Jazz Cafe in Doncaster

Visited in February with friends for the bottomless brunch. Some friends had visited before but this was my first time. there was 8 of us in total. All the staff were fantastic. Really polite and kept the booze coming! The food was super tasty and the vibe was fun, relaxed and really enjoyable. We have already mentioned visiting again and Ive recommended the cafe to other friends too.

28 of us came for the festive bottomless brunch x were extremely disappointed. Having arrived we were given jugs of cocktails which were watered down while our drinks order was taken,it took 15 minutes for the drinks to start to arrive x tried to order another but was told we had to finish the 1 before so then having to wait another 15 mins before any more arrived, the food very slowly arrived in the tiniest bowls , we didn't receive half the food which was on the menu but got told we would be having a selection fetched out throughout the 90 mins we was there. We got told because we asked for extra halloumi this was why!!!! Considering there was 28 of us at £40 each it most certainly was not value for money but a complete rip off. Will definitely not be returning

Myself and 8 friends visited recently for a big birthday. We opted for the festive bottomless brunch. Upon arrival, things started off well. We were given two bottles of prosecco to share between us. Our first drinks order was taken after a few minutes. We were then left waiting a further 10/15 minutes to order food. The lady looking after us recommended we order a few sides and mains to share between us. We agreed with this as we thought she would know portion sizes best. This took at least another 30 minutes to arrive (bearing in mind the brunch was only 90 minutes). When it did arrive, portion sizes were very small (the halloumi and roast potatoes only consisted of three pieces!) We asked for two camemberts and only got one. During this time, no one came to ask if we wanted another drinks round and we had to go up to the bar to ask. The drinks service was extremely slow and we only had two drinks rounds in 90 minutes. When we complained about this the first time, we were given two jugs of cocktails to share between us - these were extremely watered down and did not taste nice. We were allowed to order another round of food but again this was a group order and individual people were not allowed to order extra items - they were extremely reluctant to let us order specific things. At the end of our time, we did complain again as we felt we had experienced really poor service and been left in the corner forgotten about. The lady we complained to did become quite defensive and said we should have had empty glasses before having our next round. This was not stipulated to us when we arrived and also not sure they would know when our glasses were empty as no one came round to check! The manager did come back to us to say we could have the table for an extra 30 minutes and we got another round of drinks and we decided to leave it at that. Ultimately, to say it was £40 per head and as a party we spent £360, we all felt we did not receive value for money in either food or drinks and the service/attention was extremely poor. Not sure we would return again for another brunch or recommend to others.

2 hours ago NEW Came for the bottomless festive brunch which was for 90 minutes with unlimited food and drink. Food didn’t come out until over an hour in, didn’t get half the stuff on the menu that was ordered. It was nice enough. Had 7 drinks in total. We’re given shots to make up for the poor service however it doesn’t improve anything. Girls that were serving were lovely, however it was a disappointing experience for almost £40 per person. Won’t be returning

Overall a great experience. The best thing about it was the warm, friendly, and attentive service. We had the Christmas afternoon tea, a great combination of items that worked nicely together and were delicious. My only criticism was that by the time we got around to eating the chocolate pudding, the squirty cream on it had collapsed meaning the cake sat in a puddle of warm, watery cream. I have to say that also, unfortunately, the coffee was very bitter and sludgy. This was a shame as this did somewhat spoil the whole experience, though not completely. I would definitely go here again and also recommend it to others. I will give the coffee the swerve next time, though.

Huge thank you to all of your staff for making our friends 40th birthday so special last Saturday afternoon. We had such a fantastic time at Jazz Cafe bottomless brunch and it couldn't have been better. The staff were wonderful and made us very welcome and didn't rush us at all. They were aware we were a big party (20) and ensured everyone was topped up with drinks throughout and made sure we had plenty of time to enjoy the experience. Ann-Marie was amazing, she did a top job and kept those drinks flowing all afternoon! The food was delicious, the drinks were truly bottomless and we will definitely be coming back for another round soon! I am already recommending this to anyone I speak to if they want a lovely afternoon as this quaint cafe with a truly relaxing vibe!

We visited today for an afternoon tea as part of my birthday celebrations. Many thanks to Saff who prepared and served us with an amazing afternoon tea, everything was absolutely delicious! There was so much we couldn't eat it all so we brought some away to enjoy later at home. We love the Jazz Cafe, we're regular customers and keep returning as the food is excellent and the staff can't do enough for you. Thank you.

I've been to jazz cafe for bottomless brunch many times and always loved it. More recently we went due to the trains being cancelled so had to stay in Doncaster. Called Jazz Cafe and they managed to get 6 of us in. Anne-Marie was so lovely, friendly and a coma dating, she couldn't do enough for us. The food was gorgeous and so much to pick from, even better that it's also bottomless! Drinks were lovely and they were very generous with them. Once our time was up, we were able to stay and drink our drinks without being rushed, we chose to sit outside. Great experience and of course I'll be back. Best bottomless brunch EVER!
