Our second year here, and it was well worth returning. Great food and service as well as a relaxed atmosphere. No rush for us to finish as we enjoyed after lunch coffee. Everyone had a great time. Thank you to everyone at Sun Inn, particularly Elle and of course Tip.

Rather disappointing experience the receptionist was as welcome as the wife when I've been out with the boys all day got to the room no shaver point in the bathroom and no toilet brush how do you avoid the skidmarks when you been on the bevy in Newcastle

La comida siempre es perfecto ya sea hamburguesas o pizza y hacen una oferta por £19. 99 para dos personas que incluye una botella de Prosecco y dos platos principales, no estoy seguro de cuánto tiempo la oferta es por eso. Recomiendo encarecidamente consigues a la mecha!

The food was phenomenal , the lady chef was very helpful and cooked our food exactly how ordered , we all really enjoyed our meal , we would highly recommend it , the atmosphere was also very warm and welcoming and the prices were very reasonable too

Passed by here many times before but as the main part seemed a little run down we hadn't given it a second thought. This time however, We were in need of a break as our journey had been fraught with heavy traffic so we pulled in and were so glad that we did. A very pleasant refreshment stop, with helpful, friendly and smiling staff meant that we stayed a little longer than intended. We shall definitely call in again when travelling this route.

Excellent service, friendly staff and the food was of a high standard. I had the large breakfast and a coffee it will fill me up for the day. Will stop here on my visits to Bridgnorth

Dined here, as staying in hotel and did not fancy walking into Campbeltown to find a restaurant so it was easier to stay put. Booked for 7.30 but they called us to put us back to 8.30 as they had a party booked in. They then call our room at around 7.20 to ask can we come now but no as we weren't ready. Agreed we'd come asap around 7.45. Party of 10 had grown to 14 and were very very noisy. Couldn't here ourselves speak. My starter of scallops,expensive but tasted fine. My halibut was tasty and enjoyed the meal. One of my sisters thought the langoustines were overcooked and again expensive. Steaks and lasagne were eaten with my sisters saying yes all good. Service all good and then breakfast in the morning. Menu very good, service a bit haphazard but friendly waitress and all enjoyed that meal too.

King Prawn Noodles Soggy noodles and 3 prawns only. Shocking, never had such a small amount and enjoy King Prawns. Felt short changed !

Rubbish,funniest omelette I've ever seen, chips way over cooked and £2.80 for a small glass of flat Pepsi, they need to go to other poppins to see how it's done,never again

£50 for rubbish, avoid. You’ll find better sandwiches and cake in the town. No gluten or diary free products so don’t bother looking at the allergy menu

My family of 4 stopped here to eat during our driving trip around Scotland. We all got traditional breakfasts, which were delicious with big portions. The service was very good and we got our food fast. That night, my wife realized that she had lost her fanny pack. We contacted JJ's Cafe and they told us that they had found it at our table. We were already back on the road by then, so there was no way for us to return to Fort William to retrieve it. We asked them to ship it to our house in the USA, and they did! I would go back to JJ's Cafe for the good food and service alone, but I would ABSOLUTELY go back for the opportunity to support a business like this whose owners and employees care this much about their customers. Thank you!!!

The lamb and bihari steak is tremendous, not too chewy fills you up nicely. Service is friendly but the place was as hot as a sauna - need to find a way to get fresh air inside.

My wife, my boys and I have been going here for years, in the early days with my parents sadly long gone. My son.was 46 today and we went for an evening meal we were in the conservatory and were lucky enough to have it to ourselves. Martin, the landlord made us very welcome as always and a lovely young lady called Millie was our server, she was a delight. Three of us had the steak, medium rare which was cooked to perfection I have no Idea how Ann makes it so good all over I never can but she's been at the Narrowboat even when we went with Mum and Dad and the syrup sponge is as good as when my Dad was with us. Many happy memories and in Summer you can sit outside and watch the Narrowboats go by lo g may it continue!

Very good carvery . Tasty and plenty of choice of meat and veg. Friendly staff and clean and pleasant surroundings. Will be going back
