones. Lashings of tea, great prices, lovely warm welcoming staff, a great hidden gem right here in Bootle.

This is the second time I have visited harrison's tea room, both were great. The piri piri toastie was the best toastie I have tasted. I love a coffee and this was up there with the best of them.

Me and my boyfreind went and had the large english breakfast and it was absolutely gorgeous!! Will deffo be back!!

Visited harrison's for the first time last week with my friend for breakfast. My friend had a full english with he loved, I fancied a omelette which wasn't on the menu but I thought i'd ask anyway and with out a second thought I was asked what filling i'd like and would I like beans or salad with it. Impressed me as I was half expecting them to say no with it not being on the menu but it seemed to be no trouble at all, it was also perfectly done and tasted great!

My wife and i really like our experience at this wonderful place. It is situated next door to the hairdressers. Easy access for all and family friendly.

My wife have been visiting this wonderful place for a while now. The food , service and drinks are excellent .Barry and his staff are very friendly , helpful and kind. The menu is suitable for all and we thoroughly enjoy our experience when we visit.
