Lovely service (even though my wife doesn’t appreciate being called ‘guys’ by the maitre D). Food was tasty, fresh and good value. The only negative is the music - too loud and the wrong sort of music for relaxing. I asked if it could be turned down a notch but was told the system doesn’t have a volume control - which I find very difficult to believe - I’d rather they were honest and just said ‘no’.

We visit the grapevine quite regularly, the reason why is because you know what your paying for. Portion sizes are brilliant, food is exceptional, great range of drinks and service is always first class. If you have never been, I would like to warn you that you will not be able to leave anything on your plate, so be prepared to feel full. Oh and don't forget to have a brownie to finish

Mike was the chef and all 6 of us loved his food. Our waitress (sorry didnt catch your name) was so very pleasant helpful and efficient. The menu here is great, plenty of interesting dishes to choose from. That's why we like it. 👍

Really, really tasty food. A good selection of dishes available. The service was friendly and efficient. We found 3 dishes each was enough as each dish was a reasonable size but we shared our food. We'd highly recommend and will return again. Thank you to all the lovely staff!

Party of 5 we went for lunch and all the food was well prepared and tasted really nice. Had a variety of dishes between us and portion size was really good . Excellent choices of dishes suited for anyone. Will definitely return .

Another delicious lunch at The Grapevine today, never dissapoints. Large tapas/sharing dishes reasonable prices and good service. The fish and chips and tempora prawns, my fav. The katsu chicken curry very tasty too. Carnt fault any of the dishes. Well worth a visit

What a great restaurant. We hadn't booked but they fitted us in. The service was great the food was the best Tapas I have EVER had we loved it and the portions where a decent size unlike some other restaurants i'v been to where they are ridiculously small. We had a bottle of malbec perfect with our food choice.. will love to go again sometime 👌❤️

Beautiful, delicious food. We have had beautiful 3 meat Sunday roast dinner, which is all made from fresh ingredients, cooked to perfection. A great choice on the menu to choose from. Restaurant plays music we love, great atmosphere super chilled. Staff fabulous.

Had another fantastic meal at the Grapevine. The service was excellent as was the lovely, friendly staff. The food was simply amazing as always and served piping hot. Couldn't really comment on the atmosphere as there was only a couple of us in there but it was early evening, however, there's always a nice feel about the place. Can't wait to go back and would highly recommend.

First time at The Grapevine last night. We took advantage of the 6 tapas dishes for £45. Salt and pepper chips, chicken stroganoff, meatballs, prawn pill pil, vegetable spring rolls and goat cheese bon bond - all delicious. Great service. Lovely, welcoming staff. Food was fabulous. Lovely atmosphere - glad we booked, as it started to get very busy for a Thursday night, and no wonder... Can't believe it has taken us this long to try this restaurant. We've been missing out! Thanks and we will definitely be back soon.

We came here for a meal Saturday night with our friends who live locally and are regulars. We had a table booked for 8 and the place was very busy We had a nice table upstairs. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We ordered 8 tapas and some garlic bread. All the food was very good. No complaints and I would certainly be happy to come back.

Food and service excellent as always with the exception of one of the meals. My wife chose the tacos and was disappointed to find she couldn’t each them as they were very greasy. Other than that everyone was very satisfied. We will definitely be back again very soon.

Good night with friends- chef was a bit heavy handed with the salt on the noodles - did mention to waitress although I wasn’t complaining- they took the cost off the bill which was much appreciated This is a very busy restaurant- the young girls are very good at managing the tables

The food was excellent,my husband and I had Thai green curry, Fish and chips and Barbecue chicken.The food always comes very hot and presented lovely.Look forward to going again.

Such a great place, food is amazing and the atmosphere is brilliant

Food was on the whole very tasty, we especially loved the sticky bbq ribs, sticky bbq boneless chicken strips & the white wine and cream chicken linguine! Service slow, 50 min wait as only a small restaurant. Atmosphere rather spoiled by a very noisy & rowdy nearby table which meant we couldn't hear our server very well or each other but obviously that's not the fault of the restaurant!

Went to the grapevine for first tine today was our anniversary and have got nothing but the highest of praise for the food and the service definitely the best tapas I've had and will definitely be back

This was recommended as a good place to eat and it was! The food was excellent, particularly the tempura prawns, the lamb fritters and the Brie. The sticky toffee pudding was a gorgeous finish to a lovely meal. The waitresses were very pleasant and unobtrusive but efficient. All in all a great experience. Here’s to the next visit.
