I booked for lunchtime dining on the 16th December for myself and parents about 3 weeks ago - I stated that my parents both had walking problems (I even spoke to somebody about it on the phone too) and I asked for a 1.30pm booking. Tonight at 6pm (15th December) I got a call saying they can't cater for people with disabilities and that they only serve food from 12.00 - 13.30!! When I asked why I wasn't told this at the time of booking I was told 'sorry, it's our mistake'. I hate to say it but I feel I was lied to and they had some other reason for cancelling my booking at the last minute!!!! Very disappointing.

Bold statement but best Indian food I’ve tasted. Absolutely gorgeous. Ordered a takeaway, and didn’t disappoint, both meals really nice.

Comida muy sosa en un centro comercial. Visité en un momento de locura como no había estado en un Wagamama durante años. Está “bien”, pero nada más. Yakisoba era como fideos sin condimentar sin apenas carne. Basura en comparación con los increíbles restaurantes orientales que Southampton tiene y también más caro que la mayoría.

Our dear friends invited us for a curry evening at there home, we had an absolutely delightful takeaway which consisted of a wide selection of dishes, all where fabulous with a special mention to the King prawn dansak and the Madras.

Sin embargo, cuando fui allí a las 10 y 5 había un señor que dijo que viniera después de 20 minutos, ya que no había personal en ese momento en el restaurante. Incluso si hubiera regresado después de 20 minutos, no podía entender cómo se podían preparar los platos de comida india para mí en poco tiempo a menos que estos se hubieran precocinado más temprano en el día, digamos la hora del almuerzo y luego se sirvieran por la noche. Al no estar garantizando preparaciones frescas decidí comer en otro lugar.

Great place for a meal. Went with a pal prior to watching Burnley play. Pleasant environment, friendly staff - helpful but not overbearing. Very extensive menu and reasonably priced. The family naan was quite a creation - just don't think you can eat it on your own. Food very enjoyable and fair sized portions. The place isn't licensed but you can take your own alcohol. No hesitation in going back there again.

The staff here are so so so kind and helpful, they work very hard to make sure you are happy and are very polite. Even holding the door open for everyone that comes and goes! We were given some poppadoms and dips whilst we waited for our food which we highly appreciated. The food was really tasty, flavourful and super filling. All I could say is sometimes the veg felt like it had been frozen for a while but its not a major problem. I’d recommend giving this place a go, they put a lot of care into their service and food. Thank you.

Ordered a take-away. Delivery estimated to be 30 minutes with an ETA of 6:30. Hadn't arrived by 7:15 so chased it up and was told "the driver is just around the corner". Food came at 7:30, 90 minutes after delivery. It was nice enough when it eventually arrived but the lateness meant a change of plans.

awful awful awful DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, ordered a delivery from here which arrived 1hr 40 mins later, cold, runny, terrible 'food' very pathetic shreds of meat? The food wasn't even the worst part. We called for a refund as it was really not up to standard, and after multiple attempts and being palmed off to foodhub who had to manually take the refund back off them (we only got half back, the rest has to be disputed thanks!), the guy on the phone lied saying we had thrown the food away, I told them to come get it and the driver AND manager had magically gone home at 10:30pm and they said it was too far to collect back wow!! Then back and forth with foodhub, they provided more lies, and ended up ignoring my phone calls- had to call through on my partners phone only to end up with half of my money back. Just goes to show they truly value that £15 more than two customers who might have come back if they weren't gaslit and lied to by the waiting staff member.

Is a takeaway only not a dine in as stated. House special chow mien and rice were passable. Mixed balls not so good batter was too floury. If this is the best in Bude the others must be dire.

Dishes were modified to my preference and collection time was very quick. Would definitely recommend!

Extremely great service, amazing atmosphere and perfect food. The waiter was very kind and helpful and even escorted us to a lounging area for dessert. 5 stars nothing less.
