It’s so good to eat in a place like this. A cafe with soul. Friendly staff great food and a laidback vibe with a cool soundtrack. Had the all day breakfast with unlimited brews. Absolutely banging grub for a ridiculously good price. If you’re in Milnsbridge any time soon you’ve got to go. Best breakfast in town. Leave a decent tip they deserve it.

Absolutely garbage. Asked for runny eggs and they were like rubber, hairs in the cups of tea, toast was flat cold and practically butterless. The staff looked scruffy, not the sort of people that you want cooking your food. Not one of us enjoyed it and I can say with certainty that I will never be going back. Most expensive breakfast my dog will ever have.

I think this cafe could be described as "quirky" with the decoration and furniture. This adds to the experience. Staff are friendly and very helpful. The food was very good and good value. We will be back.

The food is gorgeous, we both had the all day breakfast, I had poached eggs rather than fried. The staff are lovely and the owner Gus new me by name despite only being in a couple of times (lovely touch), the only thing I would say is that it is rather cold in there, but that is the only negative thing I xan think of. I shall certainly be a regular her from now on 🤩

What a fabulous cafe. Found it whilst out on walk today. Friendly, warm and nothing too much. Cup of tea for £1 . When I questioned this he said only hot water and a tea bag, something I have often thought. Would recommend to anyone.

I have been having breakfast at Gus' for well over a decade. I have yet to see him without a smile and a cheerful attitude! Just what one needs in these depressing times!! As you take a look around the premisses, you quickly realise that he is not only an artist in his kitchen!! Personally, I would prefer better quality sausages, but I guess that for the price, you still get more than your money's worth!

Really friendly atmosphere. Lovely helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Piping hot large mug of tea. Excellent food.

Exactly what I wanted in a cafe visit on my day off. I had a bacon sandwich and a coffee, both were delicious, music was perfect and the aesthetic is great!

This is a gem of a cafe, which is simply packed with interest. The walls are adorned with pictures, cutlery, pans, artefacts etc making this one of the quirkiest and interesting eateries I have been in. There is a lack of space inside and the tables are very close together. The staff are marvellous and the food is great. This place is definitely worth a visit for a breakfast if you are in Milnsbridge.

Me and my friend have just started trying this place out (unfortunately, they close earlier than other places in the area so haven't been able to try them until we started taking earlier lunch breaks). The food here is great but the real stars of the show (and the main reason we will always come back) are the staff. Absolutely fantastic customer service and it's always service with a smile. Really injects a nice bright dose of positivity and friendliness into our day! Another side note is that the actual aesthetics of the cafe it's self is quite unique and cool, the shop it's it's has a nice character of its own.

I have known Gus the owner for years and go to his cafe regularly as the atmosphere and smells of bacon and breakfasts cooking and the portion sizes are great for the money.

We found ourselves in Milnsbridge with time to spare, so we stoped at this little cafe. The outstanding feature of Cafe Central is the hospitality- let’s face it, the menu is limited and basic, prepared nicely, but basic. No, it’s the warm smile of the owner and the welcoming ambiance that makes this place. It’s the kind of cafe where you feel at home and would gladly stay a few hours talking or just reading a book. I would gladly return here, in fact, I’d even make my way there on purpose.

Lovely food, great owner. At last a cafe that serves a good sarnie which has "proper" bread with good quality ingredients. Good value too. Easily my favourite butty in the area!!

I don’t get chance to have a breakfast out very often, but when my car is in for a service I always pay a visit to Cafe Central.Gus is The Breakfast King. The All Day Breakfast does what it says on the tin. £5.50 for a plateful of really tasty things that we all know are bad for us if we eat it everyday. But every so often it’s such a treat. Eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, hash browns (or black pudding), beans, toast (or bread and butter) all washed down with as many cups of tea as you can handle. What an absolute bargain.Service is very fast, always a friendly welcome, definitely the place for breakfast even if it’s just a bacon sarnie. The amount of people coming in for large orders of sandwiches just shows how popular and good the cafe is.

This is always our first choice for a full english. The food is tasty, full of flavour, and reasonably priced for a full english, toast and coffee. All items cooked fresh to order.The staff are friendly and helpful. Gus makes the best breakfast ever!The cafe is clean and cozy, with pleanty to look at. They also offer a take away option, for those who fancy breakfast in bed!

This is an excellent little café, the sandwiches are all made to order and taste delicious. Would definitely recommend this place and do on a regular basis. Gus, the owner is a lovely man and all the staff are friendly. Great value for money.

Best cooked breakfast in Huddersfield. The manager is a great guy and friendly staff. Have been going quite regularly on a weekend and always get a good, not to greasy, meal at reasonable prices. £3:50 for a small breakfast with coffee and toast. Thankyou

Went to cafe central, as a surprise private party. The tapas food was to die for......and plenty of it!!! The staff were so polite & friendly. Would most certainly make a visit again.

Yo estaba aquí para un desayuno a media mañana con amigos. El lugar tiene una muy cálida bienvenida, Buzz del dueño argentino, Gus, y su personal. Las paredes están llenas de interés que van desde señales de antiguo fotos de proyectos de arte comunitario en Milnesbridge gus.

He visto este pequeño café varias veces visitar a un cliente en Huddersfield, y esta mañana tuve la oportunidad de llamar.

Nunca hay una discusión sobre dónde ir si nos gusta un desayuno caliente. Gran ambiente agradable y relajado y un fantástico desayuno caliente. Intercambio y cambiar lo que quieres, no hay problema, té/café y tostadas incluido y Gus el dueño es encantador. Todos mis amigos ir a Café Central incluyendo mis amigos vegetarianos y también está abierto los domingos, perfecto! No te decepcionará.

Un desayuno riquísimo vegetarianos siempre va bien la mañana después de la noche anterior. Es sin duda el lugar a donde ir temprano el domingo por la mañana el desayuno.

I tend to visit central cafe when my partner comes over to Huddersfield and we're hungover from the night before. This place hits the spot, best full English breakfast I've ever had! The staff are great too, I also love the decor it's a proper "cafe" Love it keep it up guys x

Have breakfast there most Sundays and always happy with the service. Food is good value for money and plenty of choice for a sandwich shop.
