Been there before for are bowles day out staf always there to serve .food good had a great day ..toilets are clean and the locals talk to you ha..great day hope to go back next year....

Very pleasant local, friendly staff & landlady. Good range of ales. I visited to see what it was like as I lived there for 9 years, my father created the bowling green there in 1953. Happy to see that it is still in excellent condition. The Zetland is still an excellent community pub.

Excellent community pub. Customers and staff really friendly and the bar has a great selection of drinks and snacks. Look forward visiting in the summer to make the most of the sun in the spacious outdoor area around the bowling green.

Fantastic pub. Best in Southport in my opinion. Friendly staff and fantastic choice of drinks and snacks. Recently played a game of bingo on a Sunday night here and won over £100, great laugh and great atmosphere. Will be back for bingo again soon.

Absolutely love this pub. The staff are friendly and efficient. It is spotlessly clean. The customers are friendly and if I go in alone there is always someone to talk to. Drinks are reasonably priced. The landlady will always take time to speak to you. All in all a great local pub.

We were up from Sussex for week and decided to go along one Friday night. We enjoyed the ale but the general surroundings were dirty and old. The men sitting around were moody because we sat on a table they sat in and they were very rude to us. We went outside to sit and there were men playing a game who were also ignorant and the seating outside was dangerous. We do not want to go there again.

After visiting The Zetland for the first time I will definitely be back. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. There is a good selection of drinks on offer at reasonable prices, The staff are very helpful and efficient. Everywhere is clean. What more does a pub need to offer!

What can I say words don’t do it justice. The Zet is a cracking night out, with a really welcoming and fun atmosphere. Me and my friends had a true night to remember. I will say excellent beer, great prices, brilliant staff. Full 5 stars!

Excellent pub with a fantastic family atmosphere. At Christmas the landlady arranged a children’s Christmas party complete with an entertainer, food, party games, a visit from Father Christmas and a present for every child. Exceptional! So much hard work is put in to the pub...

Después de mi representante (Londres) cerradas que comencé a beber aquí como he oído (aparte de la casa de huéspedes) tenía la mejor cerveza en Southport y tengo que decir que estoy de acuerdo. Pasamos un real ale pub crawl en Southport y nos quedamos en la casa de huéspedes pub , gran pub real Ale, estuvimos hablando con algunas de las utilizadas en aquí y me recomendaron el Zetland PUB, que nunca había oído hablar de este pub pero me dijeron que era genial para decente real Ale, y no muy lejos de donde nos quedamos.Caminamos por Sussex Road eran encontrará este pub al cortar en Zetland Street.Es un clásico pub,como consecuencia varios perfectamente cuidada con un campo de bolos.La variedad de la cerveza es buena, tiene su gama estándar de cerveza más una ale interesante's, teníamos un Cock de Jenning un aro, una buena cerveza bien mantenida. se sirve en perfectas condiciones.La decoración es muy buena, y el pub beery está impecable.El personal es muy agradable y saben cómo cuidar su cerveza's.hora apertura son:de domingo a jueves, 12:00 hasta las 11:00.Viernes y sábado, mediodía hasta la medianoche.Gran pub y bien merece la pena una visita.

This is a wonderful pub in a area in Southport that is not always visited by tourists being a few minute's walk from the main area of Southport.As you enter a very big pub full of nooks and crannies (multi roomed) in good beer guide 2015 which says it's real ales are spot on a ten minute walk from Lord street.When here we had Jenning brewery beers in tip top condition and is famous for its low priced cooked meals.Also has a massive bowling green at back which is immaculately kept.If you are ever in this part of Southport make this a pub to come to you will not be disappointed.Located on Zetland street a ten minute walk from Lord street.Opening hours are. After my local closed down i ended up here and its definitely one of the better pubs in Southport. Good ale, good food and cheap.

We live nearby, so we know the Zetland as a pub rather than a hotel. The food is good, very good considering the price. There's darts, snooker, bowling and large screen TV. You're made welcome. You feel relaxed. Give it a try.
