Fabulous little pub with a lot of character.
The landlord is absolutely lovely, kind, fun and gave us a very nice welcome.

What let's this place down is it's terrible unclean. I doubt it's been cleaned in a decade or more. I'm all for a place keeping a sense of history and feeling untouched but the floor really does need

This is my local living in city fields, never been in 3 years until this weekend (not a big drinker) but very nice little place & nice seating area outside with a nice atmosphere.
We booked the upstairs room for a 90th birthday party, on a weekday afternoon. A lovely seperate room with own bar and entrance. Ideal for our group of just under 20.
