Amazing place for our impromptuous cafe da manhã on a week day.

One of the best fish and chips i’ve had. Small meal deal was good value and plenty of food. Only gripe would be the plate is small making it hard to eat without your food falling off! Definitely will be visiting again when in the area.

Simply outstanding!! From the moment you are greeted to happily offering a generous tip " The Shack " in Falmouth is a must for all sea food lovers! The food, the flavours, the portion sizes, the choice, the price.. all just great value! If it was closer this would be our local go to most weekends. Nothing to fault here! We stayed at the 2 mills cottage just over two weeks ago with our little family as we were travelling 4 hours for a little holiday get away and eloping in secret! The cottage is absolutely stunning and so comfortable, ourselves and our children did not want to leave. We had food at the Ley arms on our first evening and it was gorgeous and very filling! The staff were lovely and really helpful too We had such a magical time (and the weather was really on our side!) We cannot wait to come back soon and so glad such a stunning place can be a part of our memories but also somewhere beautiful for us to continue to visit as a special place, thank you! Xx

Booked on the hoof & lucky for us, a table for four available. There was a birthday celebration going on & this gave it a nice warm atmosphere. We ordered, Coley, Bacon chop & vegetarian Lasagna with sides with local ciders. Freshly cooked yo.order, nicely presented with lovely, helpful staff on table service. Hot, wholesome & freshly prepared with food neatly presented ensemble. A chance booking, reserved & a joy to eat with friendly staff...

We always come here when we are visiting Norfolk. It's got the best views in Cromer and has such a great vibe. The service is friendly and the food is delicious. It's also dog-friendly which is a bonus.

Our visit rounded off a day trip out for my mum’s birthday. It proved to be an excellent way to end the day. The food (we both had the steak pie) was really lovely as was the service from the friendly staff. We have visited on a number of times previously and have always had a great experience. We look forward to our next visit and highly recommend The Railway Inn to anyone looking for somewhere to have a delicious, reasonably priced meal in pleasant surroundings. Many thanks…

One of the best ales in the Midlands

Good food, reasonably priced, and served with a smile. Much better than you might expect if you only judge it from the outside 🙂. Same again in 2022 and again in 2023, we've been numerous times and it's been good every time - many thanks. We came back again in July - service was slow, but the steaks were good, although one of us was served rather few fries (also, the chocolate brownie was rather small especially when compared with the sticky toffee pudding). Our first visit in 2025 yielded three very good steaks, long may Thursday's steak night continue 🤞 A pity that the desserts are still rather small.

Attended yesterday evening for my birthday meal. Fantastic food, great service and friendly staff who were very attentive. A country pub in town, perfect. As a dog business owner, I brought my dog to join our party of 8, very dog friendly and brought her a nice big bowl of water! We will be back.. new favourite! Thanks again!

This is the perfect pub in the middle of a lovely walk. Right by the river with outside seating. We had a baguette to share. It was excellent value for money and perfectly fresh. The beer was really well kept and a lovely pint of Green Jack Trawler Boys. Thoroughly recommend a visit.

Great stake and chips good with my dietary needs nice out side area with quick service with nice staff. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the vibe off the place By x By the way I am dislexic so sorry for any confusion on spelling
