Visited with friends who had been before and recommended - wasn't disappointed. Great tasty food with good service. Do a meal deal Sunday - Tuesday which is excellent value

Always great food delivered hot and on time excellent service

Anaz always consistently serves excellent Indian cuisine. We’ve used them very regularly mostly on dine in visits and the food never disappoints. It’s always a warm welcome, and the waiting staff are very knowledgable and happy to make recommendations that are always spot on. Value for money is excellent as we feel the menu is very reasonably priced. In our recent experience even when the restaurant is busy the food wait time is just about right. They are always happy to adjust a dish to personal preference as well without a quibble. Thanks to all the Team at Anaz for being our go to Indian!

Onion bhaji dry and overcooked to the point it was hard. Naan was very small in comparison to when we usually order from here, it was also so thin we could snap it in half, was not doughy. Sheek kebab was like mush. Disappointing. Normally very good

Food was cold, was about 10 minutes late and only received 1 poppadom. I order regularly but it's really hit and miss whether it's going to be good or not. It's a shame because the food does taste really good.

A few minutes late but apologised for this, so no problem. Definitly worth waiting for . Both dishes were first class and plenty for 2 meals. Tasty, hot and delivered by polite friendly delivery man.

30 minutes late, missing items, and horrendous customer service - I appreciate a wait time on a Saturday night, yet the order was delivered half an hour after the time I selected. They waved the delivery fee, which I wasn’t entirely happy about but I would’ve let slide if items weren’t also missing. When I called, the manger told me they won’t refund the items as they had already refunded delivery and I “should be supporting a local business”. Food was fine but I expect the items I paid for.

The aloo gobi (potato & caulifloer) had absoloutly no potato at all . The sheek kebabs were hard and dry . The onion bhajis were so hard they were just inedible . To top it all off everything was cold . The worst food I’ve had from Anaz. The only good thing about this delivery is that it was on time . What happened ?

I was not disappointed with our food everything was hot and fresh and tasted amazing.

Mo and crew are a great bunch. Indian food is always very subjective though. I would go to a lot of Indian restaurants and whilst I do like this restaurant I do prefer others.

The restaurant is clean, comfy seats, nice friendly service.... Starters were ok. ....However most of the food mains and sides, we had ordered stayed on the plate uneaten. Chef clearly used far too much ghee and it tasted absolutely putrid and was totally inedible. The food is only ok if you really love your curry, potato aloo etc drenched in ghee and tasting sour and totally off.

Ordered the meal for 1, which was on time, really generous portions, tasty and nice & hot. Perfect for a single person!

2nd take away and it was worse then the first tasteless with hard chicken cold on delivery

Ordered two different curries both were not very nice at all the naan bread Was the best part disappointing.

What a shame!!! Been using anaz for years now for both takeaways and nights out and never had a problem, always 5 stars. BUT had a takeaway tonight for valentines and it was disgusting! My wife's chicken was hard and rubbery and mine was tasteless. On top of this they forgot the naan and mango chutney/onion salad. Even after ringing up to get the naan, mango chutney and onion salad re delivered, they forgot the onion salad again (naan was stone cold but curry was on the bin by then) , But I was very much looking forward to having my poppadoms but without the onion what's the point???? By this time I was fuming so rang again and just got a very rude response saying how busy they were and no one else has complained. Sadly then, after years of praising Anaz to everyone and being a very loyal customer we will be going else where.

Best curry I have had in the Worthing area. Received hot, Excellent portions, Superb taste. Lovely atmosphere and a bad on premises if you are waiting for your takeaway.

Order late had to contact just eat who updated the delivery time and it was still took ages. Cold when it got here.

Nearly 2hrs for a takeaway is not on. Food arrived freezing cold. Papadams burnt.

Everything as. Expected. A really hot tasty good curry, on time and a reasonable price.

Ordered a takeaway for 4 people at 6.30pm, received at 9pm. We told them if it was going to be a long time we’d pick it up. No communication and when the food arrived it was cold and the food was nowhere near its usual standard. Won’t be using them again. They kept lying saying it would arrive in 10 minutes.

Our " go to" take away. Quicker if you collect but the quality of food never disappoints.

I was Promise A refund for madras was cooked from frozen was watery warm on arrival definitely won’t be going back onion 🧅 Bargy were hard I could not eat, was on a Tuesday but still not cheap I expect better & still waiting for refund ? Shame on you Naz :(

Food lovely as always, but I pre ordered 90 mins before I wanted it delivered and it was 20 mins late.

Ordered what was advertised as a mild curry. It was so spicy I couldnt eat more than a few bites so not happy 😒 have ordered curries from lots of takeouts around West Sussex and usually mild is more than tolerable. Even just opening the box I could smell it was super spicy. Nan arrived cold also.

We have been going to Anaz for nearly 18 years now. Without fail, the food and service has always been excellent. It is always good to see Mo and the team.

the delivery driver was so rude, shouting at me over the phone saying how he couldn’t find my house so i said i will go outside, when i got outside he was outside my house and then started shouting at me saying “what kind of house is this where’s your house name” and then once i got my food it was stone cold

Was the best curry we've had in ages. We took a risk and ordered things we usually wouldn't and all super happy. Really tasty, non greasy food. And lovely staff when I collected, they couldn't have done anymore for us. Thanks again!

Had a takeaway and unfortunately it was one of the worst Indians we have ever had. It was fully of grease and oil. The biryani was dry and tasteless. Even the popadoms tasted cheap. Very disappointing, would avoid.

Usually happy with our takeaways, however this time disappointed. Chicken tikka starter was chewy and not fully cooked. Not good enough. The rest of the order was ok. Usually a lot better but this time poor.

Balti was enough for two, came with naan bread included in price . Only small disappointment was chips were skinny French fries but again enough for two. All in all for the amount of food it was well worth the price. Ordered a few times now and will continue to use them.

I eat here all the time in and put and the foods unreal and doesn't differ from day to day stays consistent! Darling chilli chicken is one to try! The staff are always polite and are nice people!! I rate it!

We had dinner for 8 delivered last Tuesday with starters and sides - delivered within an hour to Clapham Village Hot - delicious and each dish tasted individual and totally different I can’t recommend this place for Indian dishes enough compared to other locals and the delivery fee is super cheap for a huge area Congratulations Anaz We’ll be back for defo

I've been to this restaurant a fair few times over the years and I can highly recommend it. The staff here are extremely friendly and always make you feel at home. The food is amazing. You can tell they really care about the quality of the food they serve. Overall great food and great service, what's not to like.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING I don’t even know how to type it !!!!!! I ordered and they said 45 minutes for delivery 1 hour 15 minutes has gone by and no food I called up. And they said that the delivery driver didn’t know where he was so they are cancelling the order and hung up on me !!! Wow wow wow ! Zero star for customer service
