Hi the swan Inn we stopped in your campsite Friday and Saturday Night, the site and amenities were spot less very well set out , we had food on Friday night very nice, our hosts were pleasant and welcoming so were the clientele . Thanks for a nice Stay Peter and Deborah.

We spent our Easter break cycle touring around the Golden Valley, starting and ending at Hereford and we spent one night at The Swan. Our host, Gary, found us somewhere secure to store our bikes and our rooms were comfortable, quiet and the hot en-suite showers were very welcome! We were fortunate enough to arrive for Pizza Night so we stayed on site for dinner. Breakfast was simple but fortifying, the fresh croissants being a highlight. Gary was very friendly and we chatted about our route, he recommended making a detour to see King Arthur's Stone even though it was up a big hill (we thought it was worth it)! I would stay again the next time I am lucky enough to be back in Herefordshire.

Stayed for just one night while travelling back from Wales nice friendly welcome from the owners this place is really clean & tidy, friendly locals in the bar defiantly stay again thank you Sue & Mark

A lovely relaxing stay at the Swan at Letton. My First stay here, and I would not have wished for better, it was so nice I stayed an extra evening! The whole property is tastefully fitted out and spotless, and my room was really spacious immaculately clean, really comfortable bed, super shower and bath. The Continental breakfast was laid out beautifully and was so healthy, tasty and so generous. The Hosts; Stephanie and Gary are super friendly, courteous, helpful and really welcoming. This will definitely be my go to place to stay when visiting the area for walks and exploring. Thank you.

We have had the most delicious lunch today at the Swan Inn! I had roast lamb and shared some of my daughters beef, both were perfectly cooked and the accompanying veg was fresh abs very tasty! For dessert I had creme brûlée and again it was delicious. We sat outside in the ‘green house’ which was cosy enough without the patio heaters on! It was a lovely relaxed vibe and we were very well looked after by attentive staff! A big thank you to everyone! 😊

£13 for a pint of cider a pint of ale and a pint of soda and lime, could be a very nice venue but this is rural Herefordshire not the West End of London.

I understand that this pub has been recently renovated - they have done a very good job - nice outside area, camping and mobile electric hook ups at the back and very smart restaurant. The home baked pizza was excellent - staff were very good will definitely be back

Both me and my partner have heard that the swan, was a beautiful place to eat. Unfortunately it was a beautiful disaster. The service was not upto any kind of standard, as for the food. well it is overpriced for what you get (which was not much). The steak at £15.50 was pathetic in the corner which came with a piece of lettuce and chips that must have been frozen. Although it is a beautiful place I would not recommend.

My wife and I stayed a couple of nights with our dog. The campsite had amazingly clean toilet and shower facilities. Also a little shop for food and drink and even local produce and crafts. There are doggy bags and bins spread about and they recycle everything so it's very sustainable. The beers were kept in good condition and sourced from local breweries, great choice on tap and in bottles (good cider selection to). The campsite itself is nice and spacious with only 9 spots so not overcrowded and the are wildflowers planted throughout so looked great, a nice wildlife spot (heard owls and foxes through the night. We had a meal in the restaurant and I was impressed with the vegan and vegetarian choices ( I recommend the pizza). The restaurant is very smart and the food reasonably priced, with great service from the staff. Another plus for us was that it was peaceful at night when we camped (they doesn't allow children when camping which may be problematic for some but ideal for us and our dog who is scared of kids). I highly recommend this place to anyone, whether just for a passing drink, a meal, camping or staying in one of the rooms which look lovely. We will certainly be back (if we can get in as I imagine this place will be getting more popular by the minute).

Lots to like at Swan Inn. Nicely decorated inside, fresh tasting food and friendly service. The staff are young and will continue to learn the tricks of their trade, they worked hard and were super friendly. Outside the patio/covered area is really smart, a big space to gather and eat together. The ethical stance is more than just a tick box and there is evidence of locally sourced foods and suppliers all over. We didn't camp but the small campsite to the rear looked similarly well organised and smartly kitted out. Other pubs in the area have something to learn from this young business and we look forward to returning and seeing it grow.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting family. Our room was clean, comfortable, and as with the pub refurbished to a very high standard. Plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits, water etc available in the room. Luke and Byron are the perfect hosts and ensure that you have everything you might need. Lovely continental breakfast and plenty of parking available. Can’t wait to return when the pub is open as we are sure that the food will also be excellent.

Where do I start. When booking byron contacted me within 30 minutes to advise the day we arrived the bar would be closed and offered the opportunity to cancel. This was an indication of the excellent service we would receive.I am so glad I did not take this offer up. Byron and Simon couldn't have been more welcoming. The facilities were a bargain for the price paid and all amenities were finished to an exceptional standard. Upon arrival byron upgraded us free of charge. If I had known the standard of the room we were upgraded to I would not have hesitated to book this room and would have gladly paid the higher price. If you are visiting hereford forget local hotels book this. It is a 10 minute drive and the standard is far superior. On the morning we were booking out byron had already set a table setting outside as he was aware we had a dog. These small efforts have a massive effect on how most customers perceive a venue. We are already planning a further trip south and will ensure we stay here again. The guys have only been operational since May but if this an indication of their standards they will be a roaring success. Our room faced towards the road. I have read reviews regarding traffic noise. I can assure you the beds are so comfortable and the rooms so outstanding the only worry you will have is waking up late for check out. As an aside I cannot comment on the continental breakfast as I do not partake but from what I saw the fare on offer was superior to what most establishments offer with fresh home made bread a selection of meats fruits and cheese and coffee that sets you up for the day. I honestly cannot praise this enough. I have advised my husband that the bathroom with a stand alone bath as well as a double shower was superior to ours so thanks guys look like a renovation is on the cards

Stopped overnight in our Campervan had an excellent meal staff are friendly & efficient, Shower and toilet facilities are immaculate and well cared for, nine fully serviced hook up points, and well behaved dogs are welcome.

We live in the Wye valley west of Hereford and we have very few good pubs nearby. We were delighted when we heard that the Swan had been bought as it has been empty for some time. We sat outside on a sunny evening in a courtyard with a marquee and second bar at the end. Lots of wild flowers in cattle troughs! Initially we were a bit disappointed by the menu, but we chose some delicious shell on prawns to start with - buttery and garlicky. Then three of us chose the rump steaks, which were cooked to perfection with proper thin crispy frites. Another of our party had mouth watering lamb kebabs. We had local beers, ciders and a bottle of Spanish Tempranillo which needed a bit of air. The bill was less for 4 than we payed recently for 3 at a restaurant in Cheltenham. The staff were cheerful and helpful and we will certainly be regulars. Let us hope they are able to do proper roast Sunday lunches in the winter!

Recently reopened after stylish renovation - initially a terrace menu which we enjoyed for two nights - steaks were good and roasted almonds delicious as pre snack with a beer Ice cream only ( with optional brownie) for dessert but accepted that limited opening menu - good quality and the boys really know what they are doing We stayed in our Motorhome and site well equipped with individual WC/ shower and electric and water hook up - quiet and lovely wooded setting - we will be back and look forward to sampling the full menu when both dining options in place

The swan took every measure to stick to the covid restrictions. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The food I understand was locally sourced...it was delicious and plentiful...good value. Wouldn't hesitate to return and to reccomend.
