Incredible personal warm welcome for a family celebration. This is an absolute hidden gem that needs to be recognised and given the credit it deserves. We had been for a Sicilian Sunday lunch and returned for pizza/pasta night to celebrate a significant anniversary confident that our friends and family would be blown away with the authenticity and quality of food on offer.They were not disappointed and we were as impressed with our return visit as we were our first. The best place to eat breakfast, dinner or tea in Burscough and surrounding areas. We eat at Eden regularly and the food is always spot on with friendly and prompt service, and great drinks at fair prices. The outdoor seating is lovely too on a sunny day. Sunday roasts are clearly done to order and the best I’ve had in a restaurant. Lots of vegetarian choices too.

I met with my friends at No 37 today. We all enjoyed our food - the best cheese scones ever! We have always loved meeting here and are very sad to hear that it is closing. Best wishes for your future endeavours.

Top class pie and mash shop and one of my favourites. Friendly staff, not too expensive and the food is always fresh. Highly recommended.

Been here several times this year without doubt best restaurant in area by miles. Limited menu choice but all freshly cooked & served by the students who are supervised by compassionate & caring staff. 100% recommendation

We have been twice recently with friends. Both times had a really good meal. Food cooked to perfection and portion sizes just right. If you want a plate of mediocre food, piled high and falling over the sides of it, this isn’t the place for you. If you want well sourced ingredients, superbly cooked, that pleases the palate and the eye, and leaves you feeling full but not stuffed, this is the place to try.

This place was awesome! Great atmosphere, inventive and delicious cocktails, and an amazing menu. The attention to detail was incredible. We went twice in a row! Don't miss this spot in Shoreditch!

What a gem of a place! Beautiful courtyard, very busy. The man serving was friendly we had a large cafetière and sat in the sun. Scones looked fab but we were out for lunch so didn’t indulge. Will definitely go again , a lovely place.

Gutted, it has closed down! Went to an alternative trendy and pricey one and regretted it, hope you are enjoying your retirement guys, probably won't be returning to Ashburton, shame!

After visiting the castle, we stopped in this cute little bakery for scones with clotted cream and jam! Absolutely delicious.

Whilst staying locally we were recommended to try The Crown Inn. And we were not disappointed. A warm welcome greeted us and we were shown to our table. The food was excellent, so tasty and so well presented. The service was super, friendly and professional. Very highly recommended.

Amazing we didn’t have a reservation and were lucky to be seated, in fact people were turned away after we sat down. The food was sublime, highly recommend the trio of pork and the sticky toffee pudding is easily one of the best we have EVER eaten anywhere. All the staff were attentive and friendly and made us feel very welcome. The complimentary lemoncello was a wonderful treat. Can’t wait until we come back to Looe first job book a table here !!
