It was our 1st visit here and will definitely be coming back It's a lovely countryside pub/restaurant.. the staff was so friendly and welcoming .. my partner was happy you serve peroni We didn't have starters but had the fish and chips and I had the steak pudding both absolutely delicious.. for dessert my partner had rhubarb crumble I had the Malteser cheesecake again so delicious.. the bill was very reasonable too .. see you again soon Patten arms

Wonderful gluten free oatcakes! I ordered from their website and were delivered within 48 hours. I ordered 5 packs of 6 gluten free oatcakes and they're just like the usual oatcakes. I would 100% recommend Poveys Oatcakes 😍

We have been to the restaurant once before and really wanted to experience the wonderful taster experience again. Having travelled from South Wales to Lincolnshire it once again exceeded expectations. Amazing food, amazing people and amazing ethos. We would thoroughly recommend this restaurant .

Went for Sunday lunch with Mum food was superb , service perfect , hospitality welcoming .

Very friendly and quiet, tucked away. Traditional cafe/restaurant vibe, very relaxed. Our food was brilliant, tasty and fresh. My dad and husband loved their dressed Cromer crab and my mum and I loved our huge omelette which was piping hot and oozing cheese 🤤

Enjoyed homemade Mediterranean quiche and then afterwards we had cream tea with lattes. The hosts give top customer service. The dogs got given lots of dog biscuits shaped as bones so they were happy.

Booked for an early evening meal. The pub was extremely warm and welcoming and the service was excellent. There was a good menu supported by a comprehensive specials board. The meal was delicious and really quite faultless.

First time at Plough Inn, service was quick, roast portion large and tasty. However, the menu seemed quite pricey, even for our area and beer was average, bit cold for ale I thought.

The food and drink was heaven. Lots of the best greens - pistachio, avocados and matcha! 🍵 I would be here all the time if I lived local. The staff were fantastic and the atmosphere was so calm and friendly. Dogs welcome 🤗

Absolutely OUTSTANDING Sunday roast. Beef short rib that fell off the bone, perfect roast potatoes, carrot, broccoli cauliflower cheese, crispy parsnips, Yorkshire pudding, squash & swede mash, red cabbage, greens plus a massive jug (the correct amount) of gravy. Everything was delicious!

From the minute we entered to the minute we left we had an extremely positive experience. We were served by angela - who couldn’t do anything more for us. Her customer services was excellent and she was a very welcome person. Also, we were served by the lovely Sofia who again, made our time there comfortable and welcoming. The food was delicious and was everything we asked for. I would highly recommend paying a visit and we will definitely be visiting again! Thank you Riva Team ❤️

I was staying with friends at a nearby caravan site. We found the Old Vicarage and ate there three times during the week. On quiet days they even delivered food to our site nearly 1 mile away. The food was always excellent. The highlight for me a large tasty lamb shank with roast potatoes and 6 (yes six) different vegetables. On Sunday afternoon I went back on my own to complete my survey! It was Mother’s Day and had to sit outside in the sun with lovely views waiting for a fantastic prawn sandwich with side salad and then a cream tea. There was a wait but well within expectations given the restaurant was fully booked. I found all the prices VERY reasonable. We will definitely be returning. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.
